IHME Contemporary Art Festival
In 2009–2018, IHME produced an annual festival dedicated to contemporary art. The key elements of the festival were the IHME Project – a work from an international artist to be carried out in public space – and the IHME Days, "days for art" in Helsinki consisting out of talks, discussions, workshops, screenings of artist's films, participatory works, and art education. At the moment, IHME is in transformation and planning new IHMEs for 2020–22.
