The design began by determining the dimensions of the plot (Super Block) 400 x 300, on which to begin the formation of a single super block .
We divided the Super Block on plots of land consisting of 9 plots, each plot area is 8960 sqm 112x80, surrounded by the main streets from the outside and the local streets from the inside .

Based on what has been studied in the residential neighborhoods, the public park and some small services were chosen in the middle to be a gathering point for the super block , with a diameter of 200 meters .
Then the main service places such as (education, commercial centers, entertainment, shopping, supermarket) were placed in the corners of the neighborhood and at the main intersections based on the case study .
