With over 30 years in the industry, Sarah leads hands-on strategic design planning and project management. As Managing Principal, Sarah is passionate for growing strong teams, building strong client relationships, and developing the best possible design across projects of varying size and complexity.

Architect and interior designer, Mike Johnson II, infuses interior spaces supporting health, wellness, culture, and brand. Vice President of IIDA International Board of Directors, Past President of Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Mike co-founded leadership development programs for aspiring design professionals.

Johannes acquired his design foundation in Europe, earning his bachelor’s degree from Lahti Design Institute in Finland, and his master’s degree from Domus Academy in Italy. With nearly two decades with Designworks LA, Johannes leads multidisciplinary teams of both designers and creative directors.

As a designer specializing in the hospitality and residential industry for over 25 years, Patricia leads a concept-based design approach that delivers forward-thinking designs. The 2018 IIDA Member of the Year Award recipient, continues to create thoughtful designs throughout the country and globe.
