Course Overview What makes an Executive Assistant (EA) indispensable to an organisation? This course is a comprehensive exploration of the elements of being an extraordinary EA. You’ll discover, hone and strengthen the managerial, strategic and leadership skills that can make you an essential player in your team and your organisation. With a strong focus on self-awareness, influencing and negotiation, and innovation, you’ll emerge with the strategically-minded outlook that will enable you to take your career to the next level. Course Methodology This five day management programme is highly interactive. The course has a practical focus and there will be integrated activities, case studies and group syndicate work to support the theoretical content. Conflict Strategies Inventory This inventory is based on more than 30 years of managerial and behavioural science research in the area of interpersonal conflict. The purpose of the CSI is to provide individuals with an opportunity to assess their conflict strategy preference(s) by responding to cases that address a variety of typical, work-related situations. Your CSI results will allow you to view your preferred strategies and consider modifying your conflict strategy where that seems appropriate.

Meet Your Expert Course Leader Jacqueline Klauer is Managing Director of FUTURE LINK Consulting Pty. Limited based in Canberra, Australia. She is a management consultant, speaker, trainer, facilitator and author with extensive international experience as both a corporate executive and consultant across numerous business sectors. With a background in psychology and education, Jacqueline has held executive management roles with international organisations and her international consulting, has given her a broad experience of working with many different nationalities, with the ability to adapt to different cultural ethics, political and business attitudes and business methodologies. Payments A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon receipt of your registration. Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the event. You can pay by company cheques or bankers draft in Dirhams or US$. Cancellation If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcome in your place. Registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the Event are subject to a $200 administration charge. Registration fees for registrations cancelled 7 days of less before the Event must be paid in full. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
