Transformational Leadership And Change Management
Enhancing Patient Safety And Population Health: Applications And Trends For The Middle East Market
About this Masterclass The business case for leadership in healthcare is compelling. Hospitals and other healthcare organisations that have strong leadership skills at all levels (both at the frontline and in senior roles) deliver a better patient experience, stronger financial performance and have higher staff morale, so less absenteeism and staff turnover (West and Dawson, 2012). This Masterclass will explore how simple, practical changes in leadership style can make a big difference in the quality of care delivered by the region’s hospitals. Proven best practices from the region and beyond will be used to show delegates how to confront and successfully resolve the leadership dilemmas that they commonly face.
