Under the financing arrangement. the World Bank will provide S25Om. represenling 55.6 per cent of the 10",1 project cost; the Federal Government will provide $23m. or 5.1 per cenl of Ihe plOject cost. while the stale and local governments will provide S77m and S40m respectively.
