That’s good vibes coming from your part of the world. Ondertussen hier BRIGHT SUNSHINE en ook te warm voor de tijd van het jaar. ‘s Nachts wel vriezen. Deze morgen een serieuze training achter de rug: 20’ radicaal steil omhoog tot Ried Mörel, verder nog 600 hoogtemeters in 45’ tot in Riederalp en dan als een bom naar beneden in 30’ om 1000 hoogtemeters in de quadriceps te krijgen. Eergisteren tot helemaal hoog in 30 cm sneeuw omhooggemountainbiked tot aan de Breihorn, aan de afdaling begonnen maar 20 meter lager velg in twee gesplit! Dus... een dikke 600 hoogtemeters naar beneden gelopen met de mountainbike aan de hand waarvan het achterwiel helemaal blokkeerde. En plezier dat we gehad hebben. Een boer stopte met zijn jeep, out came his gsm met wat mest eraan en ik maar proberen Julie op te trommelen...
