As we continue to grow and dedicate our time and energy to making this event the best that we can for YOU, the fans, we hope that you’ll continue to support us. HOW TO WIN

There is no purchase necessary! Throughout the weekend, you will be given tickets that give you a chance to win. There are many different ways to get your tickets and increase your chances to win. The drawing will take place Sunday, during “Closing Ceremonies.” You just have to be there with your tickets for a chance to win.

*Tickets are given to paid attendees only, which includes: Weekend Registration, Day Passes, and VIP Memberships. Giveaway tickets and winning prizes excludes volunteer badge type, staff badge type, exhibitor badge type, all access badge type, registered artists in the artist alley and their help, dealer staff regardless of badge type, panelists and their helper regardless of badge type, and complimentary badges regardless of type. All rules are subject to change at any time without warning. Remember, you must be present at the drawing to win, and will not be held for any length of time.

Reserved Room Per Night = 5 Tickets

For each night you reserve a room at the official convention hotel you will receive 5 additional chances to WIN!

Registration = 1 Ticket

Yes, just for attending the convention, you have an opportunity to win.

Premium = 3 Tickets For upgrading to Platinum Membership, you will receive an additional 3 chance to go home with one of our awesome prizes.

Premium Plus = 5 Tickets For upgrading to a Platinum+ Membership, you will receive an additional 5 chance to go home with one of you awesome prizes. $10 spent at the merchandise booth = 1 Ticket For every $10 you spend at our merchandise booth,

Friday:

you will be given 1 Ticket per transaction. Participating Dealers = Certain vendors in the dealers room will be giving out tickets per transactions. The participants will have signs indicating which vendor you can get them from.

Game Room Tournament = 1 Ticket

Regardless of it being console or card gaming, you get 1 ticket just for entering. You must actually participate to receive a ticket.

Policies

Dress Code and Cosplay Policy

1. This is a family-friendly convention, please try to keep it as PG as possible. Excessively revealing clothing or costumes will not be permitted. Private areas must be covered with opaque (solid) cloth at all times. Guests in excessively revealing attire will be asked to change

2. Make sure your costume does not contour to private body parts. If it does, please wear extra undergarments as necessary.

3. Men must also wear proper undergarments (this includes dance belts where applicable).

4. If your costume requires a lot of exposed skin, consider wearing a nude bodysuit.

5. Ice Skates (with or without the guards) are not allowed as either shoes OR props.

6. No regular skates or rollerblades allowed inside the event space.

7. Shoes may be removed for photo shoots only, and must be worn at all other times. Socks do not count as shoes. A sturdy covering on the bottom of your foot is a must.

8. Costumes that can be confused with local, state, or federal law enforcement of any kind are not allowed.

9. No profanity or graphic sexual imagery may be displayed on costumes or clothing.

10. Grossly offensive outfits, uniforms, or any cosplay with the intention of being of heavy shock value will be asked to change out or risk expulsion from the convention.

11. No accessories that you could use to attach yourself, even temporarily, to another person is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: handcuffs, leashes, ropes, etc.

12. There is no profanity allowed on costumes or clothing during the convention.

13. If a complaint is received about your costume or outfit the matter will be investigated and you may be asked to change.

14. Make sure all pointy objects have been dulled so as not to cause harm to others.

15. If wearing a large costume with wings or other large pieces that extend beyond your reach, are difficult to retract, or impair your vision then make sure you have a handler or two to assist you and/or be more aware of your surroundings.

16. Make sure you get cool air or ventilation while cosplaying.

17. Stay well hydrated by drinking water or Gatorade, not soda and Ramune!

18. Don’t forget to eat a proper meal!

19. If you are asked for a photo, please make sure to move out of the flow of traffic. Blocking hallways/walkways is a violation of the fire safety regulations and you will be asked to move.

20. Leave the judging to the judges.

21. Remember we are here to have a good time and be respectful.

Code of Conduct

Convention Staff, Guests, and Attendees may not engage in any activities that are prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, substance abuse, public intoxication, etc.

Treat the Hotel and Convention Staff with respect. Convention Staff, Guests, and Attendees may not be in possession of any

item defined as a weapon, Illegal or not.

Convention Staff and Attendees may not bring any animals onto the convention premises, with the exception of ADA working Animals.

Membership Badges must be worn and visible at all times. Shoes must be worn at all times.

No sleeping in any Convention area at anytime.

Membership Badges must be purchased in order to be allowed into the Convention space, if you do not have a badge you will be asked to leave until you purchase one. Do not run in the Convention space. Be mindful of those around you at all times.

COMPLETE In the world of anime, Beau has voiced a multitude of characters including: Jet Black in Cowboy Bebop, Ogremon, Saggitarimon and Parrotmon in Digimon, Michael in Argentosoma, Seal Walrus in Wolf’s Rain, Gohei in Rurouni Kenshin, Dee Jay in Super Street Fighter II and many others.

Beau Billingslea

He continues to voice The Fourth Raikage and Homura in the animated series Naruto which is currently airing its 13th season on Disney XD. He voices Abraham Douglas in the soon-to-be released animated feature War Of The Worlds: Goliath (which won Best Animated Feature at the Los Angeles 3D Film Festival in 2012). He has narrated several series on The History Channel including Suicide Missions, Hero Ships and Modern Marvels. His video games include: Safari, Outlaws, Dynasty Warriors, Zino, Breakdown, Ace Combat 5, and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

Greg Ayres has been blasting his way through 2018! He was thrilled to make his second appearance in Dragon Ball Super earlier this year as Frost, and equally excited to help blast bugs as Geo in Sony Picture’s Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars. Some other recent roles include Jiro in Concrete Revolutio, Ryuuou Edogawa in Doreiku, Koji Koda in My Hero Academia, Yabase in the upcoming dub of Hitorijime My Hero, and even makes an appearance as Popuko in Pop Team Epic. Greg was also recently given the opportunity to reprise one of his favorite roles as Son Goku in Saiyuki Reload Blast, and will also be appearing in Haikyu as Yu Nishinoya, as well as voicing Zenji Marui in Food Wars. Ganta Igarashi in Deadman Wonderland, Heihachi Hayashida in Samurai 7, and Kouichi Sakakibara in Another. Some of his all-time favorite roles include Son Goku in Saiyuki, Chrono in Chrono Crusade, Kaoru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Youhei Sunohara in Clannad.

Lisa Ortiz is a New York based veteran voice actor, director and producer. Her career as a voice over artist began under the shroud of an attempted auto larceny gone awry. Luckily for her, and for her sibling the perpetrator in question, the car battery died. (No seriously, my brother tried to steal my car. That’s how I got into anime. Just ask me. I’ll tell you.) As a voice actor, she is most well known for her role as Lina Inverse, and Amy Rose in Sonic the Hedgehog, but she began her career as the high elf Deedlit in Record of Lodoss War. Since then she has gone on to record dozens of anime, series, audiobooks, video games, and films both as a voice and as a Producer, Director and Adapter. Her voice has been heard internationally on Disney XD, SciFi, Cartoon Network, WB, Nickelodeon and Netflix amongst others. And has appeared most recently onstage in the one woman show “I Couldn’t Possibly love you” at 53 above at the Broadway Comedy club.

Guests Of Honor

Tia Ballard began her career in the industry while still in college and has worked professionally as an actor, writer, and director. She graduated with a double bachelors in Speech & Communication and Theatre Arts from Texas A&M, and is currently pursuing a teaching degree.

Along with many others, her roles include Happy the Cat in Fairy Tail, Zero Two in DARLING in the FRANXXX, Rinko in My Love Story, Nanami in Kamisama Kiss, Beast in Black Butler: Book of Circus, Marron in Dragon Ball Z, Ragdoll in My Hero Academia, and Shao May in Fullmetal Alchemist.

A few of her video game credits include Velvet in Them’s Fightin’ Herds, Time Patroller in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, JianYu in Street Fighter V, Ms. Marlowe in Street Fighter V, and Riyu in Akiba’s Beat.

Sarah Natochenny

Sarah Natochenny is a voice actor best known for her work as Ash Ketchum on Pokémon. Her other TV work can be heard on Camp Camp as Vera (Rooster Teeth), Moonzy as Skip (Amazon), Robocar Poli as Rody (Nick Jr.), Super 4 as Twinkle (Netflix), World of Winx as Silke and Venomya (Netflix), Yoko as Vik (Netflix), and Yu-Gi-Oh Arc V as Aura (Netflix). Feature films currently available include Bunta (role: Boca) and Sheep & Wolves (role: Xavi). Notable video game work includes Grand Theft Auto V, Modern Combat,Thor, Batman, and Bullet Witch. She studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and Magnet Theaters. She also works as a film editor on documentaries (MSNBC, Group Nine, Yale Medicine, et al) and short narratives, and assists on narrative features. Most importantly, she’s an unapologetic cat enthusiast with foster kittens purring in her lap as she writes this. BIGHEAD (former name: Electric P)

Beginning his music activities early on in his teens, BIGHEAD mastered the guitar, bass, drums, mix equipment and so on. He went on to major in art at university. And after working at a music production company, he became a free composer responsible for producing, arranging and recording CM music. Starting in 2012, he began producing vocaloid music using “Hatsune Miku”.

Take Zero’s goal is to entertain, inform, and broaden the appeal of Nerd & Geek culture.

They bring together artists, creators, and performers of all kinds to create a troupe of entertainers. Together they bring to life both digital and live action art and entertainment.

Finally, whether it is lives streams or panels, stage shows or filmed videos, their goal is to create an experience where anyone with a similar interest can know they are a part of community.

Vitamin H is the convention entertainment group who’ve been delighting nerds across the nation since 2013. They’ve rocked conventions from New Mexico to West Virginia, and now, they’re coming to rock YOU. Together, Vitamin H have spent the past four years showing convention attendees that programming can be more than boring PowerPoints and monotone delivery, and that learning CAN be fun…provided there’re enough dumb jokes involved.

James Herd is a YouTuber, a Novelist, a Voice Actor and Singer who has been on the internet for a very long time.

In late 2012 / early 2013, he started Pixcelation Entertainment as an outlet for him and his friends to write about anime, video games, and other entertainment. It would only last until the summer of 2016, at which point it would remain dormant until James would rebrand the site, converting it from a media outlet to a solo venture.

Cosplay Guests

Carl Martin, owner and operator of Shinka Studios is a Professional Prop Maker and Cosplayer from Texas who now lives in Atlanta as a full-time Fabricator for Volpin Props, working for companies such as Blizzard, Riot Games, Super Giant Games, and many other Triple A companies, creating their props, figurines, and trophies for E-Sports.

WindoftheStars, Mel Hoppe, is a veteran international known cosplayer based out of Northern Nevada. She has been cosplaying since 2004 and has made over 100 costumes inspired by video games, anime, comics and of her own creative design. Many of these costumes have won prestigious awards at cosplay competitions since 2007.

Steff Von Schweetz has been cosplaying since 2003 with nearly 300 costumes under her belt. She prides herself on being completely self-taught in all aspects of the hobby and believes that anyone can cosplay, regardless of skill. Steff has won a handful of awards across the West Coast including Best in Show and Best Advanced Craftsmanship, and has helped with dozens of panels and masquerade judgings. While she loves to craft and create, Steff’s favorite hobby is annoying people with her love of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
