Ilse Duponcheel

Ilse Duponcheel was born in Belgium. She is now the Owner and President of Dolce, a Belgian company that promotes gastronomy worldwide. Ilse studied Tourism in Ghent and Hotel Management in Oostende. She is certified in 'La Nouvelle Cuisine Française'. Ilse is also certified in Restaurant Management, Wine Knowledge, and Cocktail Bar Management.
