In the search for harmony and peace of mind all my thoughts come to one place ... a sea shore. This project is dedicated to creating the minimum conditions for spending time in a place with a maximum reunion with this medium.

Because of the special position of the object, for power supply, I decided to

solar panels

system works most efficiently when it is directed at the sun and its surface is

perpendicular to the sun . It is usually assumed for the spring and autumn the best angle to the value of the

latitude

Latitude, which is my project, is 36 degrees. Based on these data, the angle of inclination of the roof, which will be built in solar panel, I take equal to 36 degrees.

The roof is covered by wooden decks and solar panels with undercovering by glass

The second floor is a recreation area, and emotional balance, and has storage cabinets

The first floor is a kitchen, dining room and bathroom

Entrance area is a pier for a compact speed boatand a ladder leading into a residential a r e a

TECHNOPARK

Innovation Center

Year / 2009

This project is a polytechnic center with a rich infrastructure, the effect of which is aimed at developing a wide range of technical solutions in architecture and design. Its infrastructure combines various functions and services for employees and visitors of the Center.

This project is a polytechnic center with a rich infrastructure, the effect of which is aimed at developing a wide range of technical solutions in architecture and design. Its infrastructure combines various functions and services for employees and visitors of the Center.

The reduction of the relief to the center makes a positive effect on the work of internal processes, naturally isolating them from the noisy highway and creating a micro-world.

FORMFINDING WORKING PROCESS

An important part of business negotiations is the communication of people in the process of joint activity. The favorable environment for the talks can be created, depending on the circumstances, in the office, restaurant, outdoor terraces and even a golf course.

This project was designed not only for the function of maintenance and aircraft parking areas, but also to organize some kind of exhibition space for visitors of the airport and passangers who are waiting for another flight. The main objective of this project was to make maximum insolation of hangar space. It contributes to a comfortable working staff of technical services and creates a favorable environment for visitors to the gallery.

I have desided that Conoid structure is the most c o m p a t a b l e form for the aircraft.

Pulling up the structure to enlarge the space for the cabin.

Rotating the structure simmetrically along the strait side to enlarge the space for 2 aircrafts.

KAMPUS polytechnic u n i v e r s i t y

Year / 2011

This project is the creation of the school campus, which aims - to create new conditions for Moscow to higher and further education. This program provides for a five-campus self-sufficient and at the same time interrelated schools, each of which has its administrative center. The concept of the new conditions is the process of rethinking in terms of student learning scenario, ie for each student provided their personal space with the ability to store everything you need to study.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INSTITUTIONS Developing a college campus is required to determine the ratio of building area. For this purpose was made a comparative analysis of world prototypes. For this analysis were selected 10 analogues of campuses from Russia (Moscow), Germany (Dessau), Holland (Rotterdam, Delft), and the U.S. (New York, Massachusetts). The main criterion for selection was a certain typology of campus compliance, implying integration of the school campus in the urban fabric, the interdisciplinarity of the studying system, and association with the manufacture. The aim was to establish a comparative analysis of working conditions with the projected area and on the basis of the data to determine the ratio of open space and development, to trace the dynamics of the dependence of the site and its buildings. Based on the results of the work site "Red Proletarian" proportionate to the campus of Columbia University and Pratt, therefore, to apply them to the projected area ratio from 29% to 44% built-up area, with 71% and 56% open. Averaging the results, we obtain 36% to 64%, by 2.8 times. This exceeds the current rate (2.1) by 1.3 times. The area of built-up area should be in the range from 4.7 ha to 7.1 ha, respectively, the current area (7.5 ha) is reduced to half time.

ANALYSIS AND FORMFINDING

The volume is limited to the decision zone of the Donskoi Monastery, saved landmarks, located in the territory of the plant and the existing residential development.

It creates volumes of 5 administartive centers of schools wich combine their regular parallel academic buildings, located perpendicular to the street, volume of production facilities, crossing them at two levels, and the inherent coupling facilities that are located at the junction of schools and the whole volume of saturated area sports hall, library and forum.

All the workshops, in turn, have flexible access to lecture, production and administration, which is achieved through a universal system of circulation between the volumes. Library, sports complex, recreation, dining, and cafes are located within the general availability for each of the five centers. On the ground floor situated features with a larger volume and work in the city, such as exhibition halls, offices and shops. The underground level serves as a parking and storage space. The whole complex is in a strict modular structure based on a grid, organized with st. Small Kaluga. The modules that make up the room in are composed of simple modules with different frame type configuration.

This project was created with the main objective - to arrange a mass settlement of people as close to the aquatic environment, but creating a natural barrier against moisture with a massive rock.

RESIDENTAL BUILDING

Year / 2011

FUNCTIONS The building is divided into 4 zones. The public area on the first floor serves as the entering volumes and place to store light vehicles. The residential area is located at an altitude of 8 meters from ground level. Technical area is located above and below the housing. Recreation area is located on the roof and covered by sun barriers to create favorable conditions for it. In this project, I tried to personalize the renunciation of the object of mass population from the urban environment and its compact accommodation, with the smallest area of the environment.

MODULAR SYSTEM Structural system of the building consists of a monolithic slab, supported by metal columns. It combines 3 types of living spaces: one-tier cell and two two-tier cells.

VILLE IDEAL E DE LEONARD DE VINCI Da Vinci's completely abandons the model of a medieval town with narrow streets confused. His idea was to create two-tier cities in the upper level was designed for pedestrian and road surface and the bottom - for the basements of houses connected with tunnels and channels through which freight moves. A well-organized system of roads and houses are located on different, independent tiers of interconnected passages and stair areas.

This QR code contains the p h r a s e VILLE IDEALE DE LEONARD DE V I N C I

Black units I use like building massive and white units like outdoor area

Under the terms of insolation, I organize a scheme of storeys and public spaces

All roofs are used for green public spaces to enlarge the recreation areas

As the result there are three big public centers and one administrative center

INFLUENCE OF SPACE

I believe that in the process of viewing the exhibition as well as in the process of listening to music there is an introduction, culmination and conclusion. In music these effects are achieved with the rhythm, volume and number of musical instruments, while in exhibition, this is achieved with the size and configuration of the space.

The path is situated on one level with the culminative space. This structure is the most primitive.

The path starts at the first level and then rises to the second, where is the culminative space situated. After that it goes back to the first level.

In order to increase the length of the introductory and conclusion exposition, it took the form of a zigzag.

Because of the elevated level of exposure, its main task is to provide a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

Year / 2012

The path starts at the first level and then goes down to the lower level, where is the culminative space situated. After that it goes back to the first level.

The path is situated on one level with several culminative spaces, which has pauses between each other.

The reduction of the path in the beggining is made by stairs, while the increasing of it in the end is made by rampant to facilitate it.

The additional trajectories of path to increase the opportunity of choice and pauses between the culminations.

The usage of the high closed space in contrast with low path space to increase the effet of culmination.

The path is situated on one level with the culminative space. This structure is the most primitive.

The usage of low culminative space of panoramic view in order to concentrate attention on the surrounding countryside.

The use of path extention in the center of exhibition in order to increase the effect of culminative central spheric space.

The usage of different effect of natural lightning for diversify 4 culminative spaces.
