Hey AIESEC!!! How are you, guys? So, in this 13/14 term, we need 84 selected and high-‐quality resources to be our staffs for a year to go. And we are still opening 21 opportunities in this 3rd round staff recruitment, means that there are still many opportunities waiting for you! Basically, we use to divide all of the AIESEC functionals it into two major parts, which are exchanger division and supporter division. Exchanger divisions are basically working along with exchange stuffs. While supporter divisions are having the responsibility to support all of exchanger need to reach the target. Though they’re quite different, all of those functionals below are having the same vision under AIESEC Universitas Indonesia 13/14. These are the remaining open positions:

Read the name of the position and job description carefully, so you can decide which position is the best for you to continue your AIESEC journey. Remember, your chosen functionals have to be at least one supporter division or more.

Information Management Brand Staff (1 slots) Job Descriptions: 1. Designing Promotional Tools 2. Creating Campaign Video 3. Creating Wall Magazines.
Member Development EDUCATIONAL & MOTIVATIONAL (1 Slot) Job Descriptions: 1. Arrange the submission of venue renting for any following events. 2. Helping Organizing Committee to prepare logistic and accommodation stuff for Local Conference or any following events. 3. Helping the Educational & Motivational Manager to be a training organizer, including to arrange the flow of the training, look for the internal or external speakers, and get in touch with EBs to prepare the training itself. MENTORSHIP & DISCOVERY (1 Slot) Job Descriptions: 1. Helping Manager of Mentorship & Discovery to track every mentor and ensure that they implement the Mentoring Session for each new member of AIESEC UI 13/14. 2. Compile Mentor Evaluation through Google Form in each month and process it into concrete data to find out the current condition of members in AIESEC UI 13/14. 3. Helping Manager of Mentorship & Discovery to find out some potential members to be promoted for any opportunities which offered in every quarter (to be an Organizing Committee, Organizing Committee President, AIESEC-‐er of The Month, AIESEC-‐er of The Quarter, etc.)
Program Delivery TMP/TLP DELIVERY STAFF (2 Slots) Job Description: • Make, follow up, analyze, and recapping result of development questionnaire from our members and leaders, either from functional and project. • Helping manager to set up and conduct functional report meeting (per quarter) • Tracking the members progress through informal conversation • Synergize with tracking and assessment department to track member contribution to AIESEC
Alumni and BoA Alumni Relation (1 Slots) Job description: 1) Promote mentorship programs on facebook, linkedln and twitter 2) Calling and emailling alumni to participate in Alumni gathering 3) Active and update on social media 4) Meeting and hangouts with the alumni 5) Keep and update alumni data base 6) Follow up, inform and communicate with alumni 7) Sending greeting cards

ICX GIP Corporate (Current Market & New Market) (3 Slots) Job Descriptions: 1) Do research of potential companies to become our TNs 2) Expand our market in the corporate sector 3) Approach potential companies to become our TNs 4) Maintain good relationship with our TN takers in the corporate sector 5) Maintain good relationship with ICX GIP’s EPs 6) Actively take part in achieving ICX GIP target number in 13/14 term Non-‐Corporate (1 Slots) Job Descriptions: 1. Raising (reach an agreement with institutions in non corporate sector to provide interns from abroad) • Conduct market research for TN Taker potential in non-‐corporate sector. • Conduct marketing call from the result of market research. • Meeting with TN Taker Potential. • Reach an agreement with TN Taker and signing MOU for the agreement. • Input Job Questionnaire from TN Taker to myaiesec.net database system. 2. Matching (find the most suitable candidate with requirements from Job Questionnaire) • Finding eligible candidates through myaiesec.net system, matched to Job Questionnaire requirements. • Spamming about TN to Exchange Participants. • Conducting interview with eligible candidates via skype (optional) • Ask the matched EPs their Acceptance Notes (AN) from their LC. • After having the process completed, change the TN’s status from “raised” to “matched” 3. Realizing • Ask EP to complete all documents needed before the arrival date. • Contact Quality and Delivery Manager about the coming of EP. Quality and Delivery (1 Slots) Job Description : 1) Find Host Families or Other Housing for Exchange Participants during the first month they live here. 2) Help EPs to find a proper place to stay (kost, dorm, flats, apartment, etc.) 3) Coordinate pick-‐ups for Exchange Participants’ arrivals in Airport. 4) Prepare all the needs associated with the Exchange Participants during their Exchange in Jakarta (ex : VISA procedure) 5) Raising the Quality of Exchange Participants (EPs) by holding a sharing session. 6) Conduct Welcoming and Farewell party for EPs. 7) Make a Personal Evaluation Questionnaire for and from EPs. 8) Make an evaluation report sheet of the and EPs.
