We are proud to be associated with Jaguar Land Rover as it continues to significantly contribute to the UK economy. JLR sells vehicles in 170 countries around the world. (80% of the business is exported) and has recruited over 8,000 people in the last two years. They continue to invest in the UK and will be building a state of the art advanced engine facility near the M54, investing £355m and creating 750 new jobs plus opening a state-of-the art aluminium body shop at their Solihull plant which supports the all-new Range Rover. On the subject of the all-new Range Rover, I am extremely pleased to announce it is now available to view and test drive at our Shrewsbury and Ludlow showrooms. The vehicle is absolutely stunning and has recently been described by Top Gear ‘It still feels like a Range Rover, just fitter. A younger, more alert version of itself. And the ride is of limo-quality. It’s everything you expect. But better’. We also currently have two very special limited editions; the Freelander 2 Black & White and the Range Rover Sport HSE Black. Both have great specification levels and as they are available in limited numbers, I am sure they won’t be with us long, so please don’t hesitate to contact our Sales Teams to secure your vehicle of choice. MEET THE TEAM MATT SMOUT
CHRIS DALE
Matt joined Shukers in 1995 as a Sales Executive and remained with us for 4 years before leaving to take up a position as Business Manager elsewhere.
Chris has only been a member of the Shukers team since October 2012 and is our newest Customer Service Executive at Shukers Land Rover Shrewsbury.
In April 2011 Matt rejoined the Shukers team at Ludlow to continue his sales career. In his spare time Matt is delighted to be the current President of the West Midlands Area 5 Round Table. The Round Table is a national organisation that supports local communities through their fundraising efforts, they delight in putting something back into their local area and making a difference and as you can imagine this takes a lot of time! Matt has adopted the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) as his personal charity and has recently completed a 10k race to raise money for this worthy cause.
