We’re one of the longest-established advertising agencies in the North West and the disciplines that the agency was founded on in 1972 are still at the heart of our business. From field merchandising to ground-breaking ad campaigns and eye-catching point of sale, we have always set the standards for others to follow. Our approach is based on a combination of inspired creativity and careful planning, utilising research, media and customer profiling to offer solutions that are strikingly original, yet highly effective in raising sales figures and response. Our team have worked for global brands, small brands, invented new brands and re-invented old brands. One thing is constant – we love what we do. We’re not big, but we’re stuffed to bursting with talent. Yes, we are an award-winning advertising agency, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg…
Lonsdale & Thompson
We began our long history of involvement in the retail industry in the 1970’s with Lonsdale & Thompson, a trade only wholesaler serving independent retailers. Notable milestones included the launch of the first industry suppliers’ conference at the Playboy Club in Manchester and the launch of a private label range and products for the independent as well as the trebling of supplier income to fund marketing activity.
Vestric
We like building sustained relationships with our clients. For example, we enjoyed a successful 14-year relationship with Vestric, during which time their supplier marketing income increased from ÂŁ60,000 to ÂŁ1 million. Carnation footcare products also took note of our success and for 12 years, we helped them establish a strong pharmacy-only brand.
Federation of Wholesale Distributors
We have achieved success in other retail fields with My Shop Is Your Shop – a scheme that highlights the role of independent grocers in their community for the Federation of Wholesale Distributors.
Nisa-Today’s
We continue to look to new horizons with the Nisa-Today’s group, the UK’s leading member owned organisation for food and drink retailers and wholesalers. Our many successful achievements for them include the production of a product/price consumer leaflet with a 4.5 million print run every three weeks, personalised to each member’s store and full-page support ads in the national tabloids.
