ATHLETICS

IMG Academy's eight sport programs offer student-athletes the opportunity to experience a collegiate setting while working closely with expert coaches who have experience developing some of the world's top athletes. IMG's Athletic and Personal Development program further enhances each sport program and features training in areas such as strength, speed, vision, nutrition, and more.

A flexible, full-term block schedule (half day sport, half day school)

n Relationship with the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee for post-graduates looking to earn college credit

n An online communication program that shares academic performance, exam results, and daily homework completion with parents and student-athletes, teachers, and staff

n

Special sessions during the school day in which faculty members work with students who need extra help or are seeking acceleration opportunities as well as an evening study program in which tutors provide additional academic support

IMG Academy's college-style schedule provides student-athletes with the ideal atmosphere to prepare for the next level. Honors and Advanced placement courses in addition to available tutoring and a Learning Resource Center ensures each individual is equipped with the tools to succeed not only at IMG but in college and beyond.

INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

IMG Academy student-athletes represent almost 80 countries, making the student body approximately half domestic and half international. This unique environment embraces each culture, tradition, and background throughout the year with various events and celebrations on campus. IMG offers multiple language levels to ease the transition for non-native English speakers to progress towards mainstream courses.

SAT/ACT TEST PREP

Teachers and staff specialize in standardized test prep and provide focused instruction on critical strategies, test-taking tips, topic-specific lessons, practice questions, and more. Individualized tutoring sessions are also available to students.*
