IMG's team of coaches, performance specialists, and athletic trainers, many of whom played or coached at the professional and collegiate level, develop fully customizable plans to meet your individual goals. Collegiate Programs

For dedicated collegiate players, the off-season is a time for skill development and personal improvement. IMG Academy's collegiate training program will fully prepare you for the moment you step on your college campus.

By combining cutting-edge training with coaches who have instructed and competed at the highest levels, along with game play to stay sharp, the collegiate training program is unmatched in the industry for preparing college-aged athletes.

2 Professional Programs

NFL Combine/Pro Day Training: Rigorous training programs are position-specific and include on-field work from coaches with NFL playing/ coaching experience and performance training in speed, strength, nutrition, agility, and interviewing. All trainees will also experience a full, mock combine during the program.

NBA Pre-Draft Training: Training will include a position-specific/on-court, hybrid development program, strength/power, speed/agility, mental strength, media/interviewing, nutrition, and more from IMG Academy’s renowned coaches and specialists. MLB Off-Season Training: Home to elite development and unrivaled experience, IMG Academy provides an off-season home for professional players to ensure they're prepared for the next year. Past trainees include Andrew McCutchen, Joey Votto, Dee and Nick Gordon, Neil Walker, Starlin Castro, and countless others who have continued to showcase their skills after leaving IMG.

Track and Field Training: From Olympians to national federations, track and field athletes have access to everything they need to focus on general preparation, event-specific training, and competition training.

Professional Tennis Training:
