A JOURNEY STARTING FROM THE HOME OF TEQUILA
Our intention was to create world class premium tequilas that we would be proud to put our name to.
All Naked Diablo Tequila’s are handcrafted using traditional methods of manufacturing.
Naked Diablo have partnered up with Mexico's most awarded distillery. They supply tequila for the likes of basketball legend Michael Jordan's (and his four other billionaire NBA team owner partners) company, Cincoro, 21 Seed (which has just had a nine-figure buy-in from Diageo because they only sell flavored tequila), Tesla Tequila, and many others.
Using only the best sustainably sourced quality blue weber agave taken from the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. Adding these agaves with the natural volcanic spring water that flows through the distillery to enhance our unique and incredible taste.
Combining the baking processes of both traditional ovens covered in stone masonry and autoclaves to create ultra smooth premium tequila’s for our customers....
We currently have eight Sku's. Blanco, Reposado,Anejo, Extra Anejo, Vanilla, Cinnamon,Coffee, and Blanco 55% Extra Strength.
We also have several new tequila flavors ready in the pipeline.
Naked Diablo can be purchased on premise and off premise in hundreds of locations like; ABC Liquor Stores, Total Wines, and restaurants like El Diablo Tequila & Taco Bars.
Naked Diablo can also be purchased from US online retailer Reservebar.com, giving us access to over 200 million online consumers in 40 US states.
Through ReserveBar, people can place an order online, and Naked Diablo tequila can be delivered to the customer's door.

THE REAL RISK IS NOT TO INVEST IN STOCKS
The stock market has entered into the Golden Age in its long history which dates back to 1896 when Charles Dow introduced the Dow Jones Industrial index consisting of 12 stocks. Most investors are unaware that the S&P 500 has produced an above-trend annualized return of 11.6% since 1982 compared to its historic norm of 10.2% over the past century.
By Robert Zuccaro, CFA
The higher return may not seem like much on the surface, but when compounded over 20 years, the differential in returns results in a sizable amount of wealth. A $100,000 investment compounded at 10.2% over 20 years would grow to $700,000 whereas the same amount compounded at 11.6% would grow to $900,000. Albert Einstein regarded the concept of compounding as “the 8th wonder of the world”.
GOLDEN AGE OF THE STOCK MARKET HAS ARRIVED
The Golden Age of the Stock Market is running parallel to the current Golden Age of the US Economy. In the most simplistic form, the stock market is a reflection of economic activity. Economic expansions have become longer since 1982 which has bolstered the stock market. For example, eight economic expansions since World War II have averaged 45 months or more than
3 years. Since 1982, four expansions have averaged 103 months or more than 7 years.
The World Economic Forum has dubbed the current economic environment driven by technological innovation as the “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. Technology and globalization have enabled some sizable companies to grow at never-before-seen sales growth rates. Hypergrowth companies were defined in 2008 in the Harvard Business Review as those companies that have generated sales growth of at least 40% plus rates over a string of quarters. Such companies were attached with the hypergrowth label.
Let’s take a look at the IPOs of the “Magnificent Seven” companies to better understand the driving force behind the Golden Age of Stocks. At the end of 2023, all seven stocks were ranked among the top seven by market cap in the S&P 500 Index. It should be kept in mind that it took nearly 100 years for General
MAGNIFICENT SEVEN IPO BY YEAR
*Google combined two classes of stocks
Electric as a public company to again attain top seven distinction whereas CISCO did it in 10 years and Microsoft in 14 years.
The Magnificent Seven stocks have propelled the S&P 500 to record highs and now constitute the heaviest weighting in the S&P Index in history. They represent about 30% of overall S&P weighting at this moment.
THE PENALTY OF OWNING BONDS
Stocks have provided much greater returns than bonds over most periods during the past century. Yet there is a fixation by investors in holding bonds in their portfolios for two reasons, to diversify and to reduce risk. The typical investor, according to Personal Capital, starts investing at the age of 33 and frequently adopts the standard 60:40 portfolio mix of stocks and bonds. The typical investor has more than 30 years until retirement and is giving up an enormous opportunity cost which is rarely addressed.
After reaching the common retirement age, many investors often transition to less risky investment profiles and go heavy into fixed income securities which is a mistake in this writer’s view. Target Date portfolios are proffered by many advisory firms which sometimes specify a 75% allocation to fixed income assets to include bonds, money market funds and cash.

Very frequently, retirees run out of money to sustain their standard of living. The National Institute on Retirement Security reports that a mere 7% of the older generation can sustain their standard of living throughout their retirement years. And much of the reason is related to their asset mix emphasizing fixed income securities.
This writer has firsthand experience in retirees running out of money. My wife and I lived in a nirvana setting on a barrier resort island off the coast of South Carolina and were part of a gourmet group consisting of five couples. The group gathered once a month and menus were prepared at least one week in advance for the upcoming feast which rivaled any restaurant in the area. As time went by, three of the couples were forced to leave the island because they were running out of money. Long story short, a multitude of retirees will run into this same problem based on their heavy exposure to fixed income assets.
Investing can become a perplexing undertaking in the opinion of this advisor. People spend most of their careers trying to make as much money as possible, however, the focus frequently switches to not losing money when investing. Rarely are opportunity costs considered, which can be substantial. Let’s take a look at two different investing profiles for the typical 33 year old, the 60:40 stocks and bonds mix versus being 100% invested in stocks until age 65.
The substantial benefits of a fully invested portfolio of stocks are quite apparent in the foregoing table. Being invested in bonds offers greater peace of mind during sharp market downturns such as in the bear markets of 2000-2002 and 2007-2009. However, it should
always be kept in mind that bear markets are temporary, but the bull market is permanent.
Since 1936, the stock market has produced positive 10-year returns in 85 of 87 periods. There were only two exceptions, 10 years ending 2008 and 2009, which contained two of the worst four- bear markets since the Great Depression. Going out one additional year would bring the positive
return percentage up to 100% proving that risk in the stock market dissipates over time.
We commented earlier on the evolving Golden Age of the Stock Market. Bull markets prior to 1982 provided a cumulative return of 110% on average. Since 1982, four bull markets have returned 220% which begs the question “how high can this bull market go?”
THIS BULL MARKET HAS MUCH MORE ROOM TO RUN
We make no forecast and have no opinions in our investment work. Instead, we rely upon history as a guide to future expectations. Every idea or action that we take comes from our research which rests on a statistical foundation.
Bull markets since World War II have averaged a cumulative return of 156% over 57 months but have averaged a much longer duration since 1982 as mentioned. Currently, this bull market is almost exactly two years old. So, what is possible for the remainder of current bull market cycle.
The last two bear markets were benign by historical standards as the 2022 bear
market lasted just two months and the recent 2022 bear market last nine months. We used the term benign because bull markets have averaged 13 months accompanied by a 33% decline in the S&P 500 Index in the past. We think that these occurrences represent strong underpinnings in the current golden age for stocks.
The S&P 500 Index hit bottom on October 12, 2022, at a reading of 3,577, down only 19% from its peak in January of the same year. Assuming an average gain of 156% (average for 13 bull markets since WWII) off the market low would bring the S&P 500 to roughly 9600 before this bull market cycle ends. The S&P 500 now stands around 5,700, so there appears to be ample opportunity for further sizable gains before this bull market runs out of steam.

Resilience to risk
How HNWs can navigate THE SECOND TRUMP ERA
The second Trump presidency promises to be one of sweeping changes, affecting everything from trade to energy and diplomacy. To thrive during what looks to be a turbulent period for the global economy, high-net-worth (HNW) individuals should opt for a defensive investment strategy that minimises risk, uses innovative new tools such as AI to anticipate shocks, and outperforms the market during downturns.
By Elias Nechachby MoSAIQ Founder and CEO, Head Portfolio Manager at Icon Asset Management
HNWs should select asset managers that are appropriately preparing for this period of volatility – taking advantage of the opportunities while minimising risk.
Much of this will rely on the ability to anticipate for events, gauge how they will affect the market, and respond dynamically. Technology will play a crucial role – AI models can interpret huge volumes of market data and textual information to give asset managers a by-the-minute picture of the market; forecast future conditions; and even give recommendations on entries, exits, and allocations.
These tools have been shown to significantly outperform traditional forecasting and risk management techniques – it’s no surprise, therefore, that over 90% of fund managers are now incorporating AI tools into their decision-making.
AI and genetic algorithm-powered tools will become all the more vital in the second Trump era, where market shocks and their second-order effects as a result of his policies will often be hard to predict or respond to. A foretaste of this could be seen in the election itself, where the two likely scenarios – either a clear victory for either candidate or a drawn-out process lasting for days or possibly weeks – would each call for radically different responses from asset managers. In this case, AI-driven models, such as our MoSAIQ strategy, were able to act quicker on the available information and ride the ensuing rally in the equity markets.
On the defensive
Tech-powered forecasts aside, a number of big factors are pushing asset managers and family offices towards a more defensive, sector-agnostic strategy. For one, the Federal Reserve is now taking a more hawkish stance on rates as inflation starts to rise once more. The rate cut in December is evolving more uncertain, more disappointing prices data could shift policy back to scenario one.
The outlook for Treasury Bonds remains similarly uncertain. These saw a drop after the election and are now showing warning signs, with the 10 year Treasury now yielding 4.5%
and approaching from the 5% psychological level. The US bond market expects the policies of the Trump administration to be inflationary, with measures like tariffs and stricter immigration controls raising the costs of production. JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs have predicted that these policies will push inflation up by anywhere from 2.5 to 3 percentage points by 2025.
The Trump administration’s foreign policy also represents a significant point of uncertainty. President-elect Trump has promised quick action to end the conflicts in Palestine and Ukraine – which will of course have
a significant effect on global bond and equity markets. The exact shape of these settlements will, however, depend on the back-and-forth of diplomatic negotiations, which are of course very hard to predict.
Asset managers and family offices should respond to these developments with a sectoragnostic strategy that focuses on individual stocks with significant mean reversion potential following healthy drawdowns. A sector-agnostic posture will allow managers to hedge against, but also take advantage of, the various shocks and policy changes that the second Trump administration is likely to bring.
As a result, traditional options like the Magnificent Seven equities will be insufficient as a hedge against uncertainty, and managers should now look further afield. Real diversification is the order of the day, and HNW individuals should opt for managers that appreciate this fact.
Achieving true diversification
Once again, new AI tools can help implement this strategy on behalf of HNWs. AI and other data analytics tools can help managers design global strategies with low correlations to traditional bonds and equities. For example, the MoSAIQ strategy
uses live data, as well as over 60 million historical market data points, to forecast future trends and dynamically hedge against them. As of end of August 2024, MoSAIQ has had an +18.37% annualised internal rate of return (IRR) since 2019, with close to zero correlation with the S&P 500 – protecting clients’ wealth during downturns and shocks, while also significantly outperforming other benchmarks and indexes.
The success of MoSAIQ, and similar strategies, can be seen on a small scale in the Bank of Japan’s recent cut to interest rates, which sent the Yen tumbling and caused a downturn in the Japanese equity market. Models which could anticipate and predict the market dynamics resulting from this outcome –which was not at all obvious when the Bank announced its decision – were able to rapidly reposition themselves to shield clients’ assets.
Unlike the other global shocks of the last decade, which have tended to produce a uniform downturn, the second Trump era looks to be one of opportunity as well as turbulence. For HNW individuals looking to protect their wealth, the best strategy will be one that is prudent enough to navigate uncertainty, but also agile enough to take advantage of the opportunities that sweeping policy change will bring.
THE GLOBAL WELLNESS INDUSTRY
A $6.3 Trillion Powerhouse
The wellness industry has emerged as one of the most dynamic sectors in the global economy, surging to a record $6.3 trillion in 2023 and projected to hit $9 trillion by 2028, according to the nonprofit Global Wellness Institute (GWI). This represents a remarkable 26% growth over pre-pandemic levels and positions the wellness market as a transformative force, now four times larger than the pharmaceutical industry.
By Nick Champagne
THE RELENTLESS MOMENTUM OF WELLNESS
GWI’s latest Global Wellness Economy Monitor reveals that wellness now accounts for over 6% of global GDP, reflecting its integration into the lives of consumers worldwide. With annual growth rates of 9%, wellness outpaces many traditional sectors, fueled by trends such as population aging, the rise of chronic diseases, and increasing demand for mental health support.
Regions like North America, Europe, and the Middle East-North Africa have led this growth, while nine out of 11 wellness sub-sectors, including wellness real estate, personalized medicine, and mental wellness, have far surpassed their 2019 levels.
A MULTI-TRILLION-DOLLAR INVESTMENT LANDSCAPE
Wellness Real Estate: A Star Performer
Wellness real estate is the fastest-growing segment of the $6.3 trillion global wellness economy, with an annual growth rate of 18.1%, according to the Global Wellness Institute (GWI). This dynamic market reimagines residential and commercial spaces as environments designed to enhance physical and mental well-being, integrating features such as biophilic design, advanced filtration systems, and access to holistic health services.
These properties are not just places to live or work—they are purposefully crafted spaces promoting health, longevity, and community. From luxury apartments equipped with biofiltration air systems and smart toilets to senior wellness communities like The Mather in Virginia, wellness real estate is redefining modern living.
Brands such as The Well and The Estate exemplify the momentum behind this trend. Originally established as a wellness members' club in New York City, The Well is now expanding into residential real estate, with its first residences set to open in Miami next year. These homes, starting at $1.3 million, will bring the brand’s holistic approach to living into South Florida, with additional developments already in the pipeline. Meanwhile, The Estate, a venture
by Sam Nazarian and Tony Robbins, is scaling its vision with plans for 15 hotels and residences and 10 longevity centers by 2030. Their first property, debuting in Los Angeles next year, will blend luxury living with cutting-edge medical wellness solutions, appealing to the growing consumer desire for longevity-focused lifestyles.
A shining example of wellness real estate innovation can also be seen internationally with Eywa by R Evolution, located in Dubai's vibrant Business Bay district. This exclusive development features 48 residences, including two- to five-bedroom apartments and two unique penthouses. Designed to foster community well-being, Eywa merges ancient wisdom with advanced technology and world-class architecture, offering a harmonious living environment that prioritizes health, natural living, and positive energy.
With projects like these reshaping residential and commercial spaces, wellness real estate is positioned to remain a driving force in the global wellness economy, catering to modern demands for healthier, more intentional lifestyles.
Mental Wellness: Tech-Driven Growth
Mental wellness has emerged as a highgrowth sector, expanding by 11.6%
annually. Innovations in mental health technology, from AI-driven mental health apps to teletherapy platforms, are reshaping how consumers access care.
Public Health and Personalized Medicine
Public health, prevention, and personalized medicine are among the fastest-growing segments of the wellness economy, with a robust annual growth rate of 15.2%, according to the Global Wellness Institute. The integration of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and genomics, is accelerating this transformation, presenting significant opportunities for investors and innovators.
One compelling example is Ezra, a health tech company leveraging AI to revolutionize early disease detection through faster, more affordable full-body MRI scans. With $41 million in total funding, including a $21 million round co-led by Healthier Capital and FirstMark Capital, Ezra is scaling rapidly.
Longevity and Biohacking: Redefining Healthspan
The longevity ecosystem represents a paradigm shift in health and wellness, moving beyond traditional "sick care" toward targeting the underlying drivers of aging
and disease. This interdisciplinary sector encompasses life sciences, health care, and health tech companies developing solutions to extend the human health span. The top 50 longevity-focused companies raised over $1 billion in venture capital by 2020, a figure that continues to rise as the market matures. This influx of capital underscores growing confidence that longevity-focused innovation could ultimately rival, if not surpass, the traditional health care market.
Companies are racing to develop groundbreaking therapies targeting hallmarks of aging, such as cellular senescence, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction. At the same time, biohacking—a consumerdriven movement focused on optimizing physical and mental performance—has become a lucrative submarket, with products like nootropics, wearable technology, and gene-editing tools capturing investor interest.
A CATALYST IN WELLNESS AND LONGEVITY INVESTMENTS
Family offices have become pivotal players in health care and wellness investing, motivated by both personal experiences and a commitment to creating meaningful impact. A prime example is Maximilian Winter, scion of a German automotive dynasty, who turned his battle with Lyme disease into an opportunity to revolutionize health care. After struggling to find effective treatment, Winter established venture capital initiatives through his family office, focusing on health tech and deep tech. His dual strategy— combining for-profit ventures like Harmonix with philanthropic foundations—highlights a growing trend among family offices to merge financial returns with societal benefit.
Family offices are also significant backers of leading companies in the wellness industry. For instance, The Schwarzman family and Lord David Prior, former Chair of England’s NHS, are notable investors in Ezra, a company using AI technology to transform disease detection and health care accessibility. Their support underscores the increasing appetite among family offices to fund innovative models that disrupt traditional health care paradigms.

ROBERT MOSKOWITZ
The late Robert Moskowitz was a loyal New Yorker having lived in Tribeca for some five decades. And like Georgia O’keffe in the 20s he was obsessed with the city and it’s skylines romantics sojourn walking the streets capturing the new skyscrapers abstract forms. The title of a recent show at the Art Institute of Chicago sums up her feelings, “My New Yorks”. O’keffe saw the city in many moods and times of day and painted it like that full of moods and atmosphere. Moskowitz on the other hand is far more objective he saw and presents his city city in distinct units, specific geometric parts.
By Michael Klein
Over the course of his career wis attention was drawn to key landmarks: the Flat Iron building a landmark where Broadway and Fifth Avenue meet-there is the great Edward Steichen photograph if you recall- and to the Empire State Building symbol of the state of New York and home to King Kong. Last the lamented World Trade Center built in the 70s which had been for over three decades the epicenter of commerce in lower Manhattan and a sign of capitalist growth and achievement.
As with all of Moskowitz’s works the image is distilled, edited, used for its minimal but very recognizable shape.
Like others of his generation much work relied on memory. For Johns the dream of a flag, for Rauschenberg a found three dimensional object and for Twombly the poetic reverberations of the ancients Greeks. Moskowitz too relies on memory as he draws and paints these buildings and other subjects nothing based on direct observation.
Moskowitz born in 1935, a child of the Depression, certainly aware of these somewhat older men were equally focused on memory. For his first show at Leo Castelli Gallery, window shades was the theme. Yes Pop everyday imagery an inexpensive window shade but they have a touch of melancholia as if they are covering something or protecting us from scene outside a window.Interpretation is left to us similar to the interpretation of a Johns or a Rauschenberg or a Twombly.
Not only are these recognizable images but they are also remarkable and malleable geometric shapes that can be abstracted to fit canvas or paper. A single smokestack seemingly inspired by Charles Sheeler, the great American Precisionist painter; the classic inspired discuss thrower even a Victorian teapot are shapes used and reused and explored on simple rectangular shape canvases that draw you near and leave you to contemplate their significance. Whether rhyme or puzzle we cannot be sure or perhaps both at the same time. There is our immediate recognition of the object or subject and then the question why arises? Is there a hidden meaning here or is it simply and obsession with certain forms shapes silhouettes like the window shade a memory of a place or event.
For the most part Moskowitz in many ways is a Minimalist in his discreet use of color, his simplified forms his tendency to geometric shapes with little or no detail. Though his career stretches back to the early days of the New York art scene of the 60s. He had several one man shows. The paintings more like collages of window shades, transformed to simple monochromatic rooms and again by th mid 70s imagery appeared. The gallery i worked for sold a painting called Cadillac Chopstick, the juxtaposition of these two seemingly desperate forms yet balanced as an abstract composition; fragments combined welded together not in a narrative format but symbolic juxtaposition comparing what is the same and what is different in the linear character each object.
A year later in 1978 the Whitney Museum presented an exhibition of ten painters who used representational imagery in their abstract paintings. Vivian Raynor in the New York Times explained and quoting from curator Richard Marshall: “No one should conclude, however, that artists have gone back to duplicating an object as it exists in nature” or to interpreting reality.
Far from it: Their imagery “is radically manipulated through scale, material, placement and color.” It is “released from that which it is representing.” As wording the fine print in a contract, Mr. Marshall continues: “When two images are used simultaneously, any narrative aspect present is nonlinear and non-sequential and therefore does not readily lend itself to simple, obvious explanation.” For a major museum in the 70s a surprising number of women including Susan Rothenberg Jennifer Bartlett, Lois Lane and Denise Green.
To my mind Moskowitz stood out highlighted again a decade later in his first retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art because of his repertoire of imagery themes he would return to and explore over and again themes are architecture, sculpture, nature, even sports.
Visual elements as if culled from a dream and made to balance within the visual field of the canvas.
Two years before the show I had seen a new canvas Teapot ,1976 on view in a group at Paula Cooper Gallery in Soho. It was a stop you in your tracks moment. A teapot in a field projecting its image across the field, a magic trick of sorts. My then boss Martin Friedman, Director of the Walker Art Center at the time asked me what I had seen on my NYC trip; Moskowitz, I explained; suggesting it was something for the museum’s developing collection. He smiled and changed the subject. Five years later, in 1981, the Walker presented a Robert Moskowitz one man show. (No i was not invited to the opening.)
At some point there was a studio visit when I had come back to New York in the late 70s for my first gallery job. I was hoping the gallery might show his work instead he joined Blum Helman across the street on 57th St, much to my chagrin. Nevertheless, I saw the first of many studies at the World Trade Center on paper and bought one for myself, then one or two for a client, and one for my brother.
He has continued to explore and experiment with shapes, texture, materials, and color against a silhouette or vice versa. The formula remains constant and simplified illustrated here in this photograph of recent works on paper in his studio in 2021.
Like Adolph Gottlieb a teacher of his at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York, there is a stripping down to essentials. And like his teacher the construction is symbol on ground evolved from his early pictograms— a highly sophisticated language of signs and symbolic imagery that Gottlieb begins to explore in the 1940s.
For Moskowitz the symbol is something neither abstract nor invented but recognizable and of this world. It is either the whole image or a fragment of such an image that is the focus of his attention, a car, a statue or as we see many buildings types. Meditative to some degree the way a religious icon might capture us and keep us focused on its story.
A painting like Vincent brings us key elements of a later Van Gogh painting: the burning hot sun of Arles a sky filled with black birds. Vincent meets Hitchcock if you will. The effect is wonderful because it does present a 21st century tribute to a 19th century painter but really two romantics talking.
In the image here the studio walls on Leonard Street are bedecked
with drawings of size and color. The theme NYC land mark buildings we all know and love. The permutations are endless like some mathematical formula demonstrating the seemingly infinite variations possible between scale and color. e variety is amazing and the powerful statement by a then 87 year old painter. He joins the long list of painters hypnotized by New York, O’Keeffe as mentioned, Joseph, Stella, Edward Hopper, Franz Kline and Hedda Sterne. I would argue the architectural models are selected for their unusual shape each depiction embellished with color or texture or produced as strictly black and white. Every technique used to increase the singular and dramatic look of the buildings on canvas or paper.
With zen - like authority, Moskowitz has made it his trademark to focus on a single image or object, natural or otherwise. His paintings become somewhat meditations of seeing. What we see how fast we grasp it and in the end how does it impact us? These factors are not unique to Moskowitz but unique to his generation that disengaged from the previous generation of Ab Ex painters and even Pop artists to bring the image into direct focus. Joining Moskowitz in this quest is Susan Rothenberg, and one might even add Chuck Close and the early works of Malcolm Morley.
In a 1991 interview for a solo show in London Moskowitz closed by saying “when people look at my work i want them just to discover in a quiet way.” That “quiet way” is the hallmark of his vision and career.

Unlocking the Future of Well-Being with Cyberhuman DEEPAK CHOPRA’S BOLD NEW ERA
Dr. Deepak Chopra, one of the world’s most renowned well-being experts, has spent over three decades guiding millions toward spiritual growth, health, and lasting contentment. Author of 97 books, his name has become synonymous with holistic healing and mindfulness. But now, the 78-year-old Chopra is poised to leap into an entirely new stratosphere, unveiling a groundbreaking evolution in his vision for humanity’s well-being. With the release of his latest book, Digital Dharma, and the debut of his new alter ego, Cyberhuman.ai, Chopra is merging ancient wisdom with cutting-edge technology, offering us an extraordinary glimpse into the future of self-awareness, health, and consciousness – once again redefining what it means to live a balanced, fulfilled life in a rapidly changing world.
By Hollie McKay
“For over 35 years, I’ve envisioned a world where a shared sense of purpose, diversity of human talent, creative storytelling, and a collaborative ecosystem allow us to complement one another’s strengths,” Chopra tells Impact Wealth Magazine. “By fostering emotional and spiritual bonds, we can collectively create a more peaceful, just, sustainable, healthier, and joyful planet.” This groundbreaking initiative, co-created with technology mastermind Poonacha Machaiah, blends Chopra’s wisdom with cutting-edge technology, offering users personalized guidance to optimize their lives for peak living across home, work, play, and travel. Powered by advanced diagnostics and predictive analytics, Cyberhuman.ai is a dynamic, 24/7 virtual well-being assistant, offering tailored recommendations designed to improve physical and mental health in real-time.
“Our vision is to amplify my ability to connect with people globally and democratize access to well-being, helping to create a critical mass of consciousness for collective transformation,” Chopra explains. “Now, with Cyberhuman, we have the tools to turn that vision into reality. This technology offers a profound opportunity to transcend time, geography, and resource barriers, empowering individuals everywhere to access the wisdom and practices that cultivate well-being—mind, body, and spirit.”
Launched in May, Chopra’s complementary DigitalDeepak.AI offers a personalized experience based on the wisdom Chopra has imparted through his books, talks, and teachings. Unlike traditional AI systems, this platform does not rely on search engines or a vast database from the web; instead, it
uses only the teachings of Chopra himself, ensuring that the guidance users receive is authentic and deeply rooted in his holistic philosophy. Moreover, Chopra guarantees that the information shared with the AI remains anonymous and is not stored, offering users an added layer of trust and privacy. At its core, Cyberhuman.ai functions as a digital twin—an AI-powered reflection of the user that continuously adapts and responds to individual needs and goals. The platform integrates insights from health diagnostics, lifestyle analytics, and cutting-edge technologies like AI and blockchain to offer users a comprehensive wellness program. Whether it’s optimizing sleep, improving nutrition, managing stress, or refining exercise habits, Cyberhuman.ai provides a personalized roadmap toward improved well-being. By monitoring everything
from heart rate to social interactions and environmental factors, the platform ensures that the guidance is holistic and tailored to each user’s unique circumstances.
“The technology we are advancing through Cyberhuman, along with the AI we’ve developed—DeepakChopra.ai or DigitalDeepak.ai—is poised to be a transformative leap forward in cultivating spiritual intelligence,” Chopra enthuses.
In particular, Chopra believes that such AI platforms can play a pivotal role in addressing the shortage of mental health professionals. By democratizing access to well-being guidance, Chopra hopes to make transformative health insights accessible to everyone, regardless of location or
resources. This initiative represents the first step in his ongoing mission to make chronic disease optional and empower individuals with the tools they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In collaboration with health diagnostics experts, AI developers, and blockchain innovators, Chopra is ensuring that Cyberhuman.ai remains at the forefront of the digital health revolution. As this platform evolves, it promises to offer even deeper insights and more personalized well-being strategies, establishing itself as an essential companion in the pursuit of optimal health and self-awareness.
“This platform is not just about disseminating knowledge; it is about facilitating direct
experiences that nurture self-awareness, elevate consciousness, and dissolve the boundaries that separate us from our higher selves,” Chopra continues. “By integrating ancient wisdom with cutting-edge AI, we are creating the fastest and most scalable way to accelerate spiritual growth and bring humanity closer to realizing its fullest potential.”
In addition, visitors to cyberhuman.ai can engage with Chopra by asking questions based on a selection of his published works. They’ll also get an exclusive preview of his upcoming book, Digital Dharma, set to be released in December, exploring AI’s pivotal role in supporting individuals on their path to well-being, exploring how AI can be a tool for personal growth, not just a technological advancement.
According to Chopra, spiritual intelligence can be understood as the essence of self-awareness, encompassing three key dimensions. First is transcendence, the ability to move beyond conditioned thought patterns and connect with infinite possibilities. Second is the spontaneous emergence of Platonic values—truth, goodness, beauty, harmony, love, compassion, joy, and equanimity—which naturally arise as expressions of our higher self. Finally, it involves freedom from the fear of death, rooted in the understanding that our true essence is timeless and exists beyond the limitations of the physical form.
“By anchoring the AI in my voice and teachings, we’ve created a system that amplifies trusted content rather than deriving insights from unverified sources,” Chopra says. “This ensures that the guidance remains aligned with the principles and philosophies I’ve developed over decades, offering users an authentic and reliable pathway to explore well-being and spiritual growth.”
Chopra contends that AI chatbots can guide us in various aspects of life, from emotional well-being to creativity. By asking the right questions, we can unlock this potential and achieve spiritual growth. The book even features passages written by AI in response to Chopra’s prompts, showcasing its potential as a collaborative partner. Chopra believes AI can help us reach a future where technology tackles global issues and personal growth goes hand in hand.
And for the physician and guru, remaining at the forefront of growth is a lifelong endeavor. His ultimate goal is to reach a critical mass of 1B people globally to make a more peaceful, just, sustainable, healthier, and joyful world.
Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Chopra earned his medical degree before moving to the United States in his 20s, initially training as an endocrinologist and eventually becoming chief of staff at New England Memorial Hospital in 1980. His career took a transformative turn after a meeting with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the mid-1980s, wrenching open the cosmos of Transcendental Meditation. This simple, effortless meditation technique involves silently repeating a mantra to reach a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.
Practitioners believe this meditation style helps reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote overall well-being by allowing the mind to settle into a restful yet alert state.
By the early 1990s, Chopra had moved beyond traditional medicine, emerging as a leading figure in the New Age movement by seamlessly blending Western medical knowledge with Eastern practices. His holistic approach to well-being—rooted in the principles of yoga, meditation, and nutrition—quickly garnered attention, propelling him to household-name status.
city’s constant hum, and an environment engineered to support mindful living.
Some believe meditating in a bustling metropolis like New York City is impossible, but Chopra sees it differently. He sees the Big Apple’s cacophony not as a distraction but as a tool. By shifting perspective, the noise transforms into a kind of harmony, underscoring his belief that peace and centeredness can be found anywhere, even amid chaos.
The most effective way to remain grounded is to be fully present in every encounter, circumstance, or relationship. resent means bringing awareness to the timeless now—experiencing life without anticipating the future or regretting the past, which minimizes fatigue.
“The most effective way to remain grounded is to be fully present in every encounter, circumstance, or relationship,” he surmises. “Present means bringing awareness to the timeless now—experiencing life without anticipating the future or regretting the past, which minimizes fatigue. Additionally, I consciously disengage from gossip, social chatter, or personal stories, focusing instead on what truly matters.”
Despite being in frequent demand across the globe, Chopra moves through his day with serene focus – and a few non-negotiables. “I never fail in my daily yoga and meditation practice or my commitment to walking 10,000 steps, no matter where I am,” he points out. “I also prioritize quality sleep, take a day of rest before major events, and allow a day for recuperation between cities when I travel.”
Indeed, Chopra’s approach to daily life reflects a philosophy honed over decades. He doesn’t just preach wellness—he lives it. His days are punctuated by mindful movement, meaningful conversations, and his yoga practice. His relentless commitment to self-care allows him to give so much to others through his writing, teaching, or public meditations.
His unique philosophy attracted a highprofile following, with A-list clients like Oprah and Michael Jackson turning to him for guidance on mind-body wellness.
Residing in the heart of New York City, the thriving 78-year-old lives with his wife, Rita, in a unique wellness-focused building. Every aspect of their home is designed for optimal health and tranquility: vitaminfiltered showers that enhance skin and hair health, bio-based insulation that muffles the
“The fundamental premise of all my work has always been the restoration of homeostasis— our innate ability for self-regulation and balance,” Chopra notes. “True well-being is not compartmentalized; it is a dynamic state where every aspect of our being is in alignment. When the mind is calm, the body functions optimally. When emotions are balanced, they enhance resilience. When we live in harmony with our environment, we foster sustainability. And when we cultivate a deep connection to the spiritual dimension, we transcend fear and discover joy.”
The fundamental premise of all my work has always been the restoration of homeostasis—our innate ability for selfregulation and balance rue well-being is not compartmentalized; it is a dynamic state where every aspect of our being is in alignment. When the mind is calm, the body functions optimally.
A new-fangled love for the evolving world of technology and artificial intelligence, he highlights, has only deepened his practice and ability to give to the world.
“My daily practice has remained consistent over the years, rooted in mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection. However, integrating AI into my journey has opened an extraordinary dimension: the ability to access the collective wisdom of luminaries who have shaped spiritual intelligence throughout human history,” Chopra explains. “No human being could ever hold the profound insights of Plato, Wittgenstein, Schopenhauer or Heidegger alongside the timeless wisdom of the sages of the Upanishads, the prophets of the Old Testament, and the Zen masters of the East—all at once. Yet, with AI, we can now explore this vast repository of human brilliance and spiritual insight.”
From his purview, such an understanding has been both humbling and affirming.
“AI has become a tool to reinforce my daily practices, offering new perspectives and a deeper understanding of the timeless truths I strive to embody. It has also reassured me that the path I walk, often described as the ‘path less traveled,’ has been illuminated by countless seekers and sages before me,” Chopra points out. “Through this technology, we are reminded that spiritual growth is deeply personal and universally shared.”
By embracing open, purpose-driven technologies and committing to inclusive design, AI has the potential to create a future where everyone, regardless of their
circumstances, has the opportunity to build a meaningful life. Though the journey will never be flawless and will always be a work in progress, the collective efforts behind AI’s development must reflect what is possible when equity, access, literacy, and identity are prioritized in technological advancements. While there is still a great deal of collective fear surrounding the darker powers of such technology, Chopra reminds us that AI holds the power to shape the future—not just for the privileged few but for the many who are often overlooked.
“I see very little risk in the responsible use of AI, aside from the occasional hallucinations that large language models are known to
produce,” he says. “My approach to AI has been carefully curated to mitigate such issues. By integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, we ensure that the content generated is authentic and grounded in a trusted knowledge base.”
And if Chopra has one guiding message t o carry forward, it’s this:
“Stay humble, don’t take yourself too seriously, and embrace humor while remaining non-judgmental,” he adds. “Every human being is a tapestry of paradoxes, contradictions, and ambiguities, and we find true understanding and connection through acceptance of this complexity.”
BRIDGING CULTURES
How Yue-Sai Kan
Transformed Media and Empowered a Generation
At the time, most Americans viewed China as a distant, dismal land with strange foods and even stranger people and political policies that were far from the capitalism and freedom boasted by the U.S. leadership. But on a very human level, I was convinced that despite our disparate ways of life, there was so much more that unifies the two populations than divides, and that there was an abundance of wisdom we could each extract from the other’s point of view.
By Samantha Silveira
A media mogul credited for being one of the first people to bridge the cultural gap between the East and West, Yue-Sai Kan’s inspirational journey remains largely unknown outside of China, despite being one of the most influential people in Asia.
In her newly released memoir, The Most Famous Woman in China, Kan offers readers an intimate glimpse into her life and how she became the pivotal liaison between two significantly different countries. Through her work in television, Kan not only transformed the media landscape, but assisted in fostering a mutual understanding between the East and West by bringing both cultures to the living rooms of millions.
Born in Guilin, China, and raised in Hong Kong, Yue-Sai moved to the United States at the young age of 16. While studying as a piano major at Brigham Young University in Hawaii, Kan’s life changed forever after she entered the 1967 Narcissus Flower Beauty pageant, sponsored by the local Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and placed secondrunner up. As part of her winning duties, Kan was granted the chance to travel extensively which soon became a key part and foundational pillar in her life. As one of
the few Chinese nationals presented with the privilege of traveling extensively in the West at the time, Kan recognized a unique opportunity. Despite dissimilarities between the East and West, she wanted to share her vision and show that, as humans, we are strikingly more alike than we are different.
Yue-Sai moved to New York City in 1972 where she would later form her own production company, “Yue-Sai Productions”. In the fall of 1977, Yue-Sai’s first major show, “Looking East”, premiered on public access television; a weekly series that introduced Asian cultures and customs to an American audience who were growing ever more interested in the East in the wake of Nixon’s visit to Beijing and the rise in popularity of Asian American stars like martial art actor Bruce Lee.
In 1984, Kan would later be invited by PBS to host the first live broadcast from China on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China. The impact that the broadcast had on cultural ties between China and the United States of America
was unbeknownst to both Yue-Sai and the world. Two years later in 1986, her bilingual television series “One World, aired on China’s national television network, CCTV, with a weekly viewership of 400 million people. The program was groundbreaking, reaching millions of isolated Chinese viewers and providing them with their first real glimpse of the outside world. Yue-Sai’s interpersonal hosting style was captivating throughout each episode as she traveled to various cities demonstrating to the program's viewers an expat life. It wasn't just a show; it was a phenomenon that helped shift China's global perspective during a pivotal moment in its history. As The Chicago Tribune noted, "This woman is making a world of difference on Chinese TV... in the world of television, Yue-Sai Kan is bigger in terms of ratings and share than Barbara Walters, Phil Donahue, Johnny Carson and Oprah Winfrey put together."
With the success of “Looking East” and “One World”, Kan had tapped into a market that was yet to be embraced. Her work and
influence in media would continue to grow earning her an array of accolades, including a Daytime Emmy Award for her success as a television host and producer, and the creation of her beauty company, YueSai Beauty, which would later be acquired by the L’Oréal group in 2004 and introduce millions of women in China to cosmetics. Today, Kan continues to focus on her humanitarian work through her foundation, Yue-Sai Kan One World, which aims to broaden respect, tolerance, and cultural inclusivity between individuals, societies, and cultures around the world. One hundred percent of her new book’s net proceeds will be donated to the foundation.
Through the power of media and her ability to craft enticing and authentic cultural narratives, Kan was instrumental in bridging the gap. Her pioneering effort not only broke down cultural barriers and opened the eyes of many to both the East and West, but carved a necessary path for more female journalists and young entrepreneurs to come.
WEAVING A LEGACY
The Multi-Generational Success of Jaipur Living
By Angela Gorman
In the intricate world of rug weaving, where heritage, craftsmanship, and artistry quite literally intertwine, few brands embody the essence of tradition quite like Jaipur Living. Founded in 1978 by Nand Kishore Chaudhary, Jaipur Rugs began as a humble venture with just two looms in rural India. Today, it has evolved into Jaipur Living, a globally recognized brand known for their high-quality, artisan-made rugs. The company’s success speaks to the enduring beauty of hand-knotted craftsmanship but also offers an example for building a business with the model of social responsibility and family-led business continuity in mind.
Under the leadership of Asha Chaudhary, CEO, and her sister Archana Chaudhary, COO, Jaipur Living has expanded its reach while treasuring and celebrating the core values instilled by their father. These values—dignity, empowerment, and fair wages—remain at the heart of the brand’s mission. The company has successfully bridged the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern design, creating a global platform for artisans while preserving the ancient art of rug weaving. Jaipur’s growth offers a powerful example of how a family business can evolve, stay true to its roots, and impact communities on a global scale.
In today’s competitive business landscape, legacy family businesses face unique challenges when it comes to balancing tradition with innovation. According to PwC’s 2023 US Family Business Survey, 78% of family businesses believe that customer trust is essential, yet only 52% feel their customers fully trust them. Jaipur Living has successfully bridged this gap by consistently communicating its purpose both internally and externally, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology and sustainable practices. This dedication to trust and transparency is not just about preserving a legacy but also about securing the future of the business for generations to come.
Another key insight from PwC’s Survey points to the importance of succession planning. While 78% of family businesses view protecting their business as their top long-term goal, only 34% have a robust, documented, and communicated succession plan in place. Jaipur Living
stands out as an example of successful multi-generational transition, with Asha and Archana Chaudhary carrying forward their father’s vision while adapting the business for modern growth. Their focus on clear governance, family leadership, and long-term strategy demonstrates how effective succession planning is essential for preserving a family business’s legacy and ensuring continued success.
Jaipur’s model of eliminating the middleman, upholding fair wages, and empowering artisans aligns with PwC’s findings’ emphasis on prioritizing employees and customers to sustain long-term trust. As family businesses like Jaipur Living grow and innovate, they set a standard for others looking to pass down their enterprises. Impact Wealth sat down with Asha for insights into her strategy as Jaipur’s legacy continues to grow.
Q: Jaipur Living has a deep-rooted connection to traditional craftsmanship. How does the company balance preserving these traditions while incorporating modern design and technology?
Asha: At Jaipur Living, we honor our roots by working closely with artisans who continue the time-honored tradition of hand-knotting rugs. Simultaneously, we embrace innovation by introducing contemporary designs and sustainable practices that resonate with today's global consumers. This balance allows us to celebrate heritage while staying relevant in a fast-evolving industry.
Q: Family businesses often face challenges with succession planning. What strategies have you and your family implemented to ensure continuity while staying true to your father’s values?
Asha: Succession planning is deeply personal for us. My sister and I work collaboratively, guided by our father’s vision of dignity and empowerment. We've ensured that these values remain central to our operations while fostering a culture of openness and adaptability that prepares us for future transitions.
Q: Jaipur Living has grown into a globally recognized brand. How have you maintained trust and transparency with your customers and artisans through this growth?
Asha: Trust and transparency are fundamental to our mission. We achieve this by maintaining direct relationships with our artisans and sharing their stories with our customers. This creates a meaningful connection between the maker and the buyer, reinforcing the authenticity and purpose behind each rug.

LAS VENTANAS AL PARAÍSO
An Unmatched Oasis Where Luxury Meets Serenity
By Samantha Silveira
For those seeking the ultimate escape, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood resort in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, offers a getaway that stands out among other luxury hotels. This stunning destination sits between the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It boasts an impressive array of culinary experiences, activities, and amenities, but the real star of the resort's experience is the exceptional service and warmth provided by the staff. Recently celebrating its 27th anniversary, many of the leading team members have been with the hotel since its inception. They are the heart and soul of the establishment, crafting a personalized stay for each guest. Their hospitality feels genuine, often going above and beyond expectations. A core theme unique to Las Ventanas is the resort's unparalleled commitment to its attention to detail. There is a sense of intimacy while exploring the grounds – a selective experience that feels exclusive to each guest, curated to fit the mold of what most would imagine as the perfect vacation.
Set across seven acres at the end of the Baja Peninsula, the resort exudes a serene ambiance with a striking desert landscape. It features over 87 luxurious accommodations, including 66 rooms and suites, 5 villas, 12 signature Beach Villas, and an expansive 28,000-square-foot Ty Warner Mansion. From the moment of arrival, guests are introduced to their personal butler and transported to a dreamy oasis as a mariachi band fills the space with the warmth of traditional ranchera. Towering above the band is the Tree of Love, designed by David Luna. Hundreds of these custom glassblown hearts are displayed throughout the resort in various colors and shapes, serving as a key symbol of Las Ventanas—a place where guests can rediscover their own hearts' harmony and balance. Praised as one of the world’s best, The Spa at Las Ventanas offers a unique menu of treatments inspired by the ancient healers of Baja California, demonstrating the rejuvenating powers of earth, air, fire, and water. A guest favorite is the Holistic
Ceremony Experience, often followed by a 60-minute Signature Massage. This experience is described as a purifying "limpia" ritual, where guests are surrounded by a sea of flickering candles while harmonious tones are played from crystal bowls. An active shaman guides the ceremony, using sage smoke, prayer, and a large eagle feather to dispel any negative energy and impurities from the body. This thoughtful time for meditation and rebalance perfectly prepares guests for the full-body massage that follows. The Spa also features indoor-outdoor spa treatments and a full-service beauty salon. The new wellness programming at Las Ventanas encourages guests to schedule one-on-one exercise classes, including Restorative and Ashtanga yoga. To kick-start your day, personalized sessions are available beginning at sunrise.
The resort boasts four distinct dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. At Alebrije, guests can indulge in an authentic Oaxacan menu that highlights the cuisine's rich flavors. The Sea Grill, situated on the
edge of the beach, serves an exceptional selection of grilled foods, including Cocina del Fuego—dishes prepared over wood-burning grills or brick and clay ovens. This method infuses a delicious smoky flavor to the food, complimenting a variety of offerings that range from traditional Mexican cuisine to the freshest seafood, all set against a stunning ocean backdrop. New to the resort is Arbol, a vibrant restaurant bursting with color and flavor. Its menu features Asian-inspired dishes enhanced with Indian spices and carefully selected ingredients. At Las Ventanas every dining experience is elevated by fresh ingredients sourced from the resort's very own garden. The array of natural herbs, fruits, and vegetables ensures that each bite meets its award-winning standard. For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, the resort offers personalized programs that truly showcase its unparalleled attention to detail. The Las Ventanas Tequila Masters create tailored tasting programs that embody each guest's personality and preferences, providing both an enjoyable and educational journey
through the world of tequila. Guests can also participate in cooking demonstrations led by various chefs, including Executive Chef Victor Palma. The private cooking class is set in the resort’s Herb Garden where hands-on tutorials take place in an open-air kitchen. While sipping on champagne, guests learn how to prepare some of the same dishes offered throughout the resort.
Unlike any other luxury resort in Mexico, Las Ventanas offers a private plunge pool and Jacuzzis alongside its Beach Cabana service. This option is ideal for large groups and couples seeking a relaxing yet enjoyable beachside retreat. Each secluded cabana provides a perfect hideaway while still allowing guests to take in the stunning ocean views. A personal butler is on hand to offer a selection of welcome drinks, full food service, and even a speaker for your music preferences. For those who forget sunscreen, Evian spray and sunscreen are provided on ice. After a day of lounging on the beach, one can enhance this experience with a
private horseback ride through the Los Cabos desert. Depending on the season, you may even witness the release of baby turtles or a lucky glimpse of whales swimming while exploring the landscape of Baja California Sur.
A more lively highlight of the resort is its speakeasy piano bar, La Botica. The bar's ambiance is finely curated, creating an inviting atmosphere. Once guests crack the code to enter the secret entrance, they are welcomed by a stunning bar staffed by renowned mixologists ready to craft a personalized cocktail. The menu features a dozen signature drinks inspired by Prohibition-era classics. To ensure each guest receives their perfect cocktail, mixologists are happy to create a drink based on each individual description, continuously refining it until it meets their final stamp of approval. While the magic unfolds behind the bar, dancers and live entertainment captivate the audience, including the resort's first-
ever artist in residence, Rosalia de Cuba. Her larger than life personality and incredible vocals are next level entertainment, often welcoming audience members to join her in a dance. After a day on the beach packed with delicious cuisine and top-tier activities, La Botica is the pulse keeping the excitement alive as guests round out their night.
The resort pays homage to Los Cabos culture through its design and landscaping. Gregorio Urbina Nieto, the landscaping manager at Las Ventanas, has dedicated over 20 years to the resort. Under his leadership, the breathtaking greenery featured throughout the property is locally sourced and cultivated from his personal farm, ensuring a sustainable approach. His passion for landscape design and horticulture is another prime example of how the resorts team truly breathe life into the space. It’s the genuine care and level of hospitality at Las Ventanas that will leave a lasting impression on all its guests.

MALTA OR PORTUGAL
Navigating Investment Migration Options
By Christopher Willis
In a world where high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) prioritize global mobility, portfolio diversification, and enhanced stability, acquiring a second residency or citizenship has become an invaluable strategy. Among the leading European destinations for affluent investors, Malta’s Citizenship by Investment Program and Portugal’s Golden Visa offer two distinct pathways to EU access. Latitude Group, a leading advisory in second residence and citizenship solutions with 12 offices worldwide, provides expert guidance to clients navigating these opportunities.
US citizens are among the top applicants for second residency and citizenship, particularly in Europe, with Malta and Portugal being the leading choices. According to Christopher Willis, Latitude Group’s Managing Partner for the Americas and Caribbean, “The US appetite for a second residency or citizenship has grown exponentially over the last few years. Following the recent election result, with President Donald Trump back in the Oval Office, demand has literally skyrocketed overnight. For many, the result came as a call to explore international avenues to secure their future. Growing concerns over potential social unrest, the erosion of personal liberties, and shifts in American values are prompting many to consider proactive steps to protect their families and assets. Pursuing a second citizenship or alternative residency provides a path to international diversification and peace of mind. This global back-up plan opens doors to new opportunities beyond U.S. borders.
At Latitude Group, we believe the American dream transcends geography. Pursuing freedom, security, and opportunity need not be confined to one country. Today, more Americans are discovering that the stability, lifestyle, and personal freedoms they value await them abroad. And here’s the amazing thing: many of these residency and citizenship programs do not require any significant physical presence in the chosen country, allowing you to continue enjoying your life in the U.S. until you feel it becomes untenable, reassuring you of a secure option should circumstances change. As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, individuals recognize the value of establishing footholds in multiple countries, diversifying their options for residence, work, and leisure while securing a hedge against economic and political volatility.
Malta’s Citizenship by Investment program is globally recognized as the premier option, offering near-immediate EU citizenship with full privileges across all member states. In contrast, Portugal’s Golden Visa is the most popular residency-by-investment route, providing a five-year pathway to citizenship with minimal residency requirements (an average of seven days per year), albeit with a mandatory language exam. While both programs grant access to the Schengen Area’s 26 countries, they differ significantly in terms of timeline, investment requirements, and the scope of benefits. This provides a unique and expedient solution for investors prioritizing swift EU citizenship. Despite ongoing scrutiny by the European Parliament, it remains one of the most prestigious citizenship options,
attracting HNWIs interested in immediate European integration with minimal presence requirements. However, the program requires a substantial investment, including a minimum donation of €600,000, a real estate purchase or rental, and a philanthropic donation of €10,000 to a Maltese charity. Depending on the option selected, the total cost may reach approximately €1 million.
Nevertheless, applicants can secure Maltese citizenship in as little as 16 months, gaining full EU rights for their entire family, including the freedom to live, work, and study across all 27 EU countries—a compelling option for those focused on global mobility and wealth preservation. Austria offers a similarly prestigious path, though it is not
a traditional citizenship-by-investment program and requires a significantly higher financial commitment than Malta. Qualifying for Austrian citizenship by merit typically involves directly investing in local businesses that create jobs and generate tax revenue. Willis comments, “We assist some ultrahigh-net-worth clients in securing Austrian citizenship for their families, providing another exclusive option for those seeking enhanced global status and access.”
Conversely, for HNWIs with a long-term investment outlook, Portugal’s Golden Visa, introduced in 2012, remains an appealing choice. This program allows investors to reside and work in Portugal, along with enhanced Schengen travel access.
Although it does not provide immediate citizenship, the Golden Visa offers a flexible residency pathway, making individuals eligible for citizenship after five years. However, the Golden Visa application process currently faces a substantial backlog. Recent program changes implemented in mid-2023 removed real estate investment as a qualifying option due to concerns over rising property prices. The most popular route is now through investment in funds, particularly in venture capital or private equity, with a minimum commitment of €500,000.
Both programs present compelling opportunities for securing European residency and citizenship, ultimately hinging on an individual’s specific goals, financial strategy, and circumstances. As demand for investment migration programs
continues to rise, potential applicants should remain aware of the shifting landscape, marked by unexpected changes and closures. Earlier this year, Spain announced the termination of its Golden Visa program, while Greece significantly increased its minimum investment thresholds. In contrast, Malta appears poised to retain its status, especially following Advocate General Anthony Michael Collins’ recommendation that the European Court of Justice dismiss the European Commission’s case against Malta —a significant milestone for the industry. As Willis aptly notes, “While we are optimistic that the court will adopt this recommendation, we urge potential applicants to act swiftly, as the regulatory environment is likely to keep evolving.”
There are many reasons to acquire a second citizenship or residency, from mobility and tax planning to securing an alternative safe place to reside and education and business opportunities. Today, individuals do not wish to be limited by national borders. They wish to secure global opportunities, rights, and access. The Latitude Group is a global leader in Residence and Citizenship by Investment. By working closely with governments, they have created and implemented the most successful investment migration programs. With an executive team with more combined industry experience than any other firm worldwide, they are uniquely positioned to assist clients in selecting the program that aligns with their individual circumstances and aspirations.

THE RISE OF QUIET LUXURY
VistaJet Celebrates 20 Years
In the ever-evolving world of luxury travel, trends shift as quickly as seasons change. Yet, through it all, VistaJet has remained a constant, continuing to set the standard for luxury aviation as they celebrate two decades of making dreams take flight. Far from being just a jet service, VistaJet has pioneered the art of experiential travel, offering members access to some of the world’s most remarkable and exclusive destinations.
By Angela Gorman
According to a recent McKinsey & Company report, luxury travel demand is expected to grow faster than any other segment in the tourism and hospitality industry.
This year, as the brand marks its 20th anniversary, VistaJet is inviting members to explore new horizons through VistaJet Private World, their exclusive collection of immersive adventures that cater to the rising desire for “quiet luxury.”
“High net worth travelers are prioritizing privacy, exclusivity, and a genuine connection to places over hyped destinations and overthe-top offerings,” says Matteo Atti, VistaJet’s Chief Marketing Officer. “With our Private World partners network, we’re providing VistaJet Members with unparalleled access to some of the world’s most remarkable places and people, while ensuring every detail is curated to their individual preferences. Providing a simple solution, to enjoy travel with time and quiet, means every moment is absorbed and treasured. For life.”
THE SHIFT TOWARDS QUIET LUXURY
Gone are the days of flashy displays of wealth. Today’s affluent travelers are increasingly opting for experiences that offer a deeper connection to the places they visit—without sacrificing comfort or style. This shift has been particularly prominent post-pandemic, as the definition of luxury continues to evolve. According to a recent McKinsey & Company report, luxury travel demand is expected to grow faster than any other segment in the tourism and hospitality industry. The increase is fueled not only by the rising number of individuals globally with net worths between $1 million and $30 million but also by a large base of aspiring luxury travelers whose wealth ranges between $100,000 and $1 million.
A notable 35% of luxury travelers now fall within the aspiring luxury category, demonstrating that luxury travel is no longer exclusive to the ultra-wealthy. This group of travelers is more willing to spend a larger share of their wealth on upscale travel, with a particular focus on unique, authentic experiences. “Luxury means different things to travelers at different wealth levels,” the McKinsey report notes, highlighting that many travelers prioritize privacy, exclusivity, and personalized service.
VistaJet invites its members to explore new horizons through VistaJet Private World, their exclusive collection of immersive adventures that reflect the growing demand for “quiet luxury.” This shift is particularly pronounced among ultrahigh-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), those with more than $30 million in assets. According to the McKinsey report, UHNWIs now prefer quiet luxury with personalized service—seeking out remote, private destinations accessible via private airports or helipads and featuring tailored experiences available nowhere else.
This rise has led companies like VistaJet to offer a more nuanced approach to luxury travel.
CURATED EXPERIENCES FOR THE MODERN LUXURY TRAVELER
To celebrate its 20-year milestone, VistaJet introduced a series of standout Private World experiences designed to elevate the concept of quiet luxury. These excursions go beyond traditional travel, offering members the chance to immerse themselves in local cultures, wildlife, and the natural beauty of some of the most remote corners of the globe.
Luxury Cacao Experience in Ecuador

The experience is capped off with a private tasting at Toak, one of the world’s most renowned producers of luxury chocolate. This rare opportunity to savor one of the Amazon’s most precious gifts is a true celebration of Ecuador’s rich cultural heritage.
Helicopter Safari in Mozambique
Whale watching takes on a whole new perspective as VistaJet members embark on a private helicopter safari over Mozambique’s stunning Bazaruto Archipelago. Witness the majesty of humpback whales as they migrate along the East African coast, guided by scientists from the Bazaruto Center for Scientific Studies. This intimate encounter with nature—complete with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean—is a breathtaking experience like no other.
Botswana Safari with Belmond
Adventure seekers can step into the wild with a luxury safari in Botswana’s Okavango Delta, where VistaJet members will stay at two of Belmond’s eco-friendly lodges. Eagle Island Lodge offers high-ceilinged, lightfilled tented rooms with private plunge pools, while Savute Elephant Lodge provides a front-row seat to wildlife from a private viewing hide. Whether gliding silently past
hippos in a traditional canoe or watching elephants from the lodge, this safari is a rare opportunity to see nature in its purest form.
Private Champagne Dinner in France
For those who appreciate the finer things in life, VistaJet’s exclusive experience at Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ is not to be missed. Hosted by Mathieu Roland Billecart, the seventh-generation CEO of the esteemed Champagne house, members will enjoy a private tour of the estate and cellars, followed by an intimate dinner paired with the house’s finest vintages. This experience, rich in history and elegance, is a celebration of French savoir-faire and craftsmanship.

QUIET WELLNES Trends at Luxury Resorts
Wellness retreats and luxury health spas have always been popular but typically require a full commitment to mind-body experience. A growing trend in the luxury boutique travel industry spotlights the restorative health and wellness opportunities built into the environment of these destinations. Like “quiet luxury”, “quiet wellness” whispers, not screams. Below are three distinctly unique experiences where you can curate your own idyllic wellness journey while enjoying all the amenities.

Mustique, the if-you-know-you-know Caribbean escape for those who value discretion over ostentation, has always attracted A-listers who book far in advance to secure their favorite villa or suites in the island’s one five-star hotel, The Cotton House. Days in Mustique are idyllic, exploring the unspoiled beaches around the island preparing for buzzy evenings filled with cocktail parties and music at the internationally renowned Basil’s Bar, a seaside watering hole where Mick Jagger and Bon Jovi have spontaneously taken the stage. What many have yet to explore on this island are the numerous picturesque hikes at various levels of challenge.
Wake up early to beat the heat and drive your “mule” (the golf carts used on the island as the primary source of transportation) to the top of Rutland Bay for a hike exploring the island's Northeastern tip. Pass the grazing horses in the Island Sanctuary with
mountains and ponds in the foreground. The path leads into a glistening bay reflecting the morning sun. Follow the marked trail, wind up the hill on the clay path, and curve around the island's uninhabited, lush and rocky perimeter. You are greeted along the way by turtles, frogs, herons and butterflies; each clearing exposes jaw-dropping and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Follow the hike with a yoga class held at the exercise pavilion, a plein air structure. Enjoy your practice while gazing out at the sea, a thatched roof shielding the direct sun and the sound of the waves meditative.
One of the newest additions to the island is a state-of-the-art gym boasting full range of Life Fitness equipment and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the adjacent lilypond. The fullservice spa is steps away, with customized treatments also available in room or villa.
If you want to channel your inner Yellowstone, The Ranch at Rock Creek is the perfect pick to hang your hat and immerse yourself in a luxurious version of the Western lifestyle. The only 5-star hotel in Montana, the Relais and Chateaux property is set on 6,600 acres of Big Sky country. An impressive roster of activities, from horseback riding to clay shooting, fly fishing or archery, can keep almost anyone entertained from sunrise to sunset. But if it is respite you require, The Ranch at Rock Creek is fully equipped to support your self-care journey. It is an ideal setting to explore the terrain on a horse, on foot, or on your bicycle, which all guests are given to navigate the property. Climb to the foothills of the surrounding Sapphire Mountains to peer across endless expanses of land or meander alongside the BlueRibbon Rock Creek and meditate surrounded by the therapeutic benefits of nature.
The spa is fully loaded with a range of sustainable products that reflect their commitment to the environment. Detox in the sauna or submerge in the tub for Medicinal
Springs Mineral Therapy treatments using the same minerals that fill Montana’s geothermal springs. Combat the drying effects of travel and elevated climate with a hydration body wrap or take your massage in Mother Nature, creekside in one of the covered wagons - no spa music needed, the running river outside serves as your serene soundtrack.
In Ireland, an hour and a half drive from Dublin, Ballyfin is a lavish historic Relais & Châteaux five-star hotel on an estate built in the 1820s. One-of-a-kind rooms feel like guest suites in an episode of Bridgerton, reflecting the charm and details of the decade of restoration, art collection, and love that went into the property's refurbishment.
The perfect setting for scenic walks, you don’t need to worry if you want to travel lightly, no hiking gear is needed. Ballyfin provides Dubarry boots, waterproof jackets and walking sticks for all guests to roam the 614 acres of perfectly manicured property.
Amble along the trail, around the 30-acre lake and under the umbrellas of mature trees into a forest of bluebells. Continue past the lookout castle, fields of horses, the hen house and into the two on-property gardens where the kitchen reaps fresh ingredients for the clean and impeccably prepared menus daily. Six full-time gardeners grow nearly anything one can think of that comes from the earth. Apples, pears, figs, peas, potatoes and herbs like fennel, chamomile, horseradish, mint, parsley and verbena. The cutting gardens
are resplendent with exquisite flora from dahlias to daffodils, roses to ranunculus. Over 15,000 tulips alone grow in the Ballyfin garden each spring. The in-house floral designer artfully uses the blooms in each suite, common space and dining table.
The cerulean and serene indoor pool invites a swim or some quiet time relaxing in the loungers, with the reflection of the surrounding greenery spilling in from more than six pairs of French doors. Visit sauna, hot tub, and small gym in the adjacent rooms. Full spa services happen discreetly in two treatment rooms decorated with Fornasetti cabinets and antique mirrors.

Culinary Journey Through Southeast Asia in the Heart of
By Hillary Latos
NYC
Twin Tails - the new restaurant from beloved New York City hospitality group Quality Branded [Zou Zou’s, Don Angie, Quality Bistro, Smith & Wollensky, and more] - opens in Midtown Manhattan [10 Columbus Circle].
Twin Tails offers a menu developed by Chef/ Partner Craig Koketsu, that celebrates the flavors, ingredients, and techniques found throughout Southeast Asia with strong influences from Thailand and Vietnam and nods to Cambodia and Laos, alongside innovative cocktails from Beverage Director Bryan Schneider. Designed by AvroKo [Oiji Mi, Single Thread, and other Quality Branded projects like Zou Zou’s), the 140-seat restaurant is influenced by retro-futuristic design reminiscent of iconic NYC restaurants in the 1980s with mirror-paneled walls, floor to ceiling windows with expansive Central Park views, and amber glass chandeliers that emit dim ambient lighting throughout the space.
TEAM
Leading the Twin Tails kitchen is Chef/ Partner Craig Koketsu, who has been in the Quality Branded family for nearly two decades. Koketsu spent years working for famed chefs like Jeremiah Tower at Stars in California, and Gray Kunz at the famous Lespinasse in New York City, before joining Quality Branded to lead culinary development across their group of restaurants. Chad Brown (previously of Del Posto), Executive Chef of Twin Tails, joins Koketsu in the kitchen. Bryan Schneider, Beverage Director of Twin Tails, has worked at some of the most acclaimed bars and restaurants in New York City, including Daniel and Clover Club, before joining Quality Branded a few years back. Since joining the team, Schneider has played an integral role in the development of the cocktail menus at Chez Zou, named one of Esquire’s Best New Bars in America, in addition to Bad Roman, where Schneider’s playful cocktails have received acclaim from the likes of Michelin and others.
MENU
Twin Tails features Southeast Asian cuisine that focuses more specifically on the flavors, ingredients and techniques of Thailand and Vietnam, with nods to Cambodia
and Laos throughout. The menu begins with Raw offerings such as Yellowtail with watermelon nuoc cham and shiso; Salmon with gaeng om, coconut milk, and cashews; and Kusshi Oysters with spicy calamansi shaved ice. Starters include Green Papaya & Kumquat Salad, prepared tableside with a mortar and pestle; Crispy Rice and Pomelo Salad with avocado and rau ram; King Crab and Uni Buns in “Cha Ca La Vong” style; Betel Leaf Bo La Lot with chili lime sauce; Banh Khot, savory Vietnamese mini pancakes with peekytoe crab and champagne mango; Green Curry Escargot; and Sticky Rice Rolls with mushrooms and herb salad.
Main courses start with Fish and include Dover Sole with Tom Kha beurre blanc; Crispy Garlic Shrimp that pays homage to the famed Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas; Red Curry Sea Bass with galangal and lime; and Tiger Prawn Pad Thai. The Meats section features Lemongrass Ribs with black pepper caramel; and large format shared dishes for the table like Cho Lon Duck, prepared as it is in Cho Lon, Bangkok’s Chinese quarter, served with paperthin steamed crepes and accouterments like red curry, tamarind jam, nam jim, and pickled pineapple; and a Lacquered Beef Shank Khao Soi with crispy noodle salad. There are also sides like Bamboo Sticky Rice steamed within a bamboo tube, Wok Tossed Long Beans, and Saigon Glass Noodles.
Vibrant and playful desserts round out the menu, and include Ube Creme Caramel; Rainbow Sherbet Cake with guava, Makrut lime, pineapple chili, and graham-cashew crunchies; Thai Iced Coffee Affogato with Thai coffee caramel and roasted peanuts; and a section dedicated to various Souffles like pistachio-pandan, coconut red curry, and passion fruit.
BEVERAGE

passion fruit, and Thai tea; and Pom Pom Spritz with pomelo, pomegranate, and prosecco. The accompanying wine list has a strong French influence, with designated sections for Sancerres, Demi-Secs and vintage Bordeauxs to name a few.
DESIGN
Designed by AvroKo, the 140-seat restaurant is influenced by retro-futuristic design reminiscent of iconic NYC restaurants in the 1980s. The entrance is marked by large, reclaimed brass doors which lead guests down a sweeping corridor with custom Lava Stone floor tiles. Hidden discretely off of this
entryway is a door that leads to a speakeasytype bar room with lounge style seating, ideal for pre or post-dinner cocktails. Guests enter the restaurant and are immediately greeted by pink and amber mirror-paneled walls that envelop the room, and a nine seat green and white marble bar. The dining room is broken up into two levels, with deep yellow velvet banquettes and wicker and green-leather dining chairs, complemented by rosewood tabletops. Checkerboard marble flooring is framed by deep green stained wood flooring, and custom-made amber glass chandeliers that emit dim ambient lighting are dispersed throughout the space. AvroKo incorporated raw materials like terracotta and a rattan
paneled ceiling, as a juxtaposition to the sleek materials used throughout the restaurant. Art from Jordy Kerwick and Melissa Monroe, artists who channel neo-expressionism of those in the 80s, is hung throughout the space. Twin Tails boasts expansive views of Central Park and Columbus Circle and has a 26 seat PDR.

MARC FORGION E
Revives His Legendary Restaurant with a Bold New Chapter in Tribeca
By Hillary Latos
The Iron Chef & Michelin-starred food stylist Marc Forgione, best known for remaking New American cuisine, announced the resurrection of his namesake restaurant in Tribeca. Now simply Forgione, the restaurant now occupies an old food hall on 30 Hudson Street. Having housed David Bouley’s Danube and Brushstroke, this restaurant epitomises Forgione’s respect for New York’s culinary history as much as his desire to transform its future with his hospitality company, Respect Hospitality. Forgione was established in 2008 on Reade Street, and a move to Hudson Street marks the beginning of a new chapter in its rich history, while paying tribute to its beginnings.
The revamp, under the imaginative direction of the creative 71 Collective, presents the restaurant as a seamless mix of old-school character and modernity. Forgione maintains the old-fashioned charm of the original Reade Street site but injects contemporary elements from reclaimed materials. It includes elements such as columns and shutters from the original space – plus unique items such as a
hutch taken from the Vanderbilt Mansion and powerful paintings by Peter Tunney. These add a sense of authenticity to the room and simultaneously anchor it to its history while celebrating New York City.
Forgione’s new menu reflects his philosophy of food: a carefree devotion to seasonal, locally sourced produce. The menu combines inventive originals with beloved favorites, capturing the restaurant’s 16-year history. Favorites include the signature Hiramasa, a sensory experience that begins with the dizzying heat of a Szechuan button and finishes with the harmonious combination of hiramasa tartare, avocado, pine nuts and Saratoga chips. Other standouts are the Grilled Tomahawk Steak for Two and Pastrami Hanger au Pierre Poivre. Favorites like Chili Lobster and Snowdance Farms Chicken Under a Brick still win old-timer fans, while playful desserts like The Egg offer a silly ending to a meal.
Its kitchen is directed by Chef de Cuisine Connor Pratt, a protégé of Forgione’s from his time as a student six years ago. Pratt’s
leadership keeps Forgione’s reputation for cooking high-quality food intact and grown.
Forgione’s bar menu is just as inventive as its menu and features seasonal cocktails and an expertly selected wine list. The wines, overseen by Wine Director Grace Phillips and Head Sommelier Kyle Sachs, hail from France, Italy and California, but fit seamlessly with the menu’s up-and-down flavors. Drinkers will enjoy Bitter Bliss and Shiso Sunshine, and the cult classic Banana Jameson will never be far from everyone’s heart.
Combining history and innovation, Forgione’s resurrection is both a tribute to the restaurant’s roots and a bold foray. Its new Hudson Street location is bound to excite loyal and unfamiliar customers, and cemented Marc Forgione’s reputation as a New Yorker food legend.

Spotlight on JEREMY O’SHEA and his company, Private Event Group
Crafting Extraordinary Experiences for The Elite.
By Angela Trostle
In the world of high-stakes event planning, where luxury and exclusivity intertwine, Jeremy has established himself as a trusted professional, known for his thoughtful approach and dedication to excellence. With a career that reads like a who's-who of the industry's elite, he has meticulously orchestrated events for A-list celebrities, fashion icons, and global royalty. His expertise lies in tailoring each event to reflect his clients’ unique vision while ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
In the glittering world of luxury event planning, where exclusivity and perfection are paramount, Jeremy O’Shea has become synonymous with excellence. Founder of Private Event Group, Jeremy blends creativity, precision, and a flair for personalization to curate unforgettable experiences for an elite clientele. From celebrity soirées to royal celebrations, his story is one of passion, innovation, and tireless dedication.
Impact Wealth Magazine (IWM): Jeremy, your journey into the world of event planning is nothing short of fascinating. How did it all begin?
Jeremy: It all started in rural Pennsylvania, where my days were filled with fly-fishing and playing blues guitar. Growing up in a place where there wasn’t much else to do, I found solace in music and the great outdoors. I eventually started playing local gigs, which led me to collaborate with various artists and producers. Music taught me how to create meaningful connections with people, and that sense of connection eventually led me to event planning. I realized I enjoyed creating experiences that brought people together and helped make special moments unforgettable.
IWM: You’ve worked with some of the most influential names in the industry, including a decade- long tenure with Lyor Cohen during his time at Warner Music Group. What was that experience like?
Jeremy: Working with Lyor was transformational. He’s a visionary who demands the best, which pushed me to refine my craft. Planning everything from artist release parties to intimate family gatherings taught me how to align logistics with high expectations while maintaining the essence of his brand. It was a masterclass in precision, adaptability, and discretion.
IWM: Your involvement in New York Fashion Week and Met Gala events is legendary. Can you share some highlights from those experiences?
Jeremy: Fashion Week and the Met Gala are the epitome of high-energy creativity. For the Met Gala, I’ve collaborated with private clients like Tory Burch, planning pre-event soirées where every detail must embody elegance. During Fashion Week, I was responsible for orchestrating in-store events, private backstage gatherings, and after-parties for fashion luminaries like Marc Jacobs and Diane von Furstenberg. The energy the creativity of these events are unmatched.
IWM: You’ve also worked on some incredibly exclusive events for royalty and billionaires. How do you approach planning for such high-profile clients?
Jeremy: Planning events for these type of clients is a different ballgame. It requires a deep understanding of privacy, security, and the ability to create a seamless experience that feels both grand and intimate. These clients expect the extraordinary, and it’s my job to deliver that with discretion and precision. Whether it’s a private photoshoot for a Saudi princess or an exclusive party for some of the world’s wealthiest individuals, the key is in the details, the personal touch, and the ability to exceed expectations.
IWM: Aside from your event planning expertise, you also have a background in music. Tell us about your journey from playing guitar in Pennsylvania to almost joining Velvet Revolver.
Jeremy: Music has always been a significant part of my life. I taught myself to play guitar by ear at a young age, and before long, I was collaborating with local blues artists and impressing audiences on stage. Over time, I discovered my voice and realized I had a knack for singing.
For years, I honed my skills at open mic nights, which eventually led to a development deal with Mercury Records.
One of the most surreal opportunities of my career came when I was invited to audition as the lead singer for Velvet Revolver. I flew out to meet the band, performed some of their songs, and even co-wrote tracks alongside
the legendary Slash and members of Guns N’ Roses. It was an unforgettable experience that included having one of my songs featured on the soundtrack for Marvel's The Avengers Music taught me the importance of storytelling and emotional connection. These experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for artistry, which I carry into event planning. Each event tells a story—of the client, their vision, and the memories they want to create.
IWM: You relocated from New York City to South Florida. What inspired that move, and how has it influenced your work?
Jeremy: Relocating to South Florida was a decision I made to change up my home base and embrace a new chapter. My thengirlfriend, now wife, and I decided to open an office here together. It was an exciting opportunity to combine our talents and create something unique.
We actually met early on in my career when she hired my company to work with one of her billionaire clients. She was responsible for managing the client’s social calendar, which was as intricate as you’d imagine when working with the 1% of the industry elite. It was really cool to meet someone like her who not only understood the lifestyle and stress of this industry but also shared the same passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Over time, she became my business partner, and together we launched Private Event
Group, blending my existing company in New York with hers. Her expertise, particularly in managing high-caliber clients, has been invaluable. Working alongside someone who truly understands the intricacies of this industry has been a game changer, and I couldn’t imagine doing this without her.
IWM: What’s next for you? Any new projects or goals on the horizon?
Jeremy: My focus is on continuing to grow Private Event Group in both Florida and New York, while also exploring new opportunities. Austin, Texas, has been on my radar lately. The city’s vibrant energy and incredible music scene feel like a perfect fit for my passions and expertise, so expanding there is something I’m seriously considering.
Beyond events, I’ve developed a strong interest in real estate investment. My wife and I have been steadily building our portfolio, and it’s exciting to think about what’s next for us in that space.
My wife, who was born and raised in South Africa, has truly opened my eyes to the beauty of the country and its people—it’s a place that’s completely stolen my heart. Spending time there has inspired me creatively, and I’m thrilled to be working on some new music collaborations with South African artists. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m looking forward to releasing those projects in the near future while continuing to find new ways to express creativity and connection.

A Global Forum for Cooperation, Leadership, and Innovation
By Hillary Latos

From geopolitical threats to economic resilience, mental health advocacy, AI and the role of equitable healthcare, sustainable investing in Africa, and media freedom, the summit underscored the importance of international collaboration, public-private partnerships, and strong leadership in navigating an increasingly complex global landscape. Here are some highlights of key discussions from several impactful sessions held during the summit.
Strengthening Global Security and the Transatlantic Alliance
Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen of Denmark delivered a powerful message on the need for strengthened transatlantic cooperation
in addressing global security threats. She emphasized the importance of NATO and the European Union (EU) in maintaining global stability, particularly in the face of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the rising threat posed by China’s increasing influence in global affairs.
