Impark has developed a highly specialized stadiums and arenas training program, Every Fan Every Time, focused on treating each customer with respect and dignity. The program provides staff with necessary skills to handle any situation with professionalism for ultimate fan satisfaction. Employees are also taught proper sanitation procedures to prevent health hazards from bloodborne pathogens.
Accepting cash transactions increases the chance of internal theft unless strict controls and active audit procedures are in place. Unlike most parking companies, Impark maintains a separate team of field auditors who report directly to our director of loss prevention. As a recognized industry leader in revenue integrity and client revenue protection, Impark spends over $1 million annually on internal investigation and enforcing revenue controls.

Counter-Terrorism and Security As part of the employee counter-terrorism training, all stadiums and arena staff are required to participate in the First Observer course by the DHS/TSA. Employees are trained to look for suspicious activity and report incidents to the proper authority using approved protocols.
Facility Maintenance Impark believes safe and clean parking facilities improve the customer experience and reduce liability claims. We provide power sweeping and washing; line painting; litter pickup; waste removal; and enhanced service options, such as a 60-point facility inspection.
Shuttle Not all stadium and arena parking facilities are created equal. Impark offers fans and staff timely shuttle services to remote facilities when inventory and availability are at a minimum. We provide regularly scheduled runs 1.5 hours prior to game time so your fans are never late!
