March 1-8: Hartford
Jurassic Quest 2024, Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Blvd Hartford. Walk with our larger-than-life dinosaur herd with your friends and family as Jurassic Quest roars through Hartford! Fri. 12 p.m.-8 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m.- 8 p.m., Sun. 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
March 2-8: Middlefield
Special Olympics Winter Games, 99 Powder Hill Rd , Middlefield. Powder Ridge is proud to host the Special Olympics Connecticut 2024 Winter Games. Over 900 athletes of all abilities from across the state are expected to participate. To qualify to compete in Winter Games, athletes must complete a minimum of eight weeks of training in their sport with their local team. Events are free and open to the public. Spectators are encouraged to attend.
March 2: Windsor Locks
Women Take Flight, New England Air Museum, 36 Perimeter Road, Windsor Locks. Meet pilots, engineers, and aerospace professionals from around the region, participate in hands on activities, climb aboard our historic aircraft, win prizes at Women Take Flight bingo, and more! Hear from Keynote Speaker Terry VandenDolder, Lt Col USAFR (Ret), CAPT, B-777, American Airlines, who will speak at 11AM. Saturday, March 2, 2024 10AM - 3PM.
March 3: West Hartford
The Connecticut Spelling Bee, University of Saint Joseph’s Bruyette Athenaeum’s Hoffman Auditorium , 1678 Asylum

Avenue, West Hartford. Join us at the University of Saint Joseph’s Bruyette Athenaeum’s Hoffman Auditorium on March 3, 2024, at 1:00pm, to see CT’s top spellers compete to become CT’s Spelling Champion at the Connecticut Spelling Bee! Sunday, March 3rd at 1:00 p.m.

9th Annual Know Your Farmer Fair, Windham Community Center, 665R Main St., Willimantic. It’s time to celebrate the 9th Annual Know Your Farmer Fair on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at the Community Center located in downtown Willimantic. Sat. 11 a.m.-2 p.m
March 10: Putnam
Courthouse O’Putnam 5K, 121 Main St , Putnam. Run the northeast corner of Connecticut in a fun 5K! Start and finish in picturesque downtown Putnam and take on the rolling course along the Putnam River Trail with scenic views of the Quinebaug River. Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
March 28-April 28: Higganum
Dancing Daffodils: Pick-Your-Own Daffodils 2024, Halfinger Farms , 489 Candlewood Hill Rd. Higganum. Spend a day outside with family and friends picking your own daffodils, weather dependent. Daily, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; weather permitting.
