November 4: South Windsor Celebrate Native American Heritage in Nowashe, Nowashe Village, 787 Main Street, South Windsor, Pull up a log or layout a fur and join Abenaki elder and national storyteller Willow Greene will be joining us Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Willow brings with her a small, beaded pouch and asks volunteer audience members to reach in and pick out a stoSuggested donation: $5 per child, $10 for adults, $25 per familyne. Since each stone relates to a different story, every one of Willow’s storytelling events is unique. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. November 11: Watertown 2nd Annual Holiday Wreath Festival & Marketplace, Watertown United Methodist Church. 305 Main Street, Watertown. Come join the Watertown History Museum this holiday season for our 2nd Annual Holiday Wreath Festival & Marketplace. NEW in 2023! The Husky Run & Ruck offers a 10K run, 5K run/walk and untimed 1 mile that all start and end in the heart of UConn Storrs campus. Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m November 17-19: Danbury Ann’s Place Presents the 21st annual Festival of Trees, The Summit at Danbury, 100 Reserve Rd., Danbury. This year’s Festival of Trees includes a wide array of holiday activities for individuals of all ages.
