What our trainees say

The Leadership Training Programme did not only expand our leadership skills, it also changed the way we look at Leadership. IDEA Leadership & Management Institute made it easy for us to conveniently hold our lectures, with trainers that managed to explain Leadership concepts by giving us tangible examples that relate to our workplace. Everyone was engaged through well-structured group-work that provoked us to re-think how we manage our time, work as a team and move forward in a way that benefits everyone. We were so happy with the training programme, we followed it up with the Customer Service Training Programme.

I have known Silvio for more than 25 years. I have used his services as a trainer to deliver several courses in various organisations. His style is practical, down to earth and most important professional. He commits himself to the full in delivering bespoke courses as well. I highly recommend him as a trainer, mentor and coach. Silvio delivers what he commits himself to deliver without any doubt.

The course on telephone skills and customer care was very interesting and satisfactory. It was very well organized. We were a good group and worked as a team. Even though we all came from the same section of ‘Debt Management Department’, each and everybody shared their ideas and their own experience and one learnt from each other. We never imagined how much we all negotiate with our customers/clients in our working routine until we all shared our daily experience with different styles of negotiation.

The course surely met my expectations as it was organised in a very professional way. The course material presented to us was excellent and I appreciated in particular the feedbacks after each corrected assignment.

We learned a lot and gained more information how to handle our customers whether they are easy or difficult and whether they are by personal contact or over the phone. It helped us to enlarge our proficiency and assertiveness in our service.

I cannot forget to mention the highly prepared training lecturers: Dr. Silvio De Bono and Ms. Sandy Beiruty. They know the subject so much inside out that it was really a pleasure to listen to their lectures.

The tutor was very eager to share her knowledge with us with the sole scope to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness. Participation was also encouraged. She had very good teaching skills, very informative, good listener and very friendly. Keep up the good work!

I really enjoyed the training programme Award in Human Resource and Management. I had the opportunity to experience a different line of studies compared to my precedent studies and this helped me to enrich my knowledge. When my manager suggested me the course I was looking forward to it.

In addition, the group work was also an interesting factor to include in the course. It helped in the sharing of opinions and work experiences as well as enhancing team building with the other trainees. The course was very beneficial for my work and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Helen Gravesteijn Blake Agent - Debt Management Department
