Transfiguration: 2.0 Interfaith New System - Understanding Islam as universal learning

Islam is the most misunderstood religion; many people speculate that Muslims do not practice true Islam and give a bad perception about Islam. Some of the world leaders acknowledge that Islam gives a good lesson to the people either Muslim or non-Muslim. In the Malaysian context, non-Muslims give a positive perception of Islam based on the given survey, they can accept Islam as a peaceful religion. Many scientists started to study and research about Islam a long time ago. They had been proven that some fact in al-Quran is co-related with science. We expect that there are many more fact or event (such day and night, big bang theories, etc.) will be revealed with al-Quran as the main reference. In other to get the truth, the confrontation between religions is the way to compare and at the same time, they get which one is true. In search of a new way to spread Islam to non-Muslim, interfaith learning and dialog are some of the new intervention syllabi to society for a better understanding of Islam teaching. By delivering a divine message to the non-believer with interfaith learning, they are liberalizing their current practice into the Islamic approach way of life. Islamic research-based tourism is described by various scholars as tourism, offered by Islamic countries or organizations involving people, places, and events associated with Islam. Markets in Islamic research tourism are promoting intelligence and calmness. The success of tourism is now determined by the target user, in this context are targeting multireligion (goal to eliminate sentiment issue). This become one of a sustainable platform to create social and economic benefits for future Johor Bahru. The long-term ambition is to nurture unity among society towards understanding Islamic learning to achieve a new world order.

Mangrove Vilage: 4.0 Makoko A cultural & nature city towards future catastrophe

Makoko Mangrove Village is an adaptive village in response to the future sea-level rise in Lagos, Nigeria. The design is proposed for the Makoko slum near Lagos lagoon. To neutralize sea level rise problem, the design is intended to use mangrove as a nuclei to the houses with preserving the slum image. Every unit of the houses will be incorporated with a mangrove tree. Mangrove tree will be a source of protection and be a center of an economic injection where it could float the houses, create new soil level for the houses and provide an area where sea ecosystem breed at the tree root. Makoko villagers could gain a new life living in a resilient urban village and enhancing the fishing industry with mangrove.

Cabin: 5.0 Eco Plugpod

In another 30 years, research shows that our world will be facing a big problem which is to provide accommodation for 9.1 billion world population. The consequences of an increased population will give negative impacts on sociology and the ecosystem if no measures are taken. The scarce land will be one issue subjected, there is an analogy that car usage will decrease and replace with better transportations to minimize the environmental impact. Thus, the existing roads will be leftover and will be reprogrammed to overcome the issue. By using the unused road as a site, we proposed to reprogram it as a liveable settlement with the organic fertilizer features.
