The Real History of PE The real history of penis stretching has been known to go back to preEgyptian dynasty, when early manuscripts speak about experimenting with penis enlargement techniques. It's been revealed that the pharaohs of ancient Egypt practiced the "weight hanging" system which made the phallus longer, but it is dangerous unless you know what you are doing. The Bible even speaks about the Egyptians having large penises, so much so that the Israelites were reprimanded for being so enamored with the Egyptian's sexual prowess. This technique of jelging was said to be of Arabic origins, in some places I seen it stated, it came from Sudanese Arabs and it was passed down only through oral tradition from father to son. When I learned that it was Sudanese Arabs, it made more sense, as this would be Sudan, which is in South East Africa. Like everything else I was studying at the time, I found out that African people had made many great contributions to the world. Why wouldn't it be the case with male enhancement? Once I found out just how much history has been lost or stolen from African people, it caused me to look closer at every idea that was said to be original to another culture. Many times I saw that ideas were in fact, already spoken of in African culture. Things like writing, art, science, astronomy, agriculture, freemasonry, complex theology etc. was shown to be ancient African inventions. Well knowing this and the fact that Black African Moors have also been called “Arabic,” because of their early affiliation with Islam, this gave me a clue to what I was thinking all along. I believe it was the Moors, who are known as, “Arab” in modern textbooks of today, who were responsible for the jelqing techniques, so wildly known in the PE circles. I knew that in order to get the best techniques, I would have to go to the source. That source is African, because it is here, where some of the largest libraries have been destroyed like Timbuktu in West Africa and the library of Alexandria in Lower Egypt, in North East Africa. 8


These libraries contained a wealth of knowledge that was destroyed by zealots, intent on concealing the ancient mystical teachings. There are many books from antiquity that speak to the earliest Arabs being Black showing their African ancestry. Al-Jahiz an Arabic writer in the 9th century talks about the family of the Prophet Muhammad's grandfather. “The ten lordly sons of Abd al-Muttalib were very black in color and large of body.” Al-Jahiz Even writer's from ancient Rome noted that earliest Arabs were indeed Black. “In Ethiopians, Arabs, and all other southern peoples the skin has been roasted by the ambient heat and by the effect of the internal heat being drawn outwards, and so becomes hard, dry and black.” Oxford University Press

Modern man is still trying to recover from a lost of a wealth of knowledge. I know you didn't get this book for a history lesson and you just want results, but as an African of the Diaspora, I feel it necessity to give credit back to my ancestors, who lived on this earth millions of years, so naturally they would have gone through all the various human emotions, problems and issues that still effect us all as humans today. I'm sure during all those years, the notion of PE was 9


discussed, thought about and acted upon. This had to be the case, as African men are known to have some of the largest dicks in the world. This is not hard to recognize, if you have any experience with online porn, it's like all the Black men have huge cocks and its rare that its not the case, thus creating this myth about the size of every Black guy. Even if there were people who believed this, I knew it wasn't true, because I'm a Black guy and this wasn't the case with me. I'm Black, they are Black, so what happened to my big black donkey dick? Growing up and going to high school, it's like if you are a Black dude, that's what the girls are expecting to see. This was especially true for the White girls who didn't mind calling you out, if you wasn't whipping out a giant polish sausage. It was like they wanted merciless pain inflicted on them and seem to be no better pain, than being jackhammered by a long Black pole. Needless to say, it doesn't help to follow up behind guys like that, so I sought to date good quiet girls, who haven't had their vaginas pounded into oblivion. The few females I dated that were out there, let me know how I stacked up. I know I was average size or slightly bigger, but after they have been with a louisville slugger, it's only so much you can do. There is a need to ask, why this subject has played such a large but hidden role in the affairs of mankind, why has it gone unnoticed, what's the damage, how to fix it, etc.? I'll keep the historical narrative as short as possible, so we can get to the exciting African secrets of PE. First you need to understand the important historical knowledge of the Black phallus and its effects on the mind's of ancient and modern people. The Black Phallus and Its Effects As it has been stated “Everyone has heard the rumors about Africans and their abnormally large penises. The fact is, those from African cultures have worked effortlessly over the years to ensure that their male anatomy is as big as it can get. History shows that around 2000 years ago, members of African tribes began the method of hanging weights from their genitals to obtain a desired size. Tradition states that when a male child is born to the tribe, a tree is to be planted in the yard of his home. Once the child reaches the age that he can ingest sold foods, root bark from the tree is mixed with his dinner. The love of his wife Auset, also known as Isis, would not have that be the case and so she went throughout the land to find her husband's missing body parts. She found all of them, except one. Auset or Isis couldn't find the phallus of Ausar because it had been eaten by a catfish. This caused his wife to fashion her husband a new one out of gold. It was with this golden phallus that she was able to impregnate herself with, in order to give birth to their son, who was seen as a savior type. This was a magic miraculous conception to bring forth Heru, also known as Horus. This was later compared to the immaculate conception of Mary and could be the original seeds for the story known as, 'the Passion Play.' This is said to be because Heru has many similarities with Jesus. There are books out there that cover this topic in more depth, if you want to know more check out the Bibliography at the end of this book to find out more. Since the phallus was seen as holding great regenerative power; after all it does help facilitate life on earth, it was given a symbolic representation. The tekhenu or obelisk is symbolic for Ausar's phallus, because it was associated with the rays of the sunlight, which also helps facilitate life on earth. This is the same symbolic representation that can be seen at the Washington monument. 14

As you will soon see, this symbolic structure is actually a statement that's being made against Black men in America and it stems from penis envy. As far back as written history can take you, there has been some weird fetish/hatred for the Black man because of his well endowment. After the ancient Kemetian (Egyptian) people spent hours upon hours, carving their beloved ancient stories on the walls, foreigners during the time of Christianity's birth, came into ancient Kemet and chiseled out carvings of penises that they saw on the walls. When they saw the images, one can only think of someone having penis envy and trying to destroy the image in not only the name of their religious ideology, but penis envy as well. What was the psychology of these religious zealots who felt the need to destroy such ancient carvings? When they saw the long phallus of Ausar, that of Min or Geb, it was like anathema. Each one of these Neteru are depicted with huge phalluses, thus making these religious men jealous. I say that is the case because on some reliefs, the phallus is chiseled out and to me that shows some deep seated envy and hatred. As we will see, this is exactly the case, as we explore more of the fascination of the Black phallus.

Even during this defacing of sacred temples, there was this underlying feeling of inferiority that blazed the way for those with penis envy, to lash out with their weapons that look like deadly phallic object themselves. Hundreds of years later, after the religious zealots from Europe defaced the temples, they came back in and hacked up the dead mummies, like Set did to his brother Ausar (Osiris). They used the grounded up body parts in potions and spells because they were thought to hold some mystical power. The part that was really sought after was the phallus of an ancient Kemetian (Egyptian) king. They would take and grind it to a powder and ingest it, thinking it would give not only greater reproductive power, but a big boost to their male enhancement. This power was thought to be infused within the body of the king and by their consumption, it was to pass into the body of the one ingesting the crushed genitals of the king.

Rather it worked or not, it shows that all throughout antiquity, there was some strange fascination with the Black man and his member. We even see this show up in religion and religious books. There's writing in a version of the Babylonian Talmud known as the Tanhuma (9th century), a collection of legends and rabbinic exegeses, that has a passage in it that tries to disparage Black men because of the largeness of their manhood. The book goes on to call this a curse, for such negativity to be in revered texts of all places, shows a tradition of the deep seated fear and hatred for Black men and the prowess of their sexual members. In Graves and Patai’s rendition of the Tan'huma is the supposed curse uttered by Noah in the Bible against his son Ham, it states (p. 121) “Because you twisted your head around to see my nakedness, your grandchildren’s hair shall be twisted into kinks, and their eyes red; again, because your lips jested at my misfortune, theirs shall swell; and because you neglected my nakedness, they shall go naked, and their male members shall be shamefully elongated.” And its not just the ancient times of antiquity that this psychological disturbance shows up. If you look back to the Jim Crow era or even to slavery, Black men were brutalized and mutilated, being castrated for whatever reason deemed punishable by plantation owners.

It was during the Jim Crow era that we see Black man targeted and the object of the hatred being directed upon their manhood. It wasn't good enough to just kill the Black man by lynching him, it was an all out attack on his genitals. This shows in the fact that after the lynching took place, these men would also sometimes be castrated and their penis was put into a pickle jar as a keepsake. So, now we can see that there has been a strange fascination, especially by European men, towards the phallus of the African man. There is a deeper psychological evaluation that can be had with this discussion. In a book called, 'The Isis Papers' by Dr. Frances Cress Welsing it goes a lot deeper than I can right here, for sake of limited time and space, as it relates to this particular book. The Isis Papers argues that there is more to phallic symbol identification, than many would like to admit and is the basis for racism as the Black penis symbolizes White genetic annihilation. This registers within the subconscious and creates issues in the real world that have detrimental consequences for men of color. After knowing all this, I realized that this subject is so much more than people would have you believe, by thinking penis enlargement is just a sexual issue. As we have seen, it goes beyond just wanting to please girls with loose vaginas. This is about envy and control, it's about competition and conquest and in the end, it's about ego and pride. All the wars ever fought were really just dick measuring contest, to see who comes out on top with the biggest wang. If in real life you are packing like a vienna sausage, then the bigger your pillaging and war conquest. Its like a way of over compensating for your short comings. For African men, their endowment is mostly hereditary, possibly stemming from DNA of those who mastered the techniques in a very ancient past, so well it was passed down and became a genetic memory marker. While that maybe the case, you have those others, in which the genetics were not passed on. For them, it had to be a secret, I knew it was one and I was determined to find out. One of my first clues came from when I was younger. I was over a friend's house one day and he had his cousin over. While sitting there watching tv, I could see out the corner of my eye that he was messing with his belt and what looked like his dick. These techniques have been used for thousands of years and passed down to where it was known to the Moors and said to originate from Arabic culture. As we see however, the only men to engender hostile penis envy, because of his extra large penis has been the African Black man. In 1596, Queen Elizabeth, highly distressed at the growing Moorish presence in England, wrote to the lord mayors of the major cities that: “There are of late divers blakamores brought into this realm, of which kinde of people there are already too manie.” (spelling unchanged) As we see, there is like some undying conspiracy against Black men, but nobody can seem to truly pin point its origins. The recent shootings of unarmed Black men in the streets of America attests to this and stems directly from this phallus envy and genetic destruction as Dr. Welsing would argue. Even if its not on the surface, when you go deeper, the subconscious of men have proven that there has always been this hostile treatment for none other than the enlarged 21


member of the Black man. Alright so now that we see there is no denying that, it now must be a solution. The solution is, if you can't beat them, join them. So, it is with this book that I open up the storehouse of information for all those men who felt like they couldn't compete on whatever level because of feelings of inadequacy. Now you can begin to take back your life and have pride in your manhood. This is important because a confident man, is a secure and happy man. A secure and happy man, spends his time trying to do better for his fellow human beings. You can tell men of inadequacy because they like starting and fighting wars, usually with weapons that resemble long Black phalluses like missiles, long assault rifles, canons from tanks, etc. Maybe if some confidence can be brought back to these men, maybe they can begin to quench their thirst for death and destruction. I know it seems simplistic of a notion, but such is the human mind that keep us mired in ways that are not beneficial to the whole population. Now that we understand why this book was written, let's get into why you ultimately picked up this book.

Getting Started Before you begin the exercise program or any type of program to enlarge your penis, you're going to want to take measurements and create a chart to track your growth. Let's look at the proper way to measure your penis, without cheating. • The length of your penis is the distance between the tip of your head to where your penis connects to your abdomen (measuring the top of the penis, not the bottom). The circumference of your penis is the distance around the thickest part of the shaft. • You should measure your member when it is flaccid, and then when it is erect. Make sure that when you're measuring your 22


erect penis, that it's as hard as you can possibly get it. • Length measurements should be done with a ruler, and don't press it into your belly. Just place the ruler against the skin of your abdomen. You want correct measurements, right? • When you measure girth, use a fabric tape measure or a piece of yarn or string and wrap it carefully around your penis once, and mark the spot where the measure touches itself. If you're using string or yarn, measure it against a ruler. First, consider cutting or completely shaving off your pubic hair. This might sound crazy, but that hair, depending on how much you have down there, can cover up close to an inch of penis when you're observing it from where you are. It makes it look smaller than it is. As you grow, keep that hair cut close, because whether you think it's cheating or not, it makes a difference in how you look to yourself and to others. The other reason you want to trim that hair is that when you're doing your penis enlargement exercises, you don't want hair causing discomfort. Another point that needs to be made very clear is that your level of fitness and your weight is going to have a direct effect on how large or small your sex organ looks. If you have fat hanging around the lower abdominal area, it's going to cause your penis to look smaller. If you're overweight, why not make this a time to not only get your penis in better shape, but your entire body? Lose some weight through diet and exercise and see what you can do about building your abdominal area and your muscle mass in all parts of your body. This is automatically going to make you look sexier and will help enhance the look of your penis, too. 23


Ok so now it's time to think about actually exercising your penis. In this book, I want to be able to give you the most effective tools for making PE work for you. No more getting out the shower looking down and feeling inadequate. In this book we will discuss techniques that I learned by paying attention to what I seen in certain African practices. One of these practices is stretching body parts, so that they become longer than usual. By noticing how you can stretch the body like ears, the neck and lips, the same can be applied to your penis. This became all the more true when I saw a picture of an African young man, who had his penis pulled upwards with some kind of sling device pulled over his shoulders, to stretch his penis up. The contraption was clever and seem to do the job well. He definitely achieved extraordinary length, as his penis reached almost up to his chest. So knowing that you can stretch your body, including this area, helped me understand that you have to apply great counteractive force over a specific duration of time. Judging from the picture I seen, your length can be almost as long as you want it. Of course your body may be different in just how long, but as your skin stretches, you have skin cells that grow to fill in the space from the other layers of skin being stretched. It's the same as when people gain a lot of weight fast. Stretch marks are those skin cells that were ripped apart rapidly, then replaced by newer skin cells to accommodate the stretch. This is what we will be doing first. We will use stretching techniques along with a lengthening device, to help with constant pressure to stretch the skin and ligaments within your penis. Now lets get into the actual techniques.

Module 1 Lengthen Length - First you will need to purchase a device for traction. The best device for the type of tension that you need to exert on your penis on a continual basis, is a device called an Extender. When it comes to this device, you only want to get the top quality and not go the cheap route. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for�. So I am going to share the best extender device on the market. You will want to get this because it has been calibrated to the specific pressurization needs to achieve the results you are looking for. This device has a great track record and has been clinically proven to work to add at least 1 inch or more. We want more than 1 in. though, we want at least 3 in. The proper and prolonged use can give you this, but only with the right device and proper usage. I say that because these devices come in different configurations. There is one device with just a silicon loop to lock and secure you and then there is the comfort strap version. You are going to want to stay away from the silicon loop (shown below), as it is painful as hell, especially if you wear it too long.

That however defeats the purpose, as the longer you wear it, the faster and better your results. If you can only stand to wear it for a couple hours a day, then it will take a long time or you may not see any results, even after 6 months of wearing it. So, what you want to get is the comfort strap version. This will allow you to wear the device for hours each day, so you can constantly apply traction force to your skin cells and ligaments in your penis. This constant pulling everyday for hours, will lengthen your dick over time. To make sure you don't get the wrong strap, I am recommending 25

Instructions Step 1 – Warm Up & Stretch First make sure you have ordered your pills and have your extension device ready. Take a washcloth and wet it with hot water. Step 2 – The Cobra

Now take your ok sign, put it midway on the shaft of your penis and pull up as you grasp the loose skin, pull upward toward the glans. Pull the skin up until you feel tight stretching at the base of your penis near your testicles and behind your testicles. Hold this position. Now make another ok sign with your index and thumb with your other hand. Now place it under your gripping top hand. Pull up with this hand as well, giving aide to the top gripping hand, thus adding more tension and stretch the base of your penis. Hold this position for 5 mins, the longer you hold it there, the better. If you lose grip or you feel discomfort or pain then let go and then do it again.

This technique pulls the skin at the base of penis and stretches the ligaments that attaches the penis to the pelvic bone. This is the same ligament that is cut during surgery. This ligament is tough because it keeps your penis from being easily detached from your body, so constant pressure must be applied to stretch out this ligament. It also pulls out the extra part of your penis that is hidden in your body. Yeah you have a penis that is longer than the one you look at everyday, it's just hidden up inside of you. The ligament spoken of above is attached to your pelvic bone and your penis, keeping the rest of it from being exposed outside your body. This is why this ligament is cut during surgery, to let more of the penis hang outside of the body. If a person doesn't heal well from scaring it can reverse the gains they got and make it harder later to get new lengthening because of the scaring tissue. That is why slow and steady seems to always win the race with PE. Methods like these may take time, but it's worth it in the end, so don't give up and stick to this course so you can be hung like Lexington Steele. To verify that you have extra dick hidden within your body, (feel like I should say pause right there) pull up your scrotum and push on that tube like structure under your scrotum, that is where your penis flows up into your body. It's coiled up in you like a snake you just have to keep pulling and unraveling it. Thats why this technique is called the Cobra. Step 3 – After this, take the ok sign with your fingers and place it behind the glans (head of your penis). Now pull it out in front of you and pull in a circular clockwise motion. Do this 5 times in a clockwise motion. Then do it 5 times in a counterclockwise motion. This technique is used to pull the ligament attached to your pelvic 29


bone. The constant pulling in a circular motion is to help break down the fibers in the ligaments over time, to get them to loosen the grip on the rest of your dick. So, keep twirling and remember not to yank or pull too hard, this could injure you and put a halt your PE training. Step 4 – Now you can follow the instructions that came with the extender. Make sure you follow the directions carefully or you could injure yourself or not get any results. When starting out, you can wear the device for up to 4 hours or until you get used to it. You should follow the above routine each time before you put on your extender. Step 5 – Once you take the extender off, get a warm wet washcloth wrap it around your penis. Let it stay on for at least 3 mins. After this do the Cobra Then do your 3 sets of pulling in all directions. Then pull 5 clockwise and 5 counterclockwise circular motions. Do this each time you take off your extender to maximize its benefits. This concludes the 1st month of Lengthening Training. The first month is used too get your skin and ligaments and penis used to the constant pulling, tugging and stretching. This first month will break down any resistance to your further lengthening process. If you take the pills as directed, do the exercises above and wear the extender for at least 4 hours a day and work your way up to 8 hours, then many of you will see results within the first month. Girth Module 1 ___________________________________________________________________________________

Girth – Now that we have began lengthening, we want to add girth, so we don't end up with what some females call pencil dick. While its good to have length that you can look down at and admire, truth is most women want girth, since their vagina walls are sensitive to touch and lubricated friction, you want to fill as much of her vagina as you can with the girth of your penis. A lot of stretching may lengthen your penis, but if you don't do exercises to promote girth, then you are missing out big time in your PE routine. So for girth, I want to introduce you to another great product. This product will help with your girth routine. It's called the Bathmate and only serious PE'ers know about it. It has shown to be very effective over time for your girth gains. You should use this no longer 20 mins or as directed by the instructions given with the device. After you use this device, you will look very swollen, as the pressure pulls more blood to the penis. This is how girth is created because your blood vessels, capillaries and veins can only hold a predetermined amount of blood, the same for the chambers in your penis. So you have to force more blood down to that area to open these chambers and vessels up further. Another thing that keeps girth from happening, is the skin sheath that wraps around the chambers and thus constricts the growth of girth called the tunica albuginea. Its the same idea as a sausage in its casing. The sausage will only be as big as the tight casing fitting around it will allow. This is the same with your penis and you have to gradually expand your penis casing over time, in order to be able to force more blood into this area, thus making your penis fatter. So now that you have used the Bathmate and pumped up, you can do these 31


exercises. Step 1 – you are going to make an ok sign with one hand. Put it at the base of your penis. Then take your index finger and thumb now squeeze at the base of your penis. Hold for 2 mins squeezing tight. Now take your other hand and make an ok sign. Take this ok sign and meet up with your other hand. Then take the ok sign (index finger and thumb) thats in front, while applying pressure squeeze forward until you get to the glans (dickhead). Do this 40 times with one hand, then switch and do it 40 times with the other hand. While also switching the grip with your other hand. Step 2 – Once you have done this, take your index finger and thumb create an ok sign. Place your finger and thumb behind the glans. Pull forward behind the glans to stretch penis out in front of you for 1 min. Then pull to the right for 1 min. Pull to the left 1 min. Pull downward for 1 min. Pull upward for 1 min. Do this for 3 sets. So each will be done 3 times. You don't have to use the Bathmate everyday, but consistent use is needed to see the results. Since this is the first month, you can use the Bathmate at least 2 to 3 times a week. This will help train and condition your penis for later exercises, as well as stretch the casing, that wraps around your penis, thus allowing more nutritious and oxygenated blood to fill these areas. The pills are taken for this reason, as the ingredients send the right nutritions from the herbs to get more oxygenated blood than usual 32


into these areas of your penis. So on one end, you're stretching the casing to allow more blood to flow into your penis, but you are also filling the vessels and chambers to capacity with blood, thus over time expanding your penis. This is how you add girth. Along with these exercises there is one other tried and true technique that you should focus on during your first month. This technique is one that will allow fresh oxygenated blood into your penis to help expand it over time. It also helps with ejaculation control, so you don't have to suffer as the 1 minute man. It has also shown to be effective against ED.

50 Pumps What you have to do is clench your pelvic floor muscles. It's easy to do, as it's the same function as stopping your pee in mid-stream. You can try it next time you go to pee. Stop the pee in mid-stream. You should feel a tightness or contraction behind your scrotum, in the perineum area. You should constrict this area at least 50 times in the first week everyday. Each week you should add an extra 50 each week. This will help strengthen your firmness and erection, as well as keep you from ejaculating or busting quickly. With the pills that you hopefully have by the time you get into this program, you are using the 50 pump exercise to pump all of the rich nutrients from the herbs into the chambers of the penis. This not only expands the chambers, but with the use of these herbs, it helps recovery and healing time to help get you the results.

Then do it 20 times in a counterclockwise motion. 4. – Now you can follow the instructions that came with the extender. Make sure you follow the directions carefully or you could injure yourself or not get any results. When starting out you can wear the device for up to 4 hours or until you get used to it. You should follow the above routine each time, before you put on your extender. Recommended tip: Wear everyday or at least 5 days a week. Wear it for 4 hours the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, you should try to wear it for up to 8 hours a day, each week for at least 5 days a week. 5. – Once you take the extender off, get a warm wet washcloth, wrap it around your penis. Let it stay on for at least 3 mins. After this do your 3 sets of pulling in all directions. 5 clockwise and 5 counterclockwise circular motions. The last week Do this 160 times with one hand, then switch and do it 160 times with the other hand.

50 Pumps Recap You should constrict perineum at least 50 times in the first week everyday. Each week you should add an extra 50 each week. This will help strengthen your firmness and erection, as well as keep you from ejaculating or busting quickly. With the pills that you hopefully have by the time you get into this program, you are using the 50 pump exercise to pump all of the rich nutrients from the herbs into the chambers of the penis. Recommended tip: To maximize your progress do 50 more pumps each day. So Monday would be 50, Tuesday 100, Weds 150, Thurs 200, etc. 36


Module 2 __________________________________________________________

Welcome to Module 2 if you are still following along with everything, you should be seeing some good results. With these results, you should use them to help keep your momentum going, so you can see the best results possible. Since there’s so much guesswork when it comes to looking down at your own dick, it's best to keep accurate records of your progress. It’s impossible to know if any growth has occurred, if you don't keep precise measurements and records of your efforts. This is the case because your dick can be sort of a mirage, as it can appear bigger at times, than others. The best way to accurately measure your penis, is by measuring your ‘bone pressed erect length’ (BPEL). To get your BPEL, you want to watch some porn or whatever helps you achieve a full erection. Once you have a full erection, press the ruler all the way into your pubic area until it’s resting firmly against your pubic bone. Make sure it’s horizontal with the floor and that the ruler is at the top of your erect penile shaft.

Note: For those who have a curve in their penile shaft, you will want to straighten it out as much as possible, or use a tape measure to get the most accurate measurements. Now you are going to record to a 16th of an inch, all the way to the tip of your erect penis. This is how you find your Bone Pressed Erect Length (BPEL) which represents the most accurate measurement of the size of your penis. Then you are going to measure penile girth, and you want to measure the circumference of your erect penile shaft in the middle or midway down your penis. You should stay consistent in measuring at this part of your penis, since this is usually the widest point. You can use a strip of paper, wrap it around your penis, where the ends meet, mark it, then measure it. When it comes to measuring, you don't want to measure any more than every other week. Since it's unlikely you’re going to achieve the levels of gains you were hoping for out the gates, then keeping the measuring down to a week or every other week, will help you recognize growth or any. It will help you also to tailor your workout techniques and exercises if something is not working for you. That being said, constantly measuring your dick can only lead to frustration and thus a lack of motivation. Motivation and the determination is the only thing that will allow you to succeed in the Mandingo Warrior Course. Don't let the fact that you don't see any gains at first discourage you. This is a training and just like you don't expect to be ripped after going to the gym a few times it's the same way with PE. Now we will focus on Module 2 Training to take our techniques to a higher level. I want to make this book straight to the point as possible, so let's get straight into the first exercises.

Module 2: Lengthening ___________________________________________________________________________________

Step 1: To warm up rinse a washcloth in hot water and wring it out. Wrap it around both your penis and your scrotum. Hold it there for about 5 minutes. Remove it and repeat this another 1 or 2 times when it gets cool. 1. The Basic Stretch Make sure your penis is fully flaccid (limp). After you have used the washcloth now take your index finger and thumb create an ok sign. Place your finger and thumb behind the glans. If you need extra grip you can wrap toilette tissue around the penis head. Pull forward behind the glans to stretch penis out in front of you for 1 min. Then pull to the right for 1 min. Pull to the left 1 min. Pull downward for 1 min. Pull upward for 1 min. Do this for 7 sets. After completing 4 sets, relax for a minute or so. Message your penis head to restore full blood circulation. Finish with the rest of your sets. So each will be done 7 times. 2. Min V- Stretch The Min V-stretch exerts stretching force on your penile ligaments and tunica albuginea (penis sheath) than you can exert by using basic stretching techniques alone. To perform a Min V-Stretch pull your flaccid penis straight forward 39


with one hand and then apply increasing force to the top of your penis by pressing down on your penile shaft with the thumb of your other hand for 20-40 seconds. This will cause your penis to arch downward like the angle of Min's arm (below). You should perform 5 sets with increasing pressure at the different areas of your penile shaft. The three centers is the top close to the glans, in the middle or mid shaft and closer to the base. This pressure forces the ligament located at the top of your penis thats attached to your pubic bone to stretch further over time.

3. Inverted Min V Stretch An inverted Min V-Stretch is the opposite of the standard V-Stretch. You will use the forefinger and thumb of your free hand to pull up underneath the penile shaft and pull it upwards. (It looks just like the flail of Min above.) Start your stretching at the midpoint of your penile shaft for 20 – 40 seconds Use your other hand to grip behind the glans. Use tissue if you need 40


to get a better grip. Use this hand behind the glans to pull downward. With your other hand continue to pull up the under side midshaft of your penis. Do the same at the base of your penis near your scrotum for 20 – 40 seconds. Then move towards the tip of your penis, with your thumb and forefinger of the free hand for 20 – 40 seconds. This will be about an inch behind the OK grip you are using to pull down with the other hand. Why Use the Inverted and Standard Min V-Stretch? The Inverted Min V-Stretch and Min V Stretch targets different parts of the penile shaft to stretch the ligaments. With the Inverted Min VStretch a lot of the applied force is exerted on the tunica albuginea, which is the penis sheath that encases your penis. The more you break this sausage casing down, the more capacity you will have to expand, thats why this technique is good for length, as well as girth. With the standard Min V-Stretch, most of the focus is on the top ligament that attaches to your pubic bone, the one preventing the rest of your penis to hang out. Thats why constant applied force creates a tension that elongates the penis over time. Make sure that when you are doing this exercise that you use the OK grip to carefully pull your flaccid penis out in front of you. Now that you have stretched to your limit, release the tension just a little in order to offer some give way to the penile shaft. With the thumb of your free hand, you are going to press down firmly on the top of your penile shaft, at the midway point of your penis. You are going to press down on this area with enough applied force to create tension and stretch the ligaments in your penis. When you are doing this exercise, you can feel the ligaments being stretched. Make sure not to exert too much force or you could injure yourself. These exercises are utilized to help break down some of the tissue 41


that comprises the ligaments. Since these ligaments keep your penis attached to your body, they are tough, so constant stretching, helps with lengthening from the Extender.

Message your penis head to restore full blood circulation. Finish with the rest of your sets. So each will be done 7 times. 3. The Min V- Stretch The V-stretch exerts stretching force on your penile ligaments and tunica albuginea (penis sheath) than you can exert by using basic stretching techniques alone. 42


To perform a V-Stretch pull your flaccid penis straight forward with one hand and then apply increasing force to the top of your penis by pressing down on your penile shaft with the thumb of your other hand for 20-40 seconds. This will cause your penis to arch downward like the angle of Min's arm. You should perform 5 sets with increasing pressure at the different areas of your penile shaft. The three centers is the top close to the glans, in the middle or mid shaft and closer to the base. This pressure forces the ligament located at the top of your penis thats attached to your pubic bone stretch further over time.

4. Inverted Min V Stretch An inverted Min V-Stretch is the opposite of the standard V-Stretch. You will use the forefinger and thumb of your free hand to pull up underneath the penile shaft to pull it upwards. (It looks just like the flail of Min.) Start your stretching at the midpoint of your penile shaft for 20 – 40 seconds Use your other hand to grip behind the glans. Use tissue if you need to get a better grip. Use this hand behind the glans to pull downward. With your other hand continue to pull up midshaft of your penis. Do the same at the base of your penis near your scrotum for 20 – 40 seconds. Then move towards the tip of your penis, with your thumb and forefinger of the free hand for 20 – 40 seconds. This will be about an inch behind the OK grip you are using to pull down with the other hand. Tip: To get the best results of length training, then you need to start wearing your Extender at least 8 hours a day, for up to 5 days a week (40 hours). The 2 days off are to give yourself time to heal. You should put it on after you get through with your lengthening exercises. The next exercise is for girth. 43


Module 2: Girth _________________________________________________________________ 1. Bes Girth Exercise Technique

To begin this exercise you need to start out with a semi-erection that’s about 70 – 80 percent of your fully erect state. This ensures that there is enough blood in the penis to perform the exercise effectively. It also keeps the penis flexible enough to move the blood around easily within the chambers of the penis. You should not attempt to perform this technique with a full erection, it makes the technique difficult to perform and could cause injury. Also make sure you have proper lubrication with baby oil, vaseline, or similar lubricant, as the exercise relies on sliding your hands firmly up and down your penile shaft. Make sure you’ve have a partial 80% erection and applied lubrication, now grasp around the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger (the OK grip) make sure you have a firm grasp as if you are cutting off the blood flow into your dick. This will help to keep the blood trapped within the penile shaft and helps push the pressurized blood throughout the chambers of your penis. The more you force this blood into your corpus cavernosa, 44


you continue to expand these chambers, thus widening and fattening your dick. This hand will stay here the entire exercise. With your other hand, grasp behind the head of your penis and maintain a firm grip. When you do this you are trapping oxygenated blood firmly within the shaft of your penis between both of your firm gripping hands. This is how you will start the exercise. To start slide your hand that you have behind your glans down the shaft of your penis towards the base. When you do this, make sure that you are gripping tight enough to push the blood down the chambers, towards your first hand. Once your other hand has reached the pressure hand at the base of your penis, you will reverse the movement and slide your second hand smoothly back to its original position just behind the glans. When you do this you are forcing the blood back up your penile shaft. Once you make it back to your starting position behind the glans, its counted as one rep, this should take around 3 – 5 seconds to complete. The way to make this exercise the most effective is to keep your pressure hand firm without ever removing it your from your penis. You will keep a tight grip with both hands to trap the rich oxygenated and herbal nutrient rich blood between the two chambers of the corpus cavernosa until you are done with the exercise. Make sure you stay lubricated so you won't irritate your skin as you will be applying a tight grip with friction from the movement. You don't have to apply too much pressure as you don't want to injure yourself but it should be a nice firm grip.

2. The Horizontal Heru Movement

The Horizontal Heru Movement is a powerful technique that really help set the foundations for your future gains later on when you are hung like a stud. When you are doing the Horizontal Heru Movement you will feel the blood being forced throughout your penis, stretching your erectile tissue expanding the Tunica albuginea helping you gain more girth over time when you stick to the Mandingo Warrior Course. Step 1: You are going to get yourself to a 70 – 80 % erection so that your penis is engorged but not hard. This is to make sure your penis is flexible enough to perform the exercise. 46


Now apply lubricant such as baby oil or you can try this with African shea butter. Use your thumb and forefinger of one of your hands, wrap them around the base of your penis firmly, so that the rich oxygenated blood is trapped within your penis. This hand is the pressure hand, it will remain tightly gripped throughout the entire exercise. Using your right hand, grasp just in front the hand wrapped around the base of your penis. You should now have both hands grasping close to the base your penis, one on top of the other, at the base, with the blood in your penis trapped in front of the two. Maintaining firm pressure, slide the hand positioned down the shaft of your penis until you are behind your penis head. As you do so, you should feel the blood being forced down the penile shaft and your glans should swell. Stay there with your mushroomed glans for 5 – 10 seconds. Now do a 50 pump. With the same hand slide it back to meet your pressure hand at the base. Now take your firmly sliding hand and slide it up your shaft to an angle closest to your thigh. Slide from this sideways angle close to your thigh and force blood up to just behind the head of your penis let it stay there for 5 – 10 seconds. Now do a 50 pump. You should feel a rush of new rich nutrient oxygenated blood being forced back up the penis shaft. You will know if you did this right because your head will mushroom like its about to explode. Once you slide your hand from tip to base and back to the starting position you have completed one rep. Now do this again, but this time angle your penile shaft towards your opposite thigh. You should be still semi-erect, if not do some more 50 pumps to push blood back into the chambers of your penis. Start with your pressure hand in front of your OK hand. This works because the surrounding areas of your penis is the tunica that's made up basically of 2 layers. The tunica albuginea consists of 47


longitudinal expansion and the other one is for circular expansion. In order to gain girth, you have to increase the size of the circular tunica that encases the shaft of your penis. Doing these exercises will help increase the pressure exerted on the tunica causing it to expand over time. 3. Geb Twist and Pull

This exercise is intense so don't push yourself too far. You can also injure yourself if not properly performed. These exercises are more powerful than the standard girth exercises like jelqing and its used to break down the tunica. Make sure you are semi-erect around 70 – 80%. Grab the glans of your penis and proceed to twist your penis. The twist should be midshaft. Once you have this twist pull forward but not too hard that you are yanking. Just pull until you feel the tension. While you have this twist do a 50 pump to push more blood into your penis. Use toilet tissue if you need a better grip.

4. Nu Grip Bend

Create an OK grip at the base with an overhand OK or a standard OK grip. Make sure you are semi-erect 70 – 80%. Push down into an arced bend on your penis, but only push as much as comfortable. Hold the bend for around 10 - 30 seconds. If you start to feel pain, you should discontinue or release the bend somewhat. To release the bend keep the base grip intact and ease up from the bend of the arc. If required loosen the grip somewhat and do a 50 pump to pump more blood into the penis. You are going to repeat this process again, but bend the penis upwards this time. Hold for 10 - 30 seconds again. Repeat with a bend to the left, then bend to the right again hold for 10 - 30 seconds for both. After this massage your penis to get the circulation flowing all throughout. Make an OK grip and put it at the base and grip tight. Pump more blood into your penis with a 50 pump. Now slap your penis against your thigh. Do this a few times (5 – 10) for each thigh.
