When high outputs are required, four parts per cycle can be machined, and one large part can be machined on both sides. When flexibility becomes more important than output, two different parts can be machined simultaneously. IMT Favretto Modulo MB is the ideal solution for any business focusing on high productivity and flexibility. It grinds flat surfaces and profiles for parts with 1000 mm grinding length, 600 mm width and 550 mm height. The new Modulo MB by IMT Favretto offers more Power, better Performance, high machining speed and top-quality finish. The high stiffness of the grinding machine assures a table feed rate up to 55 m/min and increment of 20-30 µ (0.020-0,030 mm). News are also the interactive graphic interface of the Tool Operator Package software (T.O.P.- IMT’s platform), allow the operator to work on the Modulo always in a safe, simple, intuitive and easy way.
