“Digital Medicine, Arts, and STEAM: “BEFORE US LIES ETERNERDY” is a short movie that shows different scales of the human body, from digitized microscopic lymphoma tissue examined with the molecular cytogenetic technique Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) to detect abnormal changes in DNA, to 3-D reconstructions of a liver as well as a whole-body MRI. At a simultaneous launch at Ars Electronica’s Festival and Media Art Nexus NTU Singapore, supported topics about arts' contribution to bring artistry and a sense of awe to remove barriers for getting engaged with severe health topics and also as a transdisciplinary approach of innovation in digital medicine.
