Many hospitals offer seminars in diabetes education, which can be suggested to patients learning to adapt to this condition. It is important for a patient to understand the seriousness of diabetes; however, they should also be reminded that under most circumstances, this is a manageable condition. • Hypertension- also referred to as the silent killer, high blood pressure often goes undetected, with no symptoms.
