Volunteers downloaded the app “Pause For” which challenged students to become productive and stay off their devices. Each time they “paused” their devices money is donated to their charity of choice.
Volunteers answered simple questions from their category of choice using the app/website “Free Rice.” For every question answered correctly 10 grains of rice will be donated to the World Food Program.
Through walking with the app "Charity Miles” Volunteers were able to help earn money towards the Charity “Active Minds.” Active Minds empowers a new generation to speak openly, act bravely, and change the conversation about mental health for everyone. Active Minds is devoted to saving lives and building stronger families and communities.
Shave the Day July 1o to July 25

Volunteers played the game “Shave The Day” and collected coins which equivalated to money donated to fund childhood cancer research.

To refresh our closet from things we no longer wear and help out our community, volunteers cleaned out their closets and donated clothes to donation drop-offs, thrift stores, and etc.
A Cleaner Place July 12 to July 30

In order to better our planet and keep our streets clean, volunteers went outside to pick up trash and beautify the community.
