IMA Vs Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury – 7 challenges to IMA Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s response to the Police Complaint filed by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) against him. Herein, he poses seven challenges to IMA:

2

Challenge 1 In the last 70 years, was the entire IMA, along with its medical fraternity, ever able to completely cure any kidney failure patient? If yes, then let us know who is that patient and how have you cured him? On the other hand, in case you challenge me to provide details of my patients, I can easily share live on camera, a list of at least 100 patients who were on dialysis and were already being treated by IMA. However, after being treated by me, they are now completely out of dialysis. Here is the link that testifies my first 100 patients. Go to https://coronakaal.tv/dialysisfree These patients are not just completely free of dialysis but have stopped taking all kinds of medication prescribed by you.

3

Challenge 2 IMA has claimed for many years that Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, popularly known as HIV AIDS, is a disease. This fact is duly propagated amongst the public too. Unfortunately, 1 in every 200 persons in India takes your prescribed medicines (ART or the Antiretroviral Therapy) for a disease that does not exist because there is nothing called HIV as a disease. Go to www.biswaroop.com/hivbook Till date, there is no paper in the medical history that proves that a human body carries HIV, or even that there is a presence of HIV in any human body. I have been already challenging the HIV disease since April 08, 2018 onwards that you can bring me any so-called patient of HIV, extract his blood and put it in my body. If the HIV exists and travels to infect from one body to another, as per your claims, I too should get infected from HIV. On the other hand, if you ask me live, in front of camera, I can provide you about 1000 patients, who were on medication prescribed by you, but the moment they stopped taking your prescribed drugs, all the symptoms started vanishing. This proves a point that the patient is not sick due to the virus but is sick due to medication. 4

Challenge 3 Challenge number three is in the context of COVID treatment. Do you have any medicine that can cure COVID? If yes, then what is the name of that medicine and how does it cure the disease? On the other hand, it is the N.I.C.E protocol developed by me, where I have created the Network of Influenza Care Experts for treatment to Cure COVID-19. This has received recommendation from N.I.N i.e., National Institute of Naturopathy and the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) after their observational study. Refer to Section-IV Part-1 of this book for more detail. My protocol is now proven to be the only treatment that is 100% effective, even for the severest cases.

5

Challenge 4 The fourth challenge is allegations regarding the COVID. Contrarily, let me ask you if the vaccine proposed by IMA is safe at all? If yes, then give us the proof. Most certainly, I can prove that the COVID vaccine is not just unsafe but also really dangerous to the humanity. Please refer to Page 11 of this book for further reference.

6

Challenge 5 My question to the Indian Medical Association is that in the past 70 years have you cured even a single patient of diabetes? If you have even one such patient, then who is that patient that you have cured? On the other hand, I have cured more than one lac patients, who used to be on your recommended drugs, but not now. If IMA wants the data, I am more than willing to share it.

7

Challenge 6 Challenge number six is not for IMA but for those who take the treatment directly from the allopathic doctors. I appeal to every such patient that you just need to ask one question from your doctor, “by taking this treatment or this drug, will the quality of my life improve or will my life span improve in comparison to the situation when I do not take any kind of drug or medication”. This comparison will show you the ample evidences in allopathy that the treatment itself causes worsening of patient’s condition. So, the mainstream evidences indicate that when you start the allopathic treatment, ranging from common-cold to cancer or the range could be of diabetes to depression, your life span comes down/ your quality of life goes down – in comparison to when you have not undergone any allopathic treatment. Refer Section-II and Section-III of this book for more references.

8

Challenge 7 No new variant whatsoever. It is all about manufacturing fear in innocent minds in partnership with the media and the pharmaceutical companies. All proofs against you are available in the book “Delta 72”. You may access this book @ https://biswaroop.com/delta72/

9

Section-II Following are the evidences of the evaluation of the effectiveness of major medical interventions in question & answer format.

10

Q1

Is there any evidence of COVID Vaccine being safe for pregnant women?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove the safety of COVID-19 vaccine for pregnant women. However, there is strong evidence1 of chances of spontaneous abortion among the pregnant women, who take COVID-19 vaccine early in their pregnancy and proves deadly to the extent of 82%.

11

Q2

Is it true, Dr. Biswaroop warned the world in the beginning of the propaganda of pandemic in March 2020 that deaths are because of antibodies and antivirus and not due to COVID/FLU, which now, after one and a half year is proven to be true and also accepted by WHO as well?

Ans :  Yes, in an interview2 to the International media, Dr. Biswaroop stated the true cause of deaths as prescribing Antibiotics, and Antivirals to the COVID-19 patients, now is accepted by3 WHO as well.

12

Q3

Is there any evidence to prove the relevance or benefits of “oxygen cylinder” for any kind of patient?

Ans :  Various trials were conducted on all kinds of patients e.g. heart, lungs, pneumonia or other infectious diseases. All the trials failed to prove any benefit of providing external oxygen to patients. Rather, it was found that this oxygen led to pneumonia which in turn led to the death of patients.4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

13

Q4

Is there is any evidence that the newly launched COVID-19 drug ‘2DG’ by health ministry and developed by DRDO can cure COVID-19?

Ans :  There is no evidences in public domain to prove that “2DG” can cure COVID-19. On the contrary, there are various evidences that prove that “2DG” can have teratogenic effects (teratogens are substances that produce physical or functional defects in the human embryo or foetus).12 Furthermore, 2DG is not a new invention of DRDO. It was developed 20 years ago and failed many clinical trials conducted for rats for cancer, tumour and seizure and therefore, was not approved for any kind of treatment. It is quite interesting to know that “2DG” stands for C6H12O5 and if you add one more oxygen it becomes sugar/glucose i.e., C6H12O6.

14

Q5

Is there any evidence to prove that COVID-19 vaccines are effective in safe guarding against COVID-19?

Ans :  As claimed by the health ministry, vaccines have an efficacy of 95%, but the truth is, this vaccine provides only 1% efficacy.13 That means you have only 1% lesser chance of not getting infected by COVID-19. On the other hand, the vaccine has a long list of side effects due to which lakhs of people suffered adversely and thousands lost their lives.14

15

Q6

Is there any evidence to prove that wearing face masks can protect from COVID-19?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove that wearing face masks can protect from COVID-19. However, there are many evidences which prove that wearing face masks increases the chances of infection 20 times15 as compared to wearing “no masks” at all. The latest report by CDC released on 5th May 202016 says that till date there is no evidence to prove the effectiveness of face masks in preventing or protecting from COVID-19.

16

Q7

Is there any evidence that ‘favipiravir’ medicine which was released in June 2020 (last year) is effective in curing COVID-19 or any other disease?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove the effectiveness of “Favipiravir” for curing COVID-19 or any other disease. But there are evidences to prove that after taking the medicine, next generations may suffer deformities and congenital defects.17, 18 For this reason, this medicine was not released anywhere in the world; it was only launched in India. Read ‘N.I.C.E way to cure COVID-19 book’19 for evidences.

17

Q8

Last Year (2020), lockdown was imposed by various countries whereas a few countries did not impose any lockdown. Is there any comparative study to prove that lockdown is effective in preventing or protecting from diseases and minimizing deaths?

Ans :  No, till date there is no such evidence to prove that lockdown was beneficial in any way. However, it was found that the countries which imposed lockdown, suffered an increase in transmission of diseases manifold times.20, 21, 22, 23 The countries which did not impose any lockdown e.g. Sweden,24 the death rate was comparable to that of the previous years.

18

Q9

Ventilators were used quite extensively in the last one year. Is there any evidence to prove that ventilators were life-saving tool against COVID-19?

Ans :  There is no such evidence to prove that ventilators were “lifesaver” against COVID-19. Rather there are evidences to prove deaths due to ventilators. In fact, patients eligible for putting on ventilators can easily recover though prone ventilation (prone position is a body position in which the person lies flat with the chest down and back up). For evidences, please read the book “N.I.C.E way to cure COVID‑19”.16

19

Q10

Is it not true that there are ample evidences to prove that cancer diagnosis (biopsy/mammography etc.) may lead to deteriorating conditions?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove that the diagnosis for cancer, will in anyway, help you to live a longer life or improve the quality of life; however, it is well established that the biopsies suppress the immune system and promote cancer metastasis.25, 26, 27, 28, 29 Similarly, in the case of mammography, the breast is tightly and often painfully30 compressed between two imaging plates. If cancer is present in the breast, the compression can result in metastasis.31 On the contrary, avoiding repeated mammography may lead to at least 22% chances of spontaneous regression. In other words, by simply avoiding the repeated dose of ionizing radiation administered during mammography, the body is given a chance to heal on its own and often it does.32

20

Q11

Is there any evidence to prove that reducing the fever by taking antipyretic drugs (Paracetamol etc.) helps in curing the illness faster or increasing the lifespan or improving the quality of life in comparison to not taking any medicine for fever control?

Ans :  There is no evidence in medical literature to prove that taking antipyretic medicines to reduce fever helps in any way other than providing temporary symptomatic comfort. However, there are evidences suggesting that antipyretics may lead to reduced survival and increased duration of suffering.33

21

Q12

Is there any evidence that by controlling blood sugar with medication can help in improving the quality of life and increasing the lifespan in comparison to not taking any medicine?

Ans :  There is no large-scale evidence to support the consumption of medicines for diabetes. However, there is a clear-cut evidence to prove that by consuming medicines to control the blood sugar may increase the rate of mortality by 22%.34

22

Q13

Is there any evidence that controlling blood pressure with medication can help in improving the quality of life and increasing the lifespan in comparison to not taking any medicine?

Ans :  There is no evidence to support that consuming blood pressure medicines can improve the quality of a person’s life or increase his lifespan. However, there is a clear cut evidence to show that by consuming medicines to control blood pressure may increase the rate of mortality.35

23

Q14

Is there any evidence to prove that by taking the recommended vaccine will help in increasing the lifespan or improving the quality of life of a person in comparison to not taking any vaccine?

Ans :  There is no evidence in medical literature to prove that getting vaccinated will help one live a longer life or improve the quality of life. However, there are evidences to prove the opposite.36, 37, 38

24

Q15

Is there any evidence to prove that by taking the treatment in accordance with the current WHO protocol (Remdesivir, hydroxychloroquine, antibiotics, antipyretics etc.) will help in faster recovery of COVID-19 patients or increase their chances of survival?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove that the WHO protocol will be of any help to the COVID-19 patients. However, the SOLIDARITY trial39 of WHO concludes about 12% death rate and over 80% of the patients with long term side effects. On the other hand, more than 50,000 COVID-19 /ILI patients were treated with the 3-Step Flu Diet which resulted in zero death and zero side effects with 95% of them having recovered in 3 days and 100% of them in 14 days.16

25

Q16

Is there any evidence to show that using normal saline intravenously can help a patient in recovering faster or improving his chances of recovery?

Ans :  There is no evidence to support that the widespread use of normal saline intravenously will enable a patient to recover faster or improve his chances of recovery whereas there is evidence to show that it causes kidney damage / failure.40

26

Q17

Is there any evidence to show that bypass surgery & angioplasty can help a patient with blocked arteries live a longer life or improve his quality of life in comparison to not undergoing any such procedures?

Ans :  There is no evidence to prove that bypass surgery / angioplasty can help a person improve his quality of life or increase his lifespan. However there are evidences to prove the other way round.41, 42, 43 Besides, we must remember that bypass surgeries come with potential complications like impotency,44 brain damage and organ dysfunction.45

27

Q18

Is there any evidence to prove that chemotherapy can help a cancer patient to live longer or improve his quality of life in comparison to not undergoing chemotherapy?

Ans :  There are no evidences to prove that chemotherapy helps a cancer patient to improve his quality of life or increase his life span. On the contrary, there are sufficient evidences to prove otherwise.46, 47, 48, 49 Here the point to understand is the shrinking of the initial tumor mass; chemotherapy deceives the doctors into thinking that the patients are benefitting from the treatment, when in reality, the growth and spread of cancer gets accelerated by it.

28

Q19

Is there any evidence to prove that Radiotherapy can help a cancer patient to live longer or improve his quality of life in comparison to not taking it?

Ans :  There are no evidences to prove that Radiotherapy can help a cancer patient improve his quality of life or increase his life span. On the contrary, there are sufficient evidences to prove otherwise.50, 51, 52, 53

29

Q20

Is there any evidence to show that by removing the tumour with surgery can help a patient live a longer life or improve his quality of life in comparison to not undergoing surgery for tumour removal?

Ans :  Recent evidences show that cutting out a tumour either provides no benefit to the patients54, 55 or increases the mortality.56, 57, 58 The more the body is cut, the worse is the outcome. Cancer metastasis is the primary cause of most cancer deaths59, 60, 61 and yes, the public remains unaware that surgical removal of tumour causes cancer metastasis.62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69

30

Q21

Why are chemotherapy, radiation and surgery the most popular and widespread treatment protocols all over the world, even though there is no evidence of benefit?

Ans :  Chemotherapy, radiation and surgery cause damage to all the organs of the body. If a patient undergoes chemotherapy and later suffers a heart attack and dies within a week/month/year, in such a case, the cause of death is deemed to be heart attack rather than cancer as a result of the side effects of the anti-cancer treatments. Evidence of this can be seen in studies reporting decreased rate of cancer deaths, while simultaneously increasing the number of non-cancer deaths following Radiotherapy treatment.70, 71, 72 Similarly, by examining non-cancer deaths of 470,000 cancer patients, as published in the journal of the National Cancer Institute, the study revealed that 27% of the patients who were reported dead for reasons other than cancer, had died within a year after diagnosis suggesting that they were probably killed by the treatment procedures.73 31

Q22

Is there any evidence that the knee Arthroscopy (for Arthritis) can help in improving the quality of life?

Ans :  In a placebo controlled (sham surgery) study over two years, no difference has been found between the groups in terms of knee pain or function.74

32

Q23

Is there any evidence that hysterectomy can improve the quality of life or increase the lifespan in comparison to not undergoing it?

Ans :  The unintended consequences of removing women’s ovaries leads to complications like heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia and osteoporosis. There is also evidence to show that by removing the ovaries (while decreases your chances of dying from ovarian cancer) increases your overall chances of dying.75

33

Q24

Is there any evidence to prove that antibiotics can help a patient of respiratory illness recover faster in comparison to not consuming them at all?

Ans :  There is no evidence to support that antibiotics treat flu or respiratory diseases; however, there are evidences against it.76

34

Q25

Is it recommended to go for general preventive health check-ups?

Ans :  According to Cochrane Collaboration, which includes 17 randomized controlled trials,77 systematic offers of health check-ups are unlikely to benefit and may lead to unnecessary tests and treatment. Then, what should we do? Should we simply sit down without doing anything? No! You just have to find out the evidencebased treatment? Remember, whether it is a lifestyle disease or infectious disease or even a genetic disorder, nature has umpteen ways to cure you of your illnesses; which in turn can increase your life span and improve the quality of your life.

35

Q26

Is it true that the mortality rate goes down when doctors go on strike?

Ans :  Yes, all the evidences collected till now, come to the conclusion that whenever doctors (allopathic doctors) go on strike, the mortality rate of the city or country goes down. For references, please read the book “Why mortality rate drops when doctors go on strike”.78

36

Q27

Can diabetes be cured?

Ans :  According to the Modern Medical Industry, not only is diabetes incurable, but just claiming that, it can be cured may attract punishment in accordance with Drug and Magic Remedy Act. However, Dr. Biswaroop has not only cured/reversed both diabetes type I/type 2 patients in lakhs but has also published his case study in a reputed Medical Journal79. He has also thrown an open challenge to IMA on 30 November, 2021 to dare to ask for the testimonials of the diabetes cured patients in front of media, he will share the data of more than one lakh of his diabetes cured patients.

37

Q28

Is it true that Dr. Biswaroop’s N.I.C.E protocol is proven to be 100% effective (0% mortality / 0% morbidity) for even the most severe cases of COVID-19?

Ans :  Yes, based on observational study conducted by NIN, Ministry of Ayush, the N.I.C.E Protocol is fully effective for prevention as well as cure of COVID-19 and can be recommended to even the severe COVID-19 patients. Read the complete observational study in Section-III.

Report on the Naturopathy Interventions at COVID Care Centre, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra managed by Network of Influenza Care Experts (N.I.C.E) under Dr. Biswaroop Roy Choudhary. COVID19 as a pandemic has been a challenge to the healthcare system across the world. Nature cure therapy has been tried as an option for increasing the immunity and body’s natural mechanism to overcome this infection across different centers in India. This is a report of some initial data gathered across a single center of Ahmednagar district; where people availed only Naturopathy treatment voluntarily for a week’s time period from their day of COVID confirmation and were successfully treated. The information was collected retrospectively from the patients who were treated at the center by telephonic conversations. The questionnaire tool guide was prepared and reviewed by the expert before its actual administration. The entire tool was converted into Marathi (local language) and used for the data collection (English Version of the questionnaire is attached as an annexure). The data was transferred into Microsoft Excel 2013 for further descriptive analysis. Intervention details for the cases that were carried out at the Nature Cure center: 1. Yoga: Daily yoga exercise regime was carried out for a period of 30minutes in groups for all the admitted cases in the morning hours. 2. Diet intervention- Sattvik diet, fresh in nutrition and which boosts the immunity was provided to all the patients throughout their stay at the center; which included, raw diet like ample amounts of salads- carrots, tomato, raddish etc, fruits like guava, oranges. Mosambi, mangoes, pomegranate etc, raw roots of turmeric, honey, drinks like fresh fruit juices etc.

None of the cases took any medication for long term due to other systemic illnesses- like Diabetes, HTN or arthritis etc. Only 28 were vegetarians in the total of 101. They all practiced a total vegetarian diet during their entire stay at the center. None of the cases took any medication for COVID. All performed Yoga daily for 30 minutes and had sun bath for 30 minutes as a routine regime. No case reported of any untoward incident or adverse reaction to their fasting experience in Nature cure regime. Questions were asked to the patients on rating the experience of the Naturopathy regimen, knowledge about Naturopathy and the change in their health. •

The patients were asked to rate their experience of this regimen in the form of an excellent, good, bad or poor score. Overall 24 cases reported it as a good experience; while 76 rated it as excellent.

When asked about how they got information about Naturopathy treatment for COVID; the patients responded that majority learnt it from the Naturopathy doctors and the promotors of Nature cure therapy (72); while the rest of them got information from Youtube channels and books.

52

97 of the cases said that they would recommend fasting to others; while 4 did not elaborate any reason for not recommending fasting as an option to others.

The patients were asked to rate their health from 1-10; with 1 being the least score and 10 being the highest. A score between 1-3 was considered to be worse; 4-5 as poor; 68 as good and 9-10 as excellent. 55 patients rated their health as above 5 before the nature cure intervention; while all 101 rated their health above 7/10 after the intervention.

Overall it can be concluded that; in all these cases; Nature cure therapy was successful as a regimen for the COVID cases. This can serve as model for the successful handling of all mild to severe cases of COVID and also as a preventive intervention in all the future cases.

Section-IV Part-3 Open Letter to PM: No evidence to prove deaths occurring due to Novel Coronavirus

65

Date: 24 May 2021 To, The Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, South Block Raisina Hill, New Delhi -110011, India Cc to: 1. Hon’ble Health Minister 2. Hon’ble AYUSH Minister SUB: No evidence to prove deaths occurring 3. MoHFW due to the Novel Coronavirus 4. All State Chief Ministers Respected Sir, 5. All M.Ps 6. All MLAs We are writing to bring to your notice that to 7. All District Magistrates date there is no proof of deaths due to the Novel Coronavirus. For the past one year, life has come to a standstill with people losing jobs and lives all in the name of Covid-19. The atmosphere of fear is too prevalent and unavoidable. The constant portrayal of the grim situation coupled with misinformation by the Indian media is far from the truth. To prove our point, we would like to base our claims purely on facts and evidences. Here, we would like to highlight the documents published by FDA (U.S Food and Drug Administration) regarding the efficacy of RT- PCR test released on 04th February, 2020i (Please refer to page 40) and latest

66

document released on 16th April 2021ii (refer page 1). Both the documents clearly state that the RT-PCR test is only capable of checking the presence of genetic material of coronavirus in one’s body. As cited in the document CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, “Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms.” The document further points out that, “This test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens”. It is often seen that when a person is sick, upon diagnosis various other co-infectionsiii, iv (viral, bacterial, fungal) are also seen. This means simultaneously various other viruses and bacteria have the potential to infect the person. So, it will be incorrect to label it as an infection solely due to Coronavirus. We would also like to bring to your notice a guideline published by ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research)v in the month of May 2020. According to the guideline, whenever somebody dies it is mandatory to conduct an RTPCR test of the deceased. If the test results are positive, (even if the patient expired due to suicide/accident/any other ailments), the cause of the death will be mentioned as ‘Death due to Novel Coronavirus’. The document further states that even if the test is negative before death; the doctor has complete discretion to attribute the death due to suspected Covid-19. It is our humble appeal to stop the spread of misinformation and fear amongst the citizens. In the absence of any evidence to prove deaths due to the Novel Coronavirus, the need of the hour is to immediately halt the ongoing vaccination drive, uplift the lockdown, bring back the normalcy and promote natural immunization. To support all our above claims, all the necessary documents have been provided for your reference below. How India will be a Developed Country? Population explosion is a major problem before upcoming India. Today our population is reaching to the figure of 140 crores. Government has tried its level best to control this increasing population. Since 1947, Government has applied to various schemes under family planning programmes, but because of certain reasons all these efforts proved to be ineffective and population which was only 35 crores in 1947, now has become 140 crores. So it is very much required to take drastic steps not to control our population but to halt this population explosion. China, which is the leader of the world, has adopted one family one child proforma and formulated a law to abide by and as a result of this now China’s population has come to standstill. Though China is no.1 in the world in case of population it has three times more land than India, that means it has three times more natural resources but India and China’s population are almost same and it is expected that India will surpass this figure of China in coming years. Everybody knows because of this population explosion our country is facing series of problems, we are in the list of developing countries. Our per capita income is just $7600 per year, where is to become a developed country more than $12000 per first year per capita income is required. So we have to take much efforts, to control our population at this stage by fraiming a law stating that every couple must have 2 children or less. If any couple break this law then there should be a provision that the third offspring will not have any fundamental rights as a citizen of India and he /she will not have the right to vote in any election of India. Further more the couple should be prosecuted for this offence. If this is done, then automatically our population growth will come to standstill and this will be the solution of almost all problems of common man in India. So it is very much essential that this demand of framing the law should be supported by all citizens irrespective of caste, religion, creed in India. People can do this because they are the Sovereign.

The current chaos and the loss of lives, in the name of pandemic, is the colossal proof of the failure of IMA and its protocols. Read along to find out all the shreds of evidence that cites - how IMA has only acted on increasing profits and decreasing human lives.
