The Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS) refers to an institution that targets to diminish the gap between the high living standard and socially backward people. This programme is funded by National Advisory Board India, the Regional Project Selection Committee, general public and private corporations. Since the foundation, Regional Project Selection Committee's (RPSCs) have been engaged in appraising & evaluating PACS projects.
