We know. It’s a big decision you’re facing. The choice to go to college outside your home country is not one you want to take lightly. Do you want a large university or small? Do you want to be in a big city or smaller community? Indiana Tech is a little of all these things. And we think that makes us special. We’re an established institution in the thriving mid-size city of Fort Wayne, Indiana. We’re small compared to other schools in our state, but we're loaded with the things students love about bigger universities—like amazing faculty, modern facilities and a diverse, highly engaged student body. “Tech” may be our name, but we’re much more than science and code and experiments. Yes, our engineering and technical coursework is world-class. But, so is our commitment to arts and sciences and business. We believe Indiana Tech is exactly the right size, in the right place, with the right stuff. As you take a closer look, we hope you’ll find we're your right choice.

College is about much more than studying, of course. It’s also about discovering new experiences and bonding with new friends. Good news: there’s always something happening on campus. Our Office of Student Life schedules a variety of events throughout the year; some to expand your mind, others just for fun.
Freshman Housing Living on campus for the first time is exciting, but can also be a little intimidating for some. That’s why freshmen at IT live together—either in Pierson Hall or Kalbfleisch Hall. Traditional dorm life still comes with the comforts of home, including digital cable and high-speed internet in every room. Visit IndianaTech.edu/housing to see interactive 360° images of our freshman suites. Welcome Week During your first week as a Warrior, we get you started right. Student Life offers a variety of events to welcome you in style, from comedy shows and movie nights to virtual reality gaming and laser tag. Meal Plans We know you’ll be hungry. All IT freshman have an all-you-can-eat full-meal plan prepared by Tech Fresh dining services in Andorfer Commons. Additionally, students can use their Warrior dollars at the Kachmann Cafe featuring Starbucks coffee, deli sandwiches, wraps, flat-bread pizza and baked goods.

By creating an inclusive, diverse community of learners, we make sure students are supported, inspired, and empowered to maximize their job prospects, advance in their careers, and improve their lives and the lives of others. Our proven ability to evolve with the times— to stay ahead of them even—keeps our campus and educators relevant. Academic agility ensures that students are prepared for tomorrow’s jobs in a rapidly evolving world and workplace.

Choose from a broad range of majors. For a world that seeks fresh energy and ideas.
College of Business The College of Business offers a career-focused education that will prepare students to enter the business world with confidence. Our professors have years of workplace experience and academic credentials, giving them the insight to share real-world examples of the concepts discussed in class. INDIANATECH.EDU/BUSINESS
Center for Criminal Justice The Center for Criminal Justice features professors that are former officers and lawyers, with years of experience in their respective fields. We use field experiences to help reinforce the ideas, concepts and procedures learned in the classroom. During field experiences, you will have access to the same equipment you will use once you start your career. You will be doing the investigating and executing the procedures, not just watching someone else do the work and feeding you the results. Additionally, our pre-law program introduces you to the kind of critical thinking and analysis training that is needed to take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). INDIANATECH.EDU/CJ

College of Engineering In the College of Engineering, we provide a student-centered, hands-on educational experience. An upperclassman or graduate assistant will never set up your experiments and feed you data here. Our students will learn the proper ways to plan, set up and conduct experiments to achieve relevant and valuable data and experience. After all, no one is going to set things up for you once you start your career. INDIANATECH.EDU/ENGINEERING
