Features and Significance of the Muslim Wedding Cards in India

The Nikaahnama contains the poetic details of the joyous occasion of the wedding under the fixed parameters of the poetry. • The most common designs are the motifs of domes, peacocks, intricate patterns of leaves, peacock feathers, etc. • The cards are decorated with lots of embellishments like the stones, glitters, and bindis. • The papers commonly used are the silk papers, velvet papers, metallic papers, handmade papers, etc. • The entire look of the wedding card is extremely eye-catching.


In this case, it is important to mention that it is not mandatory for the Muslim wedding cards to contain excerpts from the Holy Quran. Even if it is included, it will add to the blessings of the mighty Allah, showered on the couple.
