◼ Explore techniques to develop a clear understanding of the project need. This will ensure the project has clear business benefits.

◼ Creating a clear project outcome.

◼ Gaining an awareness of potential challenges, risks and opportunities before delivering the project.

Introducing planning tools:

◼ Use a visual planning tool to create a project overview and identify the tasks to achieve it.

◼ How to identify clear project milestones.

◼ How to prioritise tasks and diary management.

Understanding and dealing with stakeholders:

◼ Identify the different stakeholders involved in the process.

◼ Explore how to allocate tasks and responsibilities.

◼ Consider the position and perspectives of the different stakeholders.

◼ Practice influence and persuasion skills to keep the project moving and keep stakeholders motivated and onside.
