ABOUT THE PROGRAM Executive Skills Development Program (ESDP) is designed to develop management acumen among the executives working at the entry level of the organizational hierarchy. This program spans over three months and is a judicious mix of instructor led and self-paced learning with eight hours of contact sessions on every weekend.
