Indoff
Indoff has partnered with Greenville Mechanical to provide a high-quality turnkey solution for isolation structures to be used as a buffer to prevent the spread of current or new viruses, and any other unknown pandemics in the future. This structure is a quick, effective, and easy way to immediately offer safe testing and treatment. This modular structure will be assembled on a concrete pad. Walls are class “A” rated for a 90-mph wind load, a 3” thick wall, and 26-gage galvanized stucco embossed steel pre-painted white (other colors available upon request). The inside facing has 1/8" Fiberglass Re-enforced Plastic (FRP), finished in white and laminated to the core. (See attached literature for further details). The building will have a clean room gasketed drop ceiling with LED lights, and a modular plug and play-wall outlets. No field wiring required. The structure will utilize clean-room technology, including positive or negative pressure, hepa filters, and technology such as bipolar ionization and ultra-low energy plasma technology for the removal of VOC’s, bacteria, viruses, mold, and any particulates. Meets 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000 clean room classifications. The building utilizes modular construction, which enhances build time and can ship from the manufacturer in 4 weeks, with 2 weeks for installation onsite. In addition to a new isolation building, we also offer isolation partitions and complete isolation rooms in existing spaces. A 20’ x 20’ building (other sizes available) will ship complete with the following specifications: • PE stamped drawings • 8’-high clean room drop ceiling • Electrical to include 120/1ph outlets on 4’ nominal centers, light switch, LED lights and breaker box, all with modular plug and play wiring. No additional field wiring required for the building itself. • Additional wiring included for clean room technology. • Windows and door as specified by customer • Building can be added onto to meet size requirements. • Sprinklers and exit signage not included. Indoff suggests customers use sprinkler contractor that handles their existing facility.

Our exclusive ability to mix components from both our cleanroom and inplant office product lines allow us to meet cleanroom classification requirements while keeping the benefits of a modular system.
Cleanrooms Cleanroom Classification
Cleanroom Filtration System
• Truly modular, non-progressive construction featuring full panels, provides maximum flexibility to accommodate new processes and equipment
As for the filtration systems, clean rooms often use HEPA filters and ULPA filters.
• The particles increase by a factor of 10 with every increase in the ISO rank.
• Can remove up to 99.9% of the particulates in the air using various air flow techniques.
• Another grading scale that is used is the US federal standard which is numbered 1, 10, 100, 10,000, and so on.
• Some clean rooms employ a positive pressure to keep particles out, and then some employ negative pressure to keep contaminants in. It all depends on what needs to be done in the workspace.
• Class 1 rooms have 1 particle for every 0.5 micrometer of cubic space, and so on, the Class numbers resembling the maximum amount of particles allowed in 0.5 cubic micrometers.

Modular Isolation Rooms are environments that are specially designed to help prevent the spread of harmful pathogens and viruses. Using Panel Built’s proven modular construction design, these isolation rooms are prefabricated in our facility then shipped to the project site for quick
assembly.
Isolation Rooms Negative Pressure Helps Contain Infectious Agents
Modular Design For Fast & Convenient Installation
• The main focus of Modular Isolation Rooms is to keep a constant negative pressure environment to contain pathogens in one environment.
• Formed from our modular wall panel systems, modular isolation rooms are prefabricated in our facility then shipped to the project site for quick assembly and custom configurations.
• The Isolation room will have a lower air pressure than surrounding rooms, keeping airborne particles from flowing outward. • Anterooms are incorporated into the Isolation Room design in order to create a ‘buffer zone’ between it and the rest of the facility. • Negative Pressure Isolation Rooms should always be used in conjunction with proper gloves, gownwear, and handwashing for proper operation.
• With the wall panels manufactured at our facility, there is much less waste and debris during installation, keeping on-site disruption at a minimum. • With a similar design to manufacturing cleanrooms, isolation rooms include special HEPA Filtration and UV lighting in order to constantly filter out the contaminants out of the room’s air supply with a high rate of air exchange.

How Plasma Air’s Bipolar Ionization Works to Clean the Air of Viruses and Bacteria Plasma Air solutions use bipolar ionization technology to proactively purify indoor air at the source of contamination by producing a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to re-stabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing and destroying bacteria and virus cells.
As virus and bacteria cells attempt to reproduce, they bond with positive and negative ions and are immediately destroyed.
NOTE: Due to the small size of viruses, many filtration technologies are unable to trap viral particles. As Bipolar Ionization is a non-selective, rapid killing technology, it offers a unique and safe solution to kill airborne viruses 24/7, reducing the risk of disease and infectious outbreaks.
Novaerus Portable Air Dis-Infection Units Defend 1050 and Protect 900 Viral Testing Plasma Air’s Novaerus portable, medical grade units harness patented Plasma DBD technology. This technology has been independently tested against a range of viruses, showing consistent kill rates across both enveloped and non-enveloped strains. NOTE: An important highlight is our testing against MS2 Bacteriophage, a commonly used surrogate for SARS-CoV (Coronavirus). There are many different types of viruses in existence due to the variety of genomic structures. Viruses contain more structural genomic diversity than plants, animals, archaea, or bacteria. It is not possible for us to test against all types of viruses. We have therefore selected to test a range of viruses that are pathogenic to humans. We have also selected certain viruses that act as surrogates for other viruses that are too dangerous to be tested. These include enveloped and nonenveloped classes.
The table below shows the range of viruses we have tested, along with the common surrogates associated with each virus.
This patented plasma technology rapidly destroys pathogens using a combination of physical reactions (electroporation, electron bombardment, etching etc). NOTE: This has been tested and proven in independent testing carried out by the NASA Ames Research Centre, California. This process is not selective in its destruction. Given the rapid and consistent kill rates achieved using Novaerus, it is reasonable to anticipate that our plasma technology will show similar impact and rapid kill rates across all viral particles.
