Welcome to Laserforce

Arming Now While you rock around the arena to your chosen favorite sound track, bright green laser beams suddenly spear through the haze of smoke, narrowly missing you. Looking ahead, you see the enemy lurking in a dark maze of tunnels and corridors. You aim at the leaders chest. You lock on. You fire. Her chest plate flashes white and the battlesuit deactivates instantly. Suddenly your lights change from yellow to red and your onboard computer informs you that “as expected you are coming 1st”. Creeping forward, you discover the lair of the Jade Serpent. You sneak in and start zapping her hatchlings until the serpent rears up to defend her brood. Now you have become the target.

This is Laserforce, the world’s most sophisticated laser tag game. This fast-action game is played in a low-light living arena with special lighting effects, interactive intelligent devices, swirling fog and a thumping soundtrack. The Laserforce experience is enhanced by the battlesuit’s onboard computer which delivers real-time speech patterns and allows players to customise the stereo music and sound effects played through the battlesuit stereo speakers. Recently, laser tag’s popularity has exploded and this is your opportunity to get a share of this lucrative sector of the leisure market.

If you’re not operating with Laserforce, then you’re missing out!

Laserforce Opportunities Laserforce Business Opportunities Laserforce sites are usually placed in four types of locations.

Portable sites Mainly inflatables or temporary locations for school festivals, parties, carnivals, cruise ships and more. Suitable for 10–16 battlesuits.

Family entertainment centers (FECs) or destination locations Bowling alleys, arcades, go-kart centers and FECs where laser tag is one of a few attractions. 2

Arena size: 2000–4000ft . Suitable for 12–30 battlesuits.

Theme parks Arena size: At least 5000ft 2. Suitable for 60–120 battlesuits.

FECs where laser tag is the main attraction Arena size: At least 4000ft 2. Suitable for 30–60 battlesuits.

Professional laser tag systems Operating and manufacturing laser tag systems for more than 25 years

REquirements Laserforce sites operate successfully in both small and large arenas. Some may be only 1500ft² while others may cover more than 10000ft². Generally, the average size is 3000–5000ft². The optimal number of battlesuits for a site depends more on premises location than size. For example, a high-profile downtown location might have 30 battlesuits for a 3000ft²

5

arena, while a small town might need only 12 battlesuits. However, the general rule for planning is one battlesuit per 100ft² of space. Generally, for stand-alone sites, the arena should occupy half the premises. However, you would also need space for your lobby, restrooms, offices, briefing room and armory.

The market Laserforce attracts players of both genders and all age groups. The greatest demand comes from children aged 7–13, usually for birthday parties, and young adults aged 16–25, who tend to spend the most money. The game is also immensely popular with tourists, and corporate and social groups. With regards to gender, the greater demand does come from males, who comprise 66 percent of players. However, a third of the players are female. This exceptionally high rate of female participation is perhaps the most surprising thing about Laserforce and demonstrates its wide appeal. In fact, at age 15 the number of males and females is equal. We attract more females to laser tag by ensuring fairness of play, targeting our marketing to women as well as men, and creating more stylish-looking arenas and equipment.

Income and profit potential How much money does Laserforce make?

Remember, the key to success is repeat play. Therefore, your utilization rate depends on some important factors, which Laserforce focuses on providing, including:

This question is very important. Any attraction can make money fast if it’s running at capacity. The key is to run at capacity as often as possible.

üeffective marketing tools to get people in the door ügreat strategies to encourage people to buy multiple games game play and incentives to ensure players return ütostrong your site

The more hours per week you run at capacity, the more money you make. For example, imagine you’ve bought a 30-suit Laserforce system. And assume that you run a game that lasts the recommended 7 minutes and 30 seconds. This enables you to run at least five games per hour and sell 150 tickets per hour. Given that, for common currencies, the average price per game is US$7, Euro 5 or AUD$7.50, you can now calculate the maximum amount you can earn per game.

an efficient system and staff who can get games üthrough quickly exceptional reliability to ensure that you operate at peak üwith happy customers.

Generally, an average 30-suit site should have 1500–2500 players per week, though our busiest sites see more than 4000 players per week.

Choosing your supplier

You know that choosing the best system is critical but how do you choose the best supplier? Generally, the industry is split between high‑end and low-end systems. Low-end systems are churned out from mostly out-of-date design patterns. Their only strength is price. In contrast, Laserforce is a high-end system with many strengths, including quality, features, service and price. We often hear first-time buyers say ‘I don’t care about all the bells and whistles. I just want a cheap system where players can go in and zap each other’. However, low-end systems generally turn out to be the most unreliable. Also, the laser tag market has become very competitive and these kinds of low-end systems are getting taken over by more professional operators.

Word of mouth is all-important in this industry. Laser tag is all about repeat play, and players know the difference between a great game and an ordinary game. If your lowend system provides an ordinary experience, players will go elsewhere. So give them the best and your business will reap the rewards. The graphs compare the average mortality rate of Laserforce and the industry average. With its five-year survival rate, Laserforce operators are six times more likely to succeed than the industry average.

SYSTEM FEATURES to demand Robust, Reliable, Reputable Reliability is so important in laser tag. Just think, how can your investment be making money if it’s broken down and being stored out back until a technician can come on duty to fix it? Since the global financial crisis in 2009 some manufacturers have resorted to off-shore manufacturing in an effort to cut costs. The down side to this strategy is that they have completely lost control of their quality assurance and now even more operators are making the switch to The Force. Laserforce have taken a different approach. By innovating new flexible payment options, and keeping our QA procedures firmly in place, we ensure every battlesuit we produce is robust, reliable and reputable.

Ties in all the games and attractions inside your FEC

Target sensors on the phaser

Laser tag can work as an excellent anchor attraction to draw more people to your site, but you want a system that can fit in with all your other games and attractions. Laserforce is designed as a bolt on attraction that can be expanded to fully integrate your venue into one seamless operation.

Players are clever. They know that if systems don’t have phaser sensors, they can cheat by poking their phaser and head around corners. Then they can hit people without being hit themselves. This really isn’t fair. And unfairness leads to frustration, which could result in a customer deciding not to return to your site.

Shoulder speakers & stereo sound Automated handicapping

Speakers should be located in battlesuit shoulders, just centimetres from the ears, to help players cope with the noisy game. They do cost more but players appreciate it. Laserforce understands this and installs shoulder speakers in all battlesuits.

Operators want everyone to be able to play without discrimination. However, if your system doesn’t automatically protect new players from experienced players then your income will be limited, as only experienced players will want to play. Ensure that your system has inbuilt handicapping that challenges experienced players and protects new players.

Infra-red targeting Some systems use only cheap modulated laser diodes and fiber-optic target vests to record hits. This is the lowest of low-end systems because it is unfair. A laser can hit a player in the center of their chest, but it may not be recorded as a hit unless it lands directly on a tiny sensor. Ensure your system uses quality infra-red targeting.

Dedicated to on-going R&D To stay competitive you must continue to engage your customers with new features to keep them perceiving you as being fresh and new. With technology changing exponentially and the push for realism, it is now more important than ever to partner with a supplier who is dedicated to on-going R&D. As an operator, you need a consistent stream of new features to market or you risk your customers getting bored and not coming back, or getting pushed out of the market by a Laserforce operator.

Used by their own manufacturers Some manufacturers don’t actually back their product with their own laser tag site. They cannot possibly know how to best maximise profits and develop equipment if they don’t use the system. Ensure your system is used by the manufacturer itself.

why Laserforce?

With so much competition for the leisure dollar, you need a product that maximizes your income and provides a quick return on investment. But these profits must also be here to stay over the long term. Laserforce has been designed with all this in mind.

percent repeat play. In fact, Laserforce holds the record for the most number of games played—only one of the many records Laserforce holds. Some players have played well over 3000 games.

More money quickly

A high-end system - BASIC OR FULLY OPTIONED The large number of laser tag manufacturers competing for your business tend to produce either high-end or low-end systems, with few in between. Laserforce is a high-end system with excellent features and solid reliability.

The Laserforce system is designed for rapid player turnover. With four or five games an hour, each with 50 players, you can generate income very quickly. Overall, Laserforce’s features, game play and reliability all contribute to repeat play and positive word of mouth. These factors increase income and are all good reasons to choose Laserforce.

The highest rate of repeat play Another feature that makes Laserforce one of the best on the market—it has by far the highest rate of repeat play in the industry. Most Laserforce sites achieve more than 94

Equipment features Full Color Rainbow LEDs Laserforce uses spectacular full-colour LEDs, which means that each battlesuit can rotate through the entire color spectrum. As a Laserforce operator, you have tremendous flexibility in terms of how you maximise the battlesuits light color capabilities: • Colors determined by skill level - In an individual player game, a player’s skill can be identified by their light color: new players are red, novice are green, intermediate are yellow, good are blue, advanced are cyan and expert players are purple. • Colors change dynamically - in this scheme, each player’s Battlesuit changes color during the game depending upon where they are ranked compared to the other players. The player who is coming first always lights up in Red. The remaining players are broken up into five groups and colored in order (from best to worst) as: Yellow, Green, Aqua, Blue and Purple. • Play up to 8 different team - In a team game, the number of team colors automatically adjusts to the number of groups playing (e.g. five groups use five colors and four groups use four colors). This allows for even more flexibility and innovation in the game editor. For example, if a player’s LEDs are rapidly cycling through the color spectrum, this may indicate that the player has been caught by the ‘radiation leakage’. An interactive Living Arena feature unique to Laserforce.

Superior Player Feed Back • Shoulder speakers and onboard real-time speech advice - Shoulder speakers send perfect clear stereo sounds to nearby ears. The onboard digital speech processor is one of Laserforce’s most advanced and exciting features. During the game, the battlesuit provides hundreds of different messages, including advice, encouragement and excitement, all in real time. This adds amazing realism to the game. • Customizable Stereo Music and Sound FX in each battlesuit - Each Laserforce battlesuit has over one gig of stereo music and sound FX stored onboard in a 4 gig SD Flash Card. Never before have operators and players alike had such flexibility to customise music and FX to their own tastes. Players receive advice from their onboard computer – choose your own voice accent, language and music track to play to as you rock around the laser tag arena causing mayhem and winning the game. Gen7 battlesuits use lossless audio through speakers right next to the ears for unparalleled quality and realism. Music and FX is broadcast in stereo sound. • Vibrating hit recognition - Laserforce battlesuits vibrate as additional feedback, coupled with realistic stereo sound FX and speech patterns to indicate that you have been hit. • Lock-on tone - The locked-on-to-target sound tells players when they have acquired a target and that, if they pull the trigger, they will score a hit. This is an invaluable aid for beginners.

Professional laser tag systems Operating and manufacturing laser tag systems for more than 25 years

Equipment features • Successful tag shot sound - Laserforce provides different sounds for shots that hit and shots that miss. It is the only system in the world where players receive both a fire and hit sound. Every other laser tag system provides only a fire sound, regardless of whether the shot hits or misses. • Muzzle flash - Realistic and spectacular ultra-white lights simulate muzzle flash when a player fires a phaser. • Independent hit zones - The battlesuit’s shoulders, back, chest and phaser are all hit zones. Each one flashes independently when hit. • Special features trigger - The front of each phaser has a special features button that can be used to activate special abilities throughout the game.

Fairness of play All round hit-ability Understandably, unfair play upsets players, which is why our battlesuits can be hit from any direction. The phaser has six sensors so that, if a player zaps at an opponent with only their head and phaser exposed around a corner, the player can hit the phaser.

Rugged & safe equipment Reliability is a key issue for laser tag operators. A vest is no use if it’s in the store room awaiting repairs. Laserforce has a policy of analyzing equipment and utilizing new technology to offer only the highest quality equipment. And we back it up with an outstanding warranty. • Robust battlesuits - The plastic casing for the circuit boards is encased in ribbed 3-mm injection-moulded polycarbonate. • Two-day battery life - Never change a battery again! Low battery life causes staff and players a lot of dissatisfaction. All Gen7 battlesuits come standard with a lighter Lithium battery that offers 2 days of continuous play while weighing in at just 11.2oz (320g). This makes the battlesuit lighter to carry which means more people can enjoy Laserforce for longer. • Safety - Laserforce equipment provides one of the safest laser tag games around. Soft rubber phaser noses and heat detectors in the phaser’s fore grip ensure that players must use two hands on the phaser. A one-handed phaser is dangerous because it can be outstretched, enabling players with a free hand to grab an opponent’s equipment. • Anti-vandal mechanisms - Laserforce’s phasers have a unique ‘three strikes and you’re out’ force detector that ejects unruly players from the game.

SOFTWARE features Animated scoreboard Spectators view this events screen and scoreboard throughout the game and players view it afterwards. The screen is second to none, and the animations and feedback are superb. It is entertaining and packed with vivid real-time information.

PROXICARDS Using the latest RFID technology, Laserforce Proxicards have the following benefits:

ü It’s interactive, registered members swipe their

Proxicard over the chest plate to log into games

üRecords player stats ü Used at the player stats kiosk to view player stats and mission history

ü Used to view player stats online at www.iplaylaserforce.com

ü Can be expanded to include End-To-End debits & the Combined Force modules.

Automatic handicapping Automatic handicapping for fairness of play - One of the biggest problems for operators is that beginners and experienced players may play the same game. Without some form of equalization, beginners don’t stand a chance and will become discouraged. The Laserforce system has a computer-controlled, multilevel skill ranking system that system that makes the game easier for beginners, while still challenging experienced players.

üMakes the game more challenging for your experienced players

üMakes the game easier for your new players

Skill levels & special abilities As a player plays more games, their average score increases. Laserforce software records average scores and places players into one of six skill levels. This determines the handicap that players receive against better players. Skill levels also unlock special abilities, though players can’t use these abilities against less skilled players.

Website access to member data www.ipaylaserforce.com: Using their Proxicards, Laserforce players from anywhere in the world can check their player stats and view their mission history online as well as compare to other Laserforce players around the world.

player stats kiosk The player stats kiosk enables players to interact with the control PC to view their statistics. It’s extremely popular after each mission because a player can swipe their card to check whether their average score has increased, propelling them into a new skill level.

SOFTWARE features Easy-to-use game editor Laserforce game genres are famous throughout the world. For example, the Space Marines league game is the standard format for national and international laser tag competitions. Space Marines has five different character classes with special abilities such as heavy weapons, ammo resupply, medic life resupply, scout mode and commander mode. Each person has a specific job and must use their special abilities carefully to prevent their team being eliminated. Approximately 82 percent of your games will be ‘standard’ games of team or individual formats. However, even standard games have the enormous flexibility to meet an operator’s needs. You can easily adjust features such as game length, deactivation time, shot speed, hit points, shot power, points scored and more using our game editor.

Role playing games Role playing games (RPGs) can increase your profits by 18 percent! How? Well, imagine that your laser tag site operates with only standard team or individual games. So you derive 100 percent of income from standard games. Now imagine that you operate with Laserforce software that has a full suite of RPGs. You just increased your profits, and here’s why. Regular players who are looking for more of a challenge than standard team or individual games tend to play RPGs. Typically, once a player clocks up a few games, they start to seek more challenging and different games. RPGs provide this. The enclosed mission usage table is taken from an actual Laserforce site. It shows that 18 percent of all games played are RPG/NSG. Only 82 percent of your income is from standard games, while an extra 18 percent is from the RPG genre.

SOFTWARE features End-To-End Debits For the first time anywhere in the world, Laserforce battlesuits are equipped to take payment directly from the card payment system. The End-To-End Debits module comes with all the benefits of the Proxicards, plus it also:

üIntegrated with Semnox Point Of Sale (POS). ü Each Proxicard is loaded with credits to play Laserforce

games up to the amount that has been paid for. Laserforce battlesuits will not activate unless it has been paid for at the POS.

üTotally eliminates theft and fraud by players and staff. ü Players can check the balance of their Proxicard at the check balance unit and recharge at the POS.

The continuous game In 1993, Laserforce invented the continuous game. Players can enter the game at any time, regardless of when other players started their game. For example, if a game is in progress and a new group arrives, they can start immediately. You can turn players around in two minutes and eight seconds! This continuous game format can almost double player throughput and correspondingly increase income.

Referee suit Players can use a referee suit as a regular battlesuit or staff can use one to control the game. A referee suit can change players’ colors, start and eliminate individual players, and start and end games.

SOFTWARE features Marketing and auditing

COMBINED FORCE

Laserforce has all the aids that you ‘as a modern manager’ need to effectively control your business. Tools for auditing, battlesuit usage statistics and daily records are all at your fingertips. Easy database access, flexibility and sophisticated marketing systems help you provide follow-up promotions to your clients.

Drill down’ reports

Audit and analyze your site’s performance with the click of a mouse. First you just select a time frame that you wish to analyze, such as the previous seven days. A report is generated showing you the player games for each of the seven days by age group and player category. You can then drill down to a specific day to view a graphical report for that day.

Security levels

Laserforce software has customizable, built-in security levels that ensure that only authorized staff can access advanced game settings or sensitive data.

Mail, email and SMS marketing

Laserforce enables you to capture each player’s details in the database so you can contact them for special events, discounts, offers and birthday parties. Batch emails cost little to send, bulk SMS is very cheap and direct mail is highly effective.

Birthday party marketing

For most sites, except theme parks, birthday parties are a major part of Laserforce business. Using a simple report generator, Laserforce can print address labels and select contact details for batches of players with upcoming birthdays. This invaluable marketing tool targets existing players and encourages them to have parties at Laserforce. This also brings in new players.

The Combined Force module is where the Proxicards are at their best. Combining the full force of the Semnox Parafait system, this module has all the benefits of the Proxicards and End-To-End Debits module, plus it also:

ü Integrates all the other

games and attractions inside your entire venue.

ü Customers load credits

onto one Proxicard which gets used to play other attractions in the FEC including video games, redemption games, merchandising, and any amount of stocked items.

Engineering Deck Reports for Superior Management (PATENT Pending) Increase profits through superb maintenance and reliability. A big head ache for the laser tag industry is to ensure that equipment is in tip-top shape. Laserforce has patented an amazing software application that monitors your laser tag equipment and then reports on what needs to be done. It goes even further than that by reporting whether staff has been following procedures or not. The Engineering Deck report is scheduled for automatic emailing to technicians, managers and owners. In summary the ED does this for you: Monitoring of all the key aspects of your ü

Laserforce system including battlesuits, recharging, arena devices, PC and managerial procedures.

Automated effects lighting

Most arenas have core lighting that illuminates enough for customers to enter and exit safely. They can also have special effects lighting (SFXL) and features, including laser light shows, strobe lights, intelligent lighting systems, music-activated lighting effects, spotlights and more. This lighting is often expensive, and subject to wear and tear. And it only needs to be on during a game. TAMI controls all these lights and gives the same consistent performance game after game. TAMI saves you maintenance and electricity costs, and increases the life of your SFXL.

Automated smoke and fog

Fog is critical for illuminating laser and SFXL beams, and creating an eerie atmosphere. Though the players don’t realise it, fog accounts at least 25 percent of their enjoyment. TAMI controls the fog, producing enough throughout the game to maintain the appropriate atmosphere.

Automated music

Meet TAMI When you’re busy, everything needs to run like clockwork. That’s why our Total Arena Management Interface (TAMI) is the best laser tag management aid on the market. TAMI takes arena management to a new level. Forget training your staff to turn on lights, pump in fog and start music. TAMI does all that for you. Set up and design as many light shows as you like to make each game different. TAMI has a full software interface linked into the Laserforce software. The whole programmed Laserforce experience begins with a single mouse click.

Gone are the days where an operator starts the laser tag game and manually starts the music. Create your own playlists and TAMI will play them for you. Keep the music playing randomly or allocate specific music for specific games. TAMI starts the music when the game starts and turns it off when the game finishes. You don’t need an external music playing device as it’s all played from the Laserforce PC hard drive.

TAMI controls game special events.

INTERACTIVE LIVING ARENAS Exciting and Interactive Living Arenas

Uber target cluster

Some people think that laser tag is just about zapping other players, but this is a common misconception, experienced laser tag operators know, players like a challenge and want to be immersed in an experience unlike any other. That’s why Laserforce invented Living Arenas, arenas so smart, players can practically play a game against just the arena itself! The Living Arena brings added realism to the game through sound effects over the sound systems and real-time score updates. Some of the benefits of owning a Living Arena include: Makes every game an immersive and ü challenging experience

ü

The game is just as fun even with a few number

of players

Encourages players to work together to ü defeat targets

Gives you a competitive edge over other ü laser tag sites

Easy and inexpensive way to enhance your arena ü

and gives you something to market to your existing members and draw more people to your site

Battle sounds Digital sound effects are generated and broadcast over the sound system in immediate response to game events. The range of sounds is extensive to suit many combinations of game events. Customizable events and effects can be written specifically to your needs.

Stargates These devices have been made redundant with the development of RFID technology, but they still come standard with our basic Zap Tag package. Stargates are interactive devices that enable players to log in to the mission and warp into the Laserforce arena ready for action. Casual players simply walk through the Stargate to become activated.

These provide a very flexible living arena option. Uber targets are a network cluster of up to five linked targets. Each target performs different tricks and can be individually themed. They have their own sound and lighting effects, and may be passive or aggressive. Choose from pre-existing themes for the targets or ask us to produce themes to suit your needs, particularly if you have a theme park. Here are some examples of our themed uber targets: • J ade Serpent—Find her lair, eliminate the hatchlings and destroy the Jade Serpent! The serpent, an animatronic worm, inhabits a dark and scary section of the arena. She has four colored eggs that players must destroy. But it’s not easy, as she fights back by firing lasers from her eyes. Sound effects are included. • G enerator targets—Most Laserforce sites have several centerpiece devices called force field generators. The uber generator targets have up to five targets but only one is lit at any time. With groovy sound effects, the target facet also changes position so the players must find a new target to hit. • R adiation explosions—This exciting event is often used in conjunction with the generator targets. When a percentage of players have successfully ‘destroyed’ the targets, the generator starts to explode. All players, whether friends and foes, are warned to take cover. Any player caught in the generator’s direct vision is caught by radiation leakage and suffers a penalty. Radiated battlesuits emit hyperactive lighting effects. • S hooting gallery targets—These are best used in conjunction with the PODS (see the section on PODS). The gallery targets are positioned to be visible from the PODS and are used to score minor points by hitting the targets in exciting sequences. Players in the game can also score points.

INTERACTIVE LIVING ARENAS

Warbots Programmed with artificial intelligence, warbots guard an area and attack any player. They sense the skill levels of players in its zone and allow for their abilities. Warbots have their own speech patterns and spotlights, and can fire lasers and be made to swivel. They can be themed in many different guises.

Team targets These are the simplest of our devices. Targets are aligned by color and players score bonus points by zapping the target three consecutive times. Multiple players can hit the target at once but each player can destroy the target only once per game. When the target is under attack, the main sound system produces sound effects and explosions.

INTERACTIVE LIVING ARENAS

Defdroid Similar to team targets but can be hit by any team to score points.

Thermo-mines These detect players in their vicinity and go off. They can be programmed to detect friends, foes or both. They can also be programmed to turn on randomly.

Angels

In an increasingly competitive market, it is becoming more and more important to give customers a reason to come to your site. The Laserforce Living Arena is a great way to give your site the competitive edge.

These are welcome allies in a game. They have illuminated panels that randomly activate a ‘power up’. If the ‘Life’ icon is illuminated, a player can be powered up with extra life. Angels can also provide extra points, shots and special abilities.

Living doorways and arena traps Make any trap or interactive doorway you like. When a door or trap is active, the first player to go through remains safe but the following player on an opposing team is deactivated.

ADDITIONAL SOURCES OF REVENUE PODS Phaser observation deck stations (PODS) are a great way for a Laserforce facility to earn extra cash. PODS enable spectators to join a game and score points both from the Laserforce players and by zapping sequential targets positioned in view of the PODS. The PODS have no effect on the players who are hit, nor can players in the PODS be hit by players in the game. This makes PODS perfect for children who are too young to join the game and great for parents who want to take a more sedentary role. And you can decide how best to operate them—tokens, notes or swipe cards. It’s your choice.

Make more money with merchandise Get your initial merchandising pack free when you order your Laserforce system. Merchandising is proving to be a solid new method of income. Customers who have a great experience at your facility will want to take home a memento and these products have proven to be very popular and very profitable in Laserforce FECs. Laserforce T-shirts! - Four great t-shirt designs to choose from in a wide variety of colours. Flashing LED cups!

T-shirts can be customised with your own branding (as this is an additional service, please call us for pricing).

Other SERVICEs Arena design service We all know the importance of making a great first impression with your customer. Repeat business and greater customer satisfaction levels are the results. That’s why it’s so important to consider how your facility looks. When your customers walk through your doors, they’ll note the appearance of your site and make an immediate judgement. Therefore, your theming requires imagination and artistic skill. Think of it as a large sci-fi movie set built to last! We can guide you through arena construction and save you tens of thousands of dollars in the process. With more than 20 years’ experience, we know what works. Your arena needs realism and excitement, and should be an attraction unto itself. We’ll show you how to do it.

Seven-day support service After installation, we remain in touch to ensure that your center runs profitably and to keep you up-to-date with developments. Laserforce and its regional distributors provide a seven-day support service, ensuring that, on any given day, you can access support for any aspect of the Laserforce system.
