Express your hottest artistic ideas while you continue to learn the basics of molten glass forming. Explore composition, melting, working with extreme temperatures, and the medium’s sculptural capabilities as you get comfortable in the glass studio. Class time is divided between basic use of glassblowing equipment, demonstrations of techniques, and hands-on learning. Once your stones are selected you will grind, shape, and polish your stone into beautiful cabochons. FINE METAL CASTING 2

Embark on your next casting adventure and learn how to make silicone molds to create multiples of cast jewelry pieces! Instruction begins with creating a mold from a cast piece then planning and cutting your rubber mold to release the original. You will then inject wax into the mold and cast multiples.
