Lunch is a 3-course affair at the renowned George hotel & beach club owned by the London nightclub impresario, ‘Howard Spooner’ and headed up by leading executive chef ‘Rob Thompson’ who was the youngest British chef to be awarded a Michelin star. For fine weather dining guests will have a private table in the garden overlooking the pier and far-reaching views across the Solent, alternatively guests can dine in the conservatory or private dining room.
