If the booking is cancelled within 48hrs of the treatments the deposit is non refundable.

To get the most from your experience with us, please arrive 15 minutes before. The treatment time stated is the full time in the treatment room, therefore late arrival may mean your time is shortened as a courtesy to the next client.

On arrival you will be provided with a bathrobe, towel and slippers.

Please note that there is only 1 treatment room so treatments cannot take place simultaneously.

The Fizzy option includes one glass of Prosecco per person.
