Training course for youth workers on Loesje methodologies for inclusion and integration 15.09 - 24.09.2021 Berlin
The project "In a good school you learn to dream" was created to support and equip youth workers, activists and trainers with knowledge and skills on the implementation of the Loesje methodology: Loesje creative text writing and School of freedom in their work with vulnerable youth towards inclusion, intercultural and social dialogue. The participants in this mobility gained knowledge on creative tools which can be applied in many different topics and always have a powerful outcome, timeless posters with creative messages, or a pool of different skills exchanged among the participants.
Inclusion of youth from vulnerable groups is never ending process. It requires creativity and active participation. Loesje is active more than 30 years in inclusive youth work because of its methods. We started this journey with Loesje creative writing. Our participants learned all stages, took active part in the sessions and learned how to deliver Loesje creative writing back home.

We invited youth workers, activists and trainers who are directly involved in work with youth from vulnerable groups (migrants, refugees, LGBTIQ, Roma etc.), who were open to learn and to develop new skills and competencies. The working language was English.
School of freedom Inclusive and creative method, where every participant is workshop giver and attends workshops. Participants are free to make a workshop about things they know or they like, this is a chance to show what they do good. In this training course they offered 19 workshops divided in different sessions on following topics:
