youth? Synthetic marijuana is rampant. Synthetic marijuana is labeled and sold as potpourri or incense, but is marketed to youth as a legal way to get high. In 2011 so far, there have been 197 cases of synthetic marijuana overdose in the State of Florida. The reported side effects are so bad, it's hard to imagine anyone actually choosing to consume this garbage. When Florida banned these substances several months ago, newly altered variations falling within legal guidelines quickly emerged and are flying off the shelves. Folks, we have a problem here and we need to deal with it.
