Fenix effetto soft touch: è una novità recente del design creato grazie alla nanotecnologia. Si presta per le superfici da cucina e per i mobili. Lo Studio Gascón ama sceglierlo per le sue caratteristiche che salvaguardano l’igiene delle superfici, per la forte resistenza ai graffi e all’usura. Nonostante la sua resistenza si presenta morbido al tatto.

Apartament-hotel: piccoli hotel designati al veloce passaggio dei businessman, normalmente localizzati nelle grandi città. Questi locali hanno tutti i servizi di un hotel e la privacy di un appartamento, non presentano spazi in comune. Sono ottime soluzioni per i tempi correnti, resi complicati dall’epidemia.

Questo progetto è stato pensato con l’obiettivo di riportare allo splendore di un tempo la piscina e di aggiungere la zona SPA abbinata al centro estetico. Il servizio al cliente è piacevolmente completo.

Le scelte funzionali hanno riguardato innanzitutto la zona piscina e lo studio del percorso dell’ospite.

Thanks to the wood paneling applied to the walls, the beauty center walls refer elegantly to Bohemian Parisian hairdressers. The warm wood ﬂooring has been combined with brass and the pleasant rose pink of the ﬂoral motifs of the painting.

I bordi sono in noce canaletto e il top è in marmo di Carrara intarsiato su misura, incastonato nello stipite della porta.

Girard Perregaux, marchio storico per orologi di lusso, ha proposto di modiﬁcare una parte della zona accoglienza della sua sede storica situata a La Chaux-de-Fonds ai ﬁni di un ammodernamento in grado di permeare e mantener viva la dimensione artigianale, storica, culturale e prestigiosa del marchio.

Il ﬁore all’occhiello della nostra realizzazione è il lucente bancone realizzato in specchio retro-laccato oro, serigrafato con il nuovo logo Girard Perregaux. I bordi sono in noce canaletto e il top è in marmo di Carrara intarsiato su misura, incastonato nello stipite della porta.

Girard Perregaux, a historic luxury watch brand, wanted to renovate a part of the reception area of its historic headquarters located in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The objective was to modernize the area while still permeating and keeping alive the artisanal, historical, cultural aspect and prestigious of the brand.

The highlight of our creation is the shiny counter made of gold reverse-lacquered mirror, screen-printed with the new Girard Perregaux logo. The edges are in Canaletto walnut, and the top is in custom-made inlaid Carrara marble set in the doorframe.

Girard Perregaux, marque historique de montres de luxe, a proposé de modiﬁer une partie de l’espace d’accueil de son siège historique situé à La Chaux-de-Fonds. L’ objectif: moderniser et mettre en relief la dimension artisanale, historique, culturelle et prestigieuse de la marque.

Le joyau de notre création est le comptoir brillant en miroir laqué dos doré, sérigraphié du nouveau logo Girard Perregaux. Les bords sont en noyer canaletto et le plateau est en marbre de Carrare incrusté sur mesure et placé dans le montant de la porte.

Il nostro intervento nella sala d’attesa ha riportato alla luce l’antico pavimento storico, ha impreziosito il camino e creato vetrine di esposizione per i pezzi unici di orologeria del marchio.

Il risultato è in coordinazione con il valore storico dello spazio, in delicata armonia con l’architettura pre-esistente.

Our work in the waiting room brought to light the old historic ﬂoor, embellished the ﬁreplace, and created display cases for the brand's unique watchmaking pieces.

The result harmoniously merges with the pre-existing architecture and with the historical value of the space.

Il bancone del bar è posizionato tra il ﬂusso uscita-entrata dalla cucina ed espone una cantina di vini realizzata su misura a ﬁlo boiserie.

Le linee intarsiate verticali rimandano allo stile storico rivisitato in chiave moderna.

Il tutto è stato realizzato con materiali naturali, il top del bancone è in marmo Calacatta.

Abbiamo proposto una boiserie perimetrale alla zona bar perché ci fosse un richiamo con il controsofﬁtto e afﬁnché il tutto sembri lasciato intatto dal tempo.

Il ristorante è illuminato dall’intima luce calda delle lampade appoggiate ai tavoli, calore che emerge grazie allo sfondo scuro e profondo dell’arredamento e dello spazio.

L’atmosfera dai toni scuri è concepita come una cornice che permette alla magniﬁca vista panoramica di risaltare.

La terrazza è stata arredata con materiale ecologico effetto legno per conferire calore e uniformità.

Il colore dell’arredo è stato scelto afﬁnché attenui il riﬂesso del sole e non infastidisca la vista degli ospiti.

The bar counter is positioned between the exit-entry ﬂow from the kitchen and displays a custom-made wine cellar with paneling.

The vertical inlaid lines make reference to the historical style revisited with a modern twist.

Everything was made with natural materials; the countertop is made of Calacatta marble.

We proposed perimeter wall paneling for the bar area to coordinate with the false ceiling, giving the impression that the space has been left intact over time.

The restaurant is illuminated by the intimate, warm light of the lamps placed on the tables, a warmth that emerges thanks to the deep, dark backdrop of the furniture and space.

The dark-toned atmosphere is conceived as a frame that allows the magniﬁcent panoramic view to stand out.

The terrace has been furnished with ecological wood-effect material to lend warmth and uniformity.

The color of the furniture was chosen so that it accentuates the reﬂection of the sun while not disturbing the view of the guests.

Le comptoir du bar est positionné entre le ﬂux sortie-entrée de la cuisine. Il est agrémenté d’une cave à vin réalisée sur mesure au ras de boiserie.

Les lignes verticales incrustées renvo ient au style historique revisité avec une touche moderne.

Tout a été réalisé avec des matériaux naturels ; le comptoir est en marbre Calacatta.

Nous avons proposé une boiserie entourant la zone du bar pour rappeler le faux plafond et donner l’idée d’un intérieur d’époque.

Le restaurant est éclairé par la lumière intime et chaleureuse des lampes placées sur les tables, une chaleur qui se dégage grâce au fond sombre et profond du mobilier et de l’espace. L’atmosphère sombre est conçue comme un cadre qui permet à la magniﬁque vue panoramique de se démarquer.

La terrasse a été aménagée avec des matériaux écologiques à effet bois pour donner chaleur et uniformité.

La couleur du mobilier a été choisie de manière à atténuer les reﬂets du soleil et à ne pas perturber la vue des clients.

Ciò che ha spinto i direttori della clinica Ars Medica ad affrontare la realizzazione di questa seconda base, è stato il desiderio di creare una struttura unica sul territorio: un centro sportivo e medico specializzato in radiologia avanzata e in medicina dello sport.

L’inizio dei lavori è avvenuto poco prima dello scatenarsi della pandemia in Ticino e così le tempistiche sono state gestite in rapporto con le autorità cantonali, a cavallo della chiusura dei cantieri.

Gli studi medici non sono chiusi da pareti, ma perimetrati da vetrate. La leggerezza del vetro è abbinata alla forza del legno nero che incornicia lo spazio senza chiuderlo. L’arredamento ligneo è marrone scuro e conferisce calore. Vi è alternanza tra una voluta trasparenza delle vetrate e il bisogno di privacy, quest’ultima ottenuta dall’effetto satinato. Anche i dettagli, come le porte a tutta altezza, conﬂuiscono in una scelta di eleganza. Il materiale della reception è in stile Corporate dell’azienda.

The doctors' ofﬁces are not enclosed by walls, but instead surrounded by windows. The lightness of glass is combined with the strength of black wood that frames the space without closing it in. The furniture is dark brown, lending warmth. The deliberate transparency of the windows alternates with the need for privacy, the latter obtained by the satin effect. Even details, such as the full-height doors, converge in an elegant choice. The reception materials are in sync with the company's corporate style.

This facility now hosts and cares for famous national athletes.

Les cabinets des médecins ne sont pas fermés par des murs, mais entourés de panneaux vitrés. La légèreté du verre est combinée à la force du bois noir qui encadre l’espace sans le fermer. Le mobilier est brun foncé, ce qui lui donne de la chaleur. Il y a alternance entre une transparence délibérée des fenêtres et le besoin d’intimité, ce dernier étant obtenu par l’effet satiné. Même les détails, comme les portes en pleine hauteur, apportent une touche d’élégance. Les matières de la réception respectent le style de l’entreprise.

Cette installation accueille désormais des sportifs de renommée nationale dont elle prend soin.

L’obiettivo è quello di rendere modiﬁcabile la grandezza dello spazio in base al numero di famigliari ed inservienti che accompagnano l’ospite.

Suite "a grappolo" è la denominazione che abbiamo pensato per questo progetto composto da una serie di camere che offrono la possibilità di aumentare il numero di locali ﬁno a raggiungere 300 metri quadri di spazio privato.

Suite "clusters" is the name we came up with for this project, which consists of a series of rooms that offer the opportunity to increase the number of rooms with up to 300 square meters of private space.

Le suite godono di vista lago e offrono zona pranzo e zona living.

L’aspetto acustico è stato studiato afﬁnché ogni camera potesse essere isolata al meglio nonostante siano soltanto divise da porte scorrevoli. Il testaletto dell’ospite è dotato di ossigeno e spazi per i medicamenti celati da un pannello ligneo.

Le luci soffuse verso il basso si incrociano con i faretti regolabili che illuminano l’ambiente

Dettagli eleganti arredano lo spazio e i materiali scelti sono di prima qualità. Il pavimento è un parquet in rovere naturale a spina ungherese a 45°, i tavoli sono in marmo e adornati da vasi ﬁoriti, i divani sono rivestiti in pelle o in cotone a spiga.

The suites have lake views and offer dining and living areas.

The acoustic aspect was designed so that each room could be insulated as best as possible whilst being divided exclusively by sliding doors. The guest headboards are equipped with oxygen and spaces for medications hidden by a wooden panel.

The soft, downward lights intersect with the adjustable spotlights that illuminate the environment.

Elegant details decorate the space, and the materials chosen are of the highest quality. The ﬂoor is a 45° Hungarian herringbone natural oak parquet. The tables are in marble and adorned with ﬂower vases, while the sofas are upholstered in leather or in spike cotton.

La tête de lit est équipée d’oxygène et d’espaces pour les médicaments cachés par un panneau en bois.

Les lumières douces vers le bas se croisent avec les projecteurs réglables qui éclairent l’espace.

Des détails élégants décorent l’espace, et les matériaux choisis sont de la plus haute qualité. Le sol est un parquet en chêne naturel en point de Hongrie à 45°, les tables sont en marbre et ornées de vases à ﬂeurs, les canapés sont recouverts de cuir ou de coton à picots.

Ci è stato richiesto di stringere lati del volume del piano terra rispetto al resto dell’hotel afﬁnché ci fosse più spazio per il passaggio esterno.

Abbiamo colto l’occasione per creare un "effetto sospensione": il piano terra scuro e stretto sorregge il blocco bianco che costituisce il resto dell’ediﬁcio, facendolo risaltare.

Questa sorta di "esplosione" della struttura è accentuata dalle ﬁnestre di diverse dimensioni, anche molto grandi, aggettanti verso l’esterno. La loro forte struttura è in calcestruzzo e il vetro scuro rispecchia l’ambiente circostante cercando continuità.

This "explosion" of the structure is accentuated by having windows of different sizes, even very large ones, projecting outwards. Their strong structure, in concrete and the dark glass, reﬂects the surrounding environment seeking continuity.

Nous en avons proﬁté pour créer un “effet suspendu” : le rez-de-chaussée sombre et étroit soutient le bloc blanc qui compose le reste du bâtiment, en le mettant en relief.

Cette sorte d’« explosion » de la structure est accentuée par les fenêtres de différentes tailles, même très grandes, en saillie vers l’extérieur. Leur structure solide est en béton et le verre foncé reﬂète l’environnement limitroph en quête de continuité.
