This menu was created exclusively for Chef Alberto Quadrio - Ristorante L’Aurum, on paper hand made by papermaker Filippo Cantoni, respecting Toscolano’s ancient papermaking tradition dating back to 1300. The completely natural cover sheets contain laurel fibres and a golden laurel leaf. The inner sheet, on which the menu is printed, is dyed with the water in which the laurel is cooked. Each menu is a unique piece, now in your hands.
