Ashtanga Yoga
It is a dynamic yoga practice based on a sequence of Asanas, to be achieved through the coordination of breathing with movement, to achieve purification of the body and centering of the mind. Through the practice of body movement coordinated with breathing it is possible to gradually bring fluidity to the body. Bringing the mind's attention to the breath and then moving the body by concentrating strength and intention generates a principle of transformation of mental patterns and therefore the dissolution of physical rigidity. Uniting the parts of ourselves that we feel separate means practicing Yoga, not only on the mat, but in every moment of the day.
