ISSUE # 4 / SEPTEMBER 2015

A NOTE FROM TAMRYN We have just finished our fourth crusade for 2015 – and what a crusade it was! As usual, we presented the Holy Spirit with a platform. We provided our voices for Him to ride and our hands for Him to flow through. The results were spectacular, hearts being catapulted from confusion to certainty and from orphanhood to sonship. The local pastors are delighted, not having witnessed such mighty meetings since Christ for all Nations (with Ev. Reinhard Bonnke) was in the area some decades ago. Now, we move onwards to our next crusade, such to be held in MAPUTO, Mozambique. Africa shall be saved! Yours in His service, EV. TAMRYN KLINTWORTH and the In His Name Team

MIRACLES IN MULAMULA Our hearts are rejoicing! What wonders we witnessed in MULAMULA, South Africa from 17 - 23 August. Thousands and thousands of precious villagers flooded the crusade field each evening for seven glorious days, most walking kilometres to reach it. Our Lord poured Himself out upon them, showing that He is indeed the God who saves, the God who heals and the God who delivers. “I am no longer afraid,” testified one young man, “because I now have Jesus in my heart.” This is why we came to Mulamula, to drive back the darkness by introducing men and women, young and old to the Light of Life, Jesus Christ. A marvellous total of 12 425 precious souls accepted the Lord during the crusade itself and our pre-crusade

MRS MATHONSI (70) kicked her legs on stage and jived with enthusiasm. Not only had she accepted Jesus, but her newfound Saviour had set her free from seven years of debilitating leg and knee pains. “I can dance now,” she exclaimed. “I can really live again.” MARIA (55) was likewise ecstatic. “I could not walk properly or do everything I needed to on my own. I went to different doctors but they could not help me. During prayer, I felt like something was moving beneath my feet and then – I was healed!” BASANI (33) had broken her leg in May of this year and such had not set properly. She relied on a crutch to walk. On the Thursday night of our crusade, she experienced the power of God – and complete restoration. Running up and down, she showed off her newfound mobility to all. Another fantastic testimony was that of a certain lady who was completely delivered from the effects of a stroke. Her entire right side had been limp and quite useless. Holding a microphone with her right hand, she told the story, likewise marching up and down to show how perfectly her right leg now cooperated with the left. The walker she used, lay forgotten. JUDITH (32), came to the crusade relying heavily on the crutch she had used for the past ten years. An acci-

dent involving her right ankle had resulted in numerous surgeries, none of which had been successful. On the Saturday night, as is our custom, we prayed for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. She explained how as we prayed for such, she found herself speaking in tongues for the first time as the Spirit filled her. With the infilling, came a strange sensation in her injured limb. The result? Perfect healing! Oh, how joyously she testified, running up and down the stage. NYANISI (85) had been blind for two years. On the Sunday evening during our final service, Jesus not only became her Saviour but her Healer as well. “I enjoyed the message, especially the part about Jesus being able to take away my sins,” she expressed. “Before tonight, I could not walk alone, but during the prayer, my eyes opened. I was amazed because I could see properly. I am so excited, so happy. I thank God!”

outreaches. A decision card having been completed for each one, they will now be followed up by the local pastors and drawn into various congregations. Hallelujah! Be blessed by these miracle testimonies that follow.

Children listen alongside their parents and accept Jesus together with them

An elderly lady jabbered her story with happy eagerness – not letting go of my hand throughout. Arriving at the crusade using a pair of crutches for support, the Lord healed her completely. Having broken her leg in an accident at the beginning of this year, the limb had not set properly, rendering her unable to walk without assistance. At our crusade, all that changed. She is now free from all pain and fully mobile. Hallelujah!

In our crusade reports, we generally show pictures of crusade attendees, red hot preaching, mighty miracles and joyous new believers. However, there are many snaps we capture of behind-the-scenes activities that we are certain you would enjoy. Below are a handful from our crusade in Mulamula.

Before they were filled with the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 2, the disciples of Jesus were shaky – at best. Consider one of the last conversations our Lord had with His followers in John 14. Speaking about heaven and Himself, Jesus concluded: “And where I go you know, and the way you know.” His statement was met by a confused and bewildered Thomas: “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” To me, he almost sounded panicked. The conversation went downhill after that. On Jesus explaining that by seeing Him they have seen the Father, Phillip pleaded: “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.” Poor Jesus. Phillip had missed the point entirely, the point of Jesus putting a face to the invisible Almighty God. The responsibility of spreading the Gospel

to the ends of the earth would soon rest in the hands of these men. Were they confident? No. Were they doctrinally sound? Hardly. And yet, they got the job done, or you and I would not be believers today. Now, how did they go from wobbly to wonderful? The answer is quite simple. They were filled with the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit is an expert at replacing doubt with determination and panic with poise. He is Teacher, Comforter, Guide, Peace-Bringer. He is able, well able, to take you, dear friend – and to take me – and turn us into self-assured, faith-filled, Satan-shaking, Kingdom-builders. And so, surrender to Him. Yield to Him in this moment and every moment. If He solidified the faith of the original disciples, He can do so for us, the disciples of today.

30 november - 6 December 2015 Mulamula is a dusty place. Tamryn’s shoes are no longer black after the short walk from the car to the stage. Even less so at the end of the evening!

A compressor was used to blast dust from equipment at the end of each service, the dust hazardous to the equipment’s smooth running

LED lights illuminate the stage, pulling less electricity than normal bulbs. The cable from the 80kva generator can be seen travelling along the ground
