Held once every four years, this is an experience that you won’t want to miss. Farm Bureau members will hear inspirational messages from influential keynote speakers, have opportunities to exchange ideas with members from other counties and states, and will learn from some of the best facilitators in business. This three-day conference will feature forty-eight individual workshops, classes and training sessions. From up-and-coming volunteers to experienced leaders, there will be something for everyone.

Keynote Speakers David Mead – Committed to a world in which people go home every day fulfilled by the work they do, David Mead focuses on helping business leaders and organizations create cultures that make that idea possible. Inspired by Simon Sinek’s groundbreaking book, Start With Why, David’s natural ability to translate Sinek’s message comes across in all of his talks. Inspired by the “Why” movement and the opportunity of having a meaningful impact in the lives of people around the world, David partnered with Sinek and his team in 2009. He also co-hosts the Start With Why podcast. Drew Dudley– Drew is the Founder & Chief Catalyst of Nuance Leadership Inc., which helps organizations around the world increase their leadership capacity. Prior to founding Nuance, he was the Director of one of Canada’s largest university leadership development programs, and served as National Chair of Canada’s largest fundraiser for college and university students—Shinerama: Students Fighting Cystic Fibrosis—which raised a million dollars annually to support the work of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. He has spoken to over 100,000 people around the world, and has appeared on the main page of TED.com, where his talk has been viewed over a million times.

Featured Workshop Conversations with E.A.S.E. Training U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance Conversations about how food is grown and raised are happening. But, over the years, the voices of farmers and ranchers have been less than adequately represented in the conversation about food production. Engaging in a conversation about food production – rather than defending food production – helps farmers and ranchers understand what consumers want, and helps consumers learn more about how food is produced from the people who actually grow and raise it.
