INLY SCHOOL

I am excited to introduce the 2023 Fall Passport to Adventure offerings! After the school day ends, Inly students in grades K–8 can participate in our after school enrichment program, Passport to Adventure These programs give your child the opportunity to learn new skills, discover new interests, and expand their talents. Space is limited and those passports that have high enrollment are filled on a lottery system.
Instructions on how registration works:
● The registration period will be from Saturday August 26, 2023–Wednesday August 30, 2023 (closing at 9:00 PM)
● **Please note, registering for a passport does not guarantee enrollment in that program.**
● Passport enrollment is limited. The average non-athletic passport offerings maxes out around 12 students, with athletic offerings maxing out at 24 students.
● At 9:00 PM on Wednesday August 30, 2023, Passports that have registrations above the maximum allotted space, will go to a lottery system. ALL students who are registered for the passport offering will be entered into the lottery and the maximum number of spaces will be drawn. Those students who were drawn, will be officially enrolled in the passport
● PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR 1 PASSPORT EACH DAY
○ If your student is entered into a lottery and is not enrolled, you will have the ability to select another passport option after lotteries have been chosen.
Please note a Passport needs to have a minimum of five students to run.
Being entered into a lottery means:
● ALL students who have selected the passport will be added to a random lottery generator.
● The maximum enrollment number (the number in the parentheses next to the passport name) will be randomly drawn one at a time until that maximum number has been drawn
● Families of the students who were drawn will be notified. Families will have the opportunity to decline the enrollment, at which time another random name from the remaining students will be drawn
● Those who were not drawn, will be notified If there is space available in a different passport running that same day, you will be given that as an option. You will also have the opportunity to elect to be in Inly Clubhouse (if space allows).
Other reminders about registration:
● At registration, you will need to select if your child will be dismissed to a parent/caregiver at passport dismissal or if your child will go to PM Club.
● If you have already enrolled (and paid) for PM Club for the Fall season (extended day) you do not need to register for PM Club again Please just select that your child will go to PM Club after passport dismissal.
● If you have NOT already enrolled in PM Club for the Fall season, please do also enroll in PM Club for the days you would like your child to be dismissed to PM Club after passports
