The sustainable sofa bed By carefully selecting environmentally friendly materials that are recycled and renewed the Revivus sofa bed is developed to conduce to the revival of the nature.
Fabric made from recycled bottles
OEKO-TEX recycled fiberfill
Vivus, is the name of our OEKO-TEX certified fabric made from recycled bottles. The slipcover is simple to detach and reattach, making it easy to clean. If worn out, just renew the cover - not the entire sofa.
The cushion fillings are made from OEKO-TEX recycled fiberfill.
Durable metal frame
Recycled, granulated foam
Using metal for the frame provides a strong and highly durable base protected by a recycled powder coating.
The mattress filling is made from a combination of a soft topping of OEKO-TEX certified HR-foam and a core of recycled bonded foam. Bonded foam is made of leftover foam from our own and other productions, which we remould, compress and use again.

Designing for flat packing means we create parts that easily combines into a full product. By doing so we also obtain the possibility of maintenance and renewal of parts. The classic example is our range of Multifunctionals, which is built on the same principles as our new Revivus sofa.
Disassembly & recycling In our design process we focus on the ability to disassemble the products for recycling. Which materials are used, how they are combined, and how they are separated into individual parts and sorted for recycling after ended life cycles. Each design creates a new challenge and some designs are more suited for disassembly than others, but the ECO-dimension is always an integral part of our way of thinking.
5 years warranty
Durability means sustainability Quality and durability are the center of our design and production process. We conduct systematic testing and have no concerns offering 5 years warranty on all designs and lifetime warranty on slats and gears on all sofa beds in the Multifunctionals category. Detachable, washable & renewable In Collection 2021 we have increased our focus on detachable covers as this option makes it easy to choose more delicate textiles and offers the ability to renew the cover at the end of its life cycle. Simply remove, wash, and put the cover back on again - or replace with a new cover to refresh the look of your sofa. Look for: Revivus, Conlix, Muito, Achillas, Rollo & Multifunctionals.

Lower CO2 footprint We have always loved the simple and logic arguments for flat packing.
The low volume packages reduce the risk of damages, lower costs and reduce CO2emissions during transportation and storage. Flat packed furniture is great for access, and in-home assembly means increased value as it eases handling from the store to the living room. We continuously strive to reduce the impact our products have on nature. Beside flat packing, we have reduced the use of plastic with more than 20% as well as we have changed to more sustainable packaging alternatives. We are not CO2 neutral, but we keep working hard to minimize our CO2 footprint.

The good comfort – how it is designed
The No-zag Spring provides an even and soft comfort ideal for sofa seats and backrests. The thick layer of high resilient foam enhances the comfort of the spring to ensure a great sleeping experience as well. The following models have this comfort: Cubed 02, Olan, Ramone & Salla.
Pocket Spring
5-zone Multi-Pocket Spring
The individual pockets in these models ensure that pressure is applied to each individual spring for better support – in seating as well as sleeping position. The high resilient foam casing contributes to a breathable mattress while providing a soft top support.
A breathable Multi-Pocket Spring mattress - designed for everyday sleep. With as many as 650 springs per square meter and 5 comfort zones to support the individual parts of your body, the basis for a good night’s sleep does not get much better. Further, the cover is removable and can be washed at 60 degrees.

The higher coils in the Excess Pocket Spring models provide a softer sofa comfort. In combination with the core foam casing, the Excess mattress has higher absorption of pressure on each spring for a more comfortable sleep.
Our Purem mattress is durable and provides a high degree of support for a comfortable sleep. The Purem mattress provides strong motion isolation, making it easy to share the mattress, as the mattress provides constant support. Further, the cover is removable and can be washed at 60 degrees.
