66 Neck Flexion HOW TO STRETCH: Photo A - Tuck chin towards neck; i.e. nod the head - Take chin towards chest

67 Neck Flexion and Rotation HOW TO STRETCH: Photos A and B - Place hand behind hip on corner of box - Relax shoulders and lean away from hand - Take chin towards chest and turn face to one shoulder - Reach opposite hand and place it over head - Rest head onto arm and shoulder

68 Neck Lateral Flexion HOW TO STRETCH: Photos A and B - Place arm alongside hip, in line with shoulder - Clasp box or strap - Lean away from arm and take head towards opposite shoulder - Reach opposite arm over head - Rest head onto opposite arm or shoulder
