How do you stretch your low back and strengthen your diaphragm at the same time? Many years ago, after long shifts of teaching of up to 8 hours straight, I found great relief for my lower back by simply hanging prone over the ladder barrel. I subsequently called the stretch “The Dangler.� No one ever forgot that stretch! See Image 1 & 2.
