Emotional Intelligence Inventory EQi 2.0 Model & EQ360 The EQi 2.0 is a self-report questionnaire which provides a detailed look at how we understand and manage ourselves, our relationships with others, and our reaction to the stresses and demands of everyday life. It breaks down personality into 15 different sub-scales which can be grouped together within five broader scales. These scales include Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Adaptability, Stress Management and General Mood. Duration: This is a 2 day programme. In addition to the course there will be pre-course work which includes an EQi assessment with 3 online modules to complete, homework and conducting a feedback session.
