2017 Innovative Culture Book Welcome to the third installment of our culture book, the annual

celebration of your contribution to our culture. Each and every one of you shape our organization in your own unique way, creating a culture that attracts employees, customers and suppliers to Innovative. A unique energy that makes Innovative the talk of the town! 2017 was another fantastic year of growth and opportunity, putting many new things in place for an incredible 2018. It was another year of “Inspiring Smiles” and finding new ways to “Keep it Simple.” It was another year of helping customers become more productive and making a positive impact in the community. It was a year filled with inspiration that can be depicted through the imagery and content of this year’s book. In 2018, continue to immerse yourself in everything we stand for as an organization. What inspires you? Seeing other people happy. It brings me so much joy and sanctification to make others happy. I loved being a part of the VIP Tours at our Open House this year because my group was so excited to take pictures in all of the behind the scenes locations. For some, it was their first time in the stadium, for others they were lifelong Vikings fan and this was a once in a lifetime opportunity- I love being able to give that to people. - Leah Halvorson

She Owned it for us, even though it wasn’t her job. She called and set up the order, set up the courier as well and had it to the customer within 3 hours!!! It would’ve been a bad day if it wasn’t for her :).
